Scheduling arranged and the crew came in - completed the prep and demolition completed in one day. The what-if structural issues were confirmed. Vlad came in - discussed everything with us and his master carpenter - no problem - no additional cost and he would give us what we wanted. Never a complaint, non-stop work, attention to detail, constant measuring and at the end of the day - total clean up! The custom cabinetry - excellent. The quartz finishes - perfect angles.In all fairness, bathroom # 2 took longer due to the structural issues and some seriously dangerous amateur work done on the previous renovation 18 years ago. The delay - only 3 days! Again the glass for the shower enclosure arrived one week later - but we already knew in advance.Bottom line: We can look at both bathrooms and see quality, value, professional attention to detail, clean workers, on time performance (punctual) and also note - no arguments, no lame excuses, no need to increase the budget, respect for the customer and their wishes.One last note: they are doing our kitchen next year!
