WOW! What an honest man. I had smoke backing up in my house and called R J Chimney Services to check it out and clean my chimney. Rocco came on time for the appointment, inspected my chimney and said there is nothing wrong and does not need to be cleaned. He suggested that perhaps the ac was on or the cooking vents were on and was drawing smote back into the house. He left and there was no charge at all. And, sure enough when I used the fireplace the next time it was fine until we starting cooking with the stove vent on: That was when smoke started to enter the house. He made a service call with no charge and educated me on the use of my fire place. I would highly recommend Rocco to any one who needs chimney service.

Have used RJ Chimney service several times always have a positive experience. Rocco showed up on time and did a great job. My wood burning stove is getting old and I have a challenge getting parts. One of the hinges is broken suggest a local welded who may be able to assist and said it should not cost much. He never tries to sell you anything. Simple, honest, reliable, reasonable cost service. I have and will continue to recommend.
