Horrible front desk person I accidentally made my appointment for the wrong day and when I got there and realized the man was so rude about it and basically told me to sit and wait but will be at the bottom of the list. Was very rude and continued being rude and turned my son away. Will be letting northwell know that they can’t have front desk employees being as rude as they are. Don’t go here

I will never go back here. The reception (male) at front desk was the most unprofessional person, how can you possible work at a childrens medical office and not have any etiquette or manners. I was dismissed as if I was not even there. Never ever go to this place, I dont even want to give them 1 star.

The Elwood Northwell Health Urgent care is great, it’s the only one I go to. It’s always clean ans I feel safe. Everyone is very nice, answers questions. I usually make an appointment first but even when I don’t and I have an emergency I never have to wait long. Very happy there every time, highly recommend it.

Came here twice now after being turned away from citymd and both times they helped me right away . Got my PCR results in less then 3 days

After an unpleasant experience that left me walking out of another local pediatric urgent care in the area, I remembered this location and headed straight there with my daughter. The entire staff from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor were super friendly, quick, efficient, and extremely patient and kind with my 2 year old! This will be my go-to with my kids from now on should they need urgent care. Thank you!

Went here for a sore throat. Was told it was strep without being tested. Received a shot and antibiotics, once i finished the meds it came back. Called for additional meds because i was just there a week ago and was denied. Another case of misdiagnoses, practicing medicine, and just trying to get more money -.-

The staff at this location are professional, friendly and make you feel at ease. Their medical knowledge is excellent. I would definitely return there in the future

The staff was incredible!! I have already recommended them 4 times since then! This is the second urgent care I went to for Covid testing. The first urgent care facility was a horrible experience. Then I went here and realized that the staff really does care about its patients and their health concerns. This will be the only place I go to from now on.

Just called to see if they had any appointments. The guy who picked up said NO before I even finished talking, didnt offer any other days or recommendations or even asked why I was calling and just hung up. Scary to bring your kids to.

Very kind, reassuring PA. I found my results online sooner than expected. Everyone was efficient, courteous and lovely to deal with. People were careful and the place was very clean. If you offer it I would get the anti-body test.

Dr Waterman and Kyle we’re both so wonderful with our 15mo old. Clearly meant to work with kiddos and are great at it! Clear and concise diagnosis, including options on how we could proceed. Really spent the time to listen, to work with our daughter, and talk to to us. Would recommend 100%!

When youre sick all you want is someone to listen and help you feel better. The staff here is great at providing that. They run all the necessary tests and prescribe the appropriate medication and are always willing to provide documentation for work if needed. This place is my go to whenever Im feeling under the weather, especially when I cant get an immediate appointment with my primary. Ill definitely continue to use them as well as recommend them to others.

Went here 10am Saturday morning. I was the only patient. Information taker guy was great...quick, friendly and cheerful. Then nurse was professional, friendly and caring. Then the PA was also caring, compassionate and professional. I was in and out of there with a diagnosis and antibiotics order sent to my pharmacy within 30 minutes. I was treated so well. I will come back ro this place. Thank you.

Woke up before New Years with my ears hurting after struggling for a few days with a sore throat and sinus congestion. Decided to have a doctor look at me. Making the appointment was easy and I was taken right away. Given meds that really helped. Thanks!

Although it was busy and we had to wait a moderate amount of time (usually means they are good at what they do) they gave my kids tablets and were excellent with communication and service. My 3 year old got a piece of mirrored confetti in his eye and the doctor tried numerous times to get it out while my son was screaming and crying. When he couldn’t get it out he went to get names of specialists, it appeared in the corner of his eye and we were able to get it out. Very nice and great with kids ( all who interacted with him).

Was concerned with Christmas almost here that I would be unable to walk, drive, or fulfill my duties as the pastor of a large Catholic parish nearby. I was prepared to wait. By 6:30 I had the initial work and by 7 had seen Dr. De Gaetano. She and the staff were attentive. Yes, thank you. I arrived at the clinic as a walk-in at 5:30 PM on Monday December 23rd. Been troubled with pain from a strained or pulled muscle in my lower right back. Was concerned with Christmas almost here that I would be unable to walk, drive, or fulfill my duties as the pastor of a large Catholic parish nearby. I was prepared to wait. By 6:30 I had the initial work and by 7 had seen Dr. De Gaetano. She and the staff were attentive. The Doctor examined me and wanted a urine test to make sure I was not having kidney problems. Test done quickly and was negative. She prescribed medication . Very favorably impressed!

It was very easy to make an appointment before arrival. Quick to get in, to get seen, and be treated well... even have my concerns addressed. I especially appreciate the follow up phone call 3 days later. It is nice to have a call to ask how I am doing, however, waiting long enough before checking back.

I am highly recommending Northwell Urgent Care at this location. The staff, PA, Justine, Francisco, X-ray Technician and Jennifer, the Medical Assistant were so helpful, accommodating to my elderly mother., and their true professionalism was outstanding!!!! There was NO wait time and all in all after X-rays and time spent with the staff, we were there for 35 minutes. Thank you to this wonderful staff!!!!

My 16 month old woke up this morning with a stye. Everyone in the building was compassionate and kind. He was quickly seen, and although the exam was a bit uncomfortable (it was 100% necessary) since his eyelid was already very swollen and painful - they were amazing with him and the uncomfortable part was over just as soon as it began. Thank you for your help. Lovely Staff, educated doctor.

Dr Waterman was excellent. She was kind, cheerful and efficient. She put my daughter and me at ease. My daughter felt better shortly after starting the treatment she prescribed

Great facility! Very clean with prompt service and kind and knowledgeable staff

The staff were all extremely helpful and went out of their to make a nervous patient, like myself, feel comfortable. Justine went out of her way and ran further tests which turned out to give me a lot of answers. I do not even think my regular internist would have done that. Dr. DeGaetano followed up with me two days in a row and could not have been nicer. I can not remember the young women’s name who initially checked me in but she was so kind and helpful as well.

Place was nice. Clean. Wait time was good. Check in online is a great thing. Person at the desk was great. Friendly, and explained things. Definitely would go back there

State of the art facility, very nice and very thorough. They were conservative with antibiotics and called in a script but asked that I wait another day. They even called to see how I was feeling a few days later. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Please tell Gerard and Justine, who work at GoHealth Urgent Care, that they are both wonderful people!! I felt very much in good hands, in their care! They were both very empathetic and warm and took exceptional care of me! They should know that the work they are doing is appreciated so much!

The staff there is very friendly and make the kids feel safe. In the rooms there are games projected onto the wall so the kids can play while they wait. The wait itself was quick.

I took my daughter on a Sunday evening and detailed her symptoms to the doctor. I was told she had a virus. Then she had a fever again overnight. Took her to her pediatrician the next day and she was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. What a waste of $30.

Today I brought my sick child to this place, I was not carrying my insurance card, physically, the receptionist demonstrated clear discrimination, there white families came with their sick children and were seen immediately while I was waiting for my son to be called , I am sure they have had similar or less superior insurance but difference was that we were not white

I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. My daughter’s pediatrician was out of town for 6 days so I decided to take her in there. They were so caring from the minute we walked in. She is 17 months old and needed lots of attention and care. The pediatrician, Dr. Waterman made sure she was 100% before she released us! She prescribed everything to make sure she was getting the best care even after we left and also made sure we came in the next day for a follow up. They gave my daughter an iPad, Apple juice and snacks to keep her calm for the time we were there. The dr was excellent and so was the rest of the staff. I am so happy I found a place that will care for my children when they are sick and I cannot get to their regular dr. I would recommend anyone to them!

Great experience. Professional, efficient & friendly. Followed up with my Pmd 2 days later as directed & all was well. I am asthmatic & had an upper respiratory infection. They made sure I understood if things got worse that I was to go right to the Emergency room.

I would normally give this place 5 stars but today I was seen by Dr. Danielle Degaetano. She did not give me any kind of examination yet still gave me prescription medicine. It was concerning and unprofessional. She should probably get her medical license taken away. This in no way reflects GoHealth. I tried to find her personal practice or somewhere else I could post this but this was the only place I knew she worked.

Doctor and staff were thorough but quick, and super nice on top of that. Great job!

All gohealth places seem staffed by right out of college PAs with limited experience. Additionally, while some of them are enthusiastic about their jobs other PAs are flat out rude . Have been going to these centers because of convenience. However, much prefer seasoned MDs over right out of college PAs. Unless you are desperate Id stick with your regular doctor.

Do NOT come here! Came here for a simple splinter in which they took an X-ray and said nothing was there . Now almost two weeks later after suffering wth inflamation and discomfort an inch and a half long splinter came out of the side of my fingernail . Howd they miss that???
