I have been searching for a dentist for months and couldn’t get one that will accept my insurance or we are not in the network. There is always one story or the other. fortunately, I googled for an orthodontist near me for my younger son. American Dental Solutions, was quick to accept my insurance and gave us an appointment for the next morning without any issues, the only thing I had to do was to call my insurance and provide their provider number. Nicole, Jenee (Née), Dr. Yang, Inga and Wendy were all nice and friendly, they all accommodated us with open arms. Wait time was less and scheduling was easy for my schedule. Good thing about ADS is that they have everything under one roof, I don’t need a referral for an orthodontist and we all can be seen- children and adult under the same roof.

Pain Free. When I first made my appointment, I was extremely afraid of getting needles in my mouth.However, ADS made me feel comfortable enough the first day to the point I wanted to go back to get the rest of my dental work completed. I had 4 appointments within the last 2 weeks and felt very safe and confident in the dentist. I highly recommend ADS to all of my family and friends.

I moved from a nearby suburb to Plymouth Meeting a year ago. I hadnt had a bad checkup since I was a child. I went here and they flat out lied to me, telling me I had multiple infections and a cavity. They tried to pressure me to put me on a payment plan to pay 4 figures and see an endodontist.I then went to another dentist this week. They did x-rays, did the full checkup and told me I was fine.Dont go to American Dental Solutions. Theyre con artists!

Luck I gave them that much they didnt introduce themselves did x-rays and didnt explain anything when asking them questions I was ignored but was quick to tell me the cost of the work. So upset at the time I wasted!

Context: I have had one cavity in 26 years. I normally go to my dentist in Colorado every six months despite living in PA. I brush and floss twice daily.Went to ADS East Norriton for the first time this week. ADS told me I needed two fillings, a crown and crown lengthening, and tried to sell me on their dental plan when I have dental insurance already. They were WAY too overeager to write me a “treatment plan” for $1600 for the dental work they insisted I needed done immediately.These people are scam artists. Do not go here. They don’t care about you, just making money telling people they need unnecessary dental work. My dentist was absolutely horrified by their recommendations when I sent her the x-rays.

I’ve loved this dentist for years. The staff is great but NEVER prepay for any procedure. I’ve been waiting months now for a refund for a root canal I didn’t end up needing. Apparently they have no billing department even though there’s an option for it when you call. So don’t bother leaving a message there. When I finally got through to the office supervisor after days of calling to “schedule an appointment” she was upset that I had disputed the charge with my credit card company. They lumped 2 charges together so this caused issues with the other amount I did indeed owe. All they needed to do was communicate better and listen and this wouldn’t have been an issue. I really hope they make this right as I love their hygienists and dentist.

If you care about your health, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL BUSINESS. I can’t call it a regular dental office because it’s a horrible chain of offices that will cause more issues for you. I had a horrible experience—and now they are ignoring my calls and hoping that I simply go away. However, I’ll make sure to write a review wherever I can. These dentists don’t care for you. Truthfully, if you go to these people for your dental needs, you may end up in the emergency room. Go elsewhere. You want people who care about your total wellness treating your oral needs. This place gambles with your health.Stay away!

I am very disappointed with the service, the dentists just want to make business and dont care about their patient, they tried to replace most of my teeth with crowns and when I refused because i dont have any issues with my teeth so they told me I will have to pay for all My treatments out of pocket if i dont go with doctors recommendations. And when i was trying to call to ask them my questions, they never get back to me. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience, they only care about what you’re spending and don’t care about patients needs. I work for a medical office we do the best we can to make the patient happy and satisfied, but this is not what I saw in this office.

Really good office.Came here when I first moved to PA cause a crown fell out two weeks after starting my new job.They took me quick and I had no problems with the replacement.Used for routine check up a few months later good experience excellent hygenist.

No stars. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! As a medical professional myself, I was extremely upset with the service that I have received. This place convinced me to take part in their dental plan that cost 99$ annually which I did and didnt even get to use! Their discounts are not true and they make up prices and costs for people on the fly without dental insurance.Both visits I had here, the dental assistant convinced me that I needed other products and strongly recommended them to be purchased there...one of them being a certain ANTIBIOTIC!**I was there initially for a regular check up and teeth cleaning (post covid) that they RESCHEDULED. The lady checked my gums and went no further after that to then explain that I have something severely wrong with my gums and that I need a deep cleaning (without consulting a Dr.) which she then sent me to their front desk to talk about pricing and THEY ADDED UNNECESSARY needed procedures totaling $4,796!!When I said I will not be having those procedures done, they said ok, your appointment today will be $94. ....FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT A GUM CHECK that noone asked for... it was supposed to be a regular cleaning and check up.** Not to mention there was a HIPAA VIOLATION with a lady at front desk (not going to put a name out) but, she was on a phone video chat with what seemed like a boyfriend, asking for my health information and social security number!!!

This is my first time to try this dentist because they had good reviews but I was very disappointed. I was trying to get my teeth clean here, but they had my teeth x-ray and check my gum. They said, my teeth need scaling and root canal, so I tried to schedule it, but their receptionist told me to wait while they will call/check my dental insurance to see if its covered. I sat down to wait but they told that it would take a while and they will call me that day, so I left and waited their call . They never called me that day. I waited for a week and called them and they said, they will check my insurance and call me back that day, but they never did. I called back the next day. The lady who answered was not there when I called,so she didnt know it. I dont know if she checked it on their system/computer, but she said, there was no treatment plan and whoever in charge with those information was gone for that day. She told me to call me back again, but I said, it;s been a week and I need my teeth scheduled for scaling. When she could not answer me, she pretended not hearing me on the phone so she hanged up on me. I called back again and an operator answered and tried to connect me to this dental office, but an operator said, they were with the patients. Until now, they have never called me back and its been two weeks.I already received a billing statement from my dental insurance and it showed how much they charge.They should have told me when I came in that they couldnt check/call my insurance and I would completely understand them. I have been in different dentist before and I have never experienced this. They always took care of everything. I think they dont like me there thats why they never called me back.I just wanted to get my teeth fixed and cleaned thats all.My old dentist, they called my insurance right away and scheduled me for the next appointment.I came back to my old dentist and right away I got my teeth cleaned, Root canal and Im waiting for my crown to put on and upper partial after that I will have my one tooth implanted.

Who loves going to the dentist? Not me. But ever since Caitlin has become my hygienist I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. She makes it an enjoyable experience while also doing her job effectively and professionally. It’s like visiting a friend every 6 months while also keeping your teeth and gums healthy! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Caitlin to have your teeth cleaned. She’s the best!

Today I had prep work for a new crown and Dr. Tang and Kristen were wonderful. They were like the Dynamic Duo. They kept me at ease throughout the procedure as well as were very professional. In addition, Dr. Tang has a gentle touch and I did not feel anything at all! Definitely, would recommend American Dental Solutions of East Norriton. I have been going here for about a decade and they are simply the best!

I am a new patient of American Dental, but I can honestly say that over the 3 visits I have had so far, I am very pleased. I first needed to see a hygienist for an exam and then for periodontal work, which if you have ever had it done, you know it can the be the worst! This was an efficient and pain free procedure lasting over 2 hrs.Afterwards, she gave me advice on maintaining my now sparkly, clean teeth. I had a small cavity which needed filling, and this was also met with gentle hands. For those of you who are over a certain age :), Im sure youll remember getting your tooth filled. Well, this was a surprising new, painless methods requiring NO NEEDLE. A local numbing and it was over in a wink. Latest, I found their prices reasonable. Dentist can be on the steep side, as we know, but I found them fair in pricing, if you have insurance. I definitely recommend this office

American Dental Solutions has been great for my orthodontic and general dental care. The dentists and dental hygienists are gentle and very professional. And I absolutely LOVE Tahira Kim at the front desk. She really makes me feel special each time I walk through the doors. I dont think I will go anywhere else for my dental needs. My daughter got her braces on today and it was such a great experience! She is only 9 and extremely dental phobic. Dr. Peer and her staff were absolutely amazing with her. It was such an easy process. MY daughter told me she loves it there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to American Dental for years. I had a crown that fell off early last year. The dentist recommended that I get a gum shortening procedure followed up by a new crown being fitted. I went with that plan as the dentist had recommended it. Well, at the end of the process, before my new crown was to be fitted Im told that I MUST pay the entire (~$2000) bit that should have been covered by Insurance to get the crown fitted. Insurance denied it because the old crown was less than 10 years old. I asked if I needed to do anything to appeal this and was told that it was being handled and that the dentist would personally send in something saying that the old crow was unusable any more. Nothing happened. So less than a year later the NEW crown falls off in the same fashion as the old one. The dentist glued it back in at that point, when it was still within the one year warranty period. Well, it fell off again just 6 months later. And now that its out of the warranty Im recommended to embark on a plan that will now cost me around $4000 out-of-pocket.

Today was my first time here at the Dentist for my son. As soon as I walked in the whole staff were very nice and welcoming. The whole office environment was ready with open arms. I wish I wouldve known about American Dental Solutions a long time ago. But, now we are here and arent going anywhere. Tahirih was so Nice and Caring for it to be our first time. She wrote down everything that my son would need for his procedure to get. I Appreciate People Like Her :)

I really enjoy the staff here! Its quick and easy! I always have a great time talking with Tahirih the office manager and Stacy the hygienist. They answer all of your questions and make sure you understand everything. I highly recommend AMERICAN DENTAL SOLUTIONS!

Terrible experience. Never go there, they just care money, but not patient. My wife and I went to do the regular cleaning which is 100% covered by my insurance. My wife went first, but they did periodontal treatment to her without her consent, then we have to pay $60 for that. I told them I just want to do regular cleaning. And I were told that they would not do any regular cleaning for both of us in future, we must accept periodontal treatment 4 times each year until forever. Unbelievable, not recommendation, but forced you to accept the treatment they give to you. I had many dentists in different States, this is the only one who rejected providing the regular cleaning service. Anyway, at least I have a right to say bye bye to them.

Staff at East Norriton office are pleasant, professional and gentle. 5 star experience from the time I booked the appointment to the follow up after the appointment. They are fantastic- from the receptionists to the dentists - everyone there is great. I recommend them to all of my friends who usually cant say the same of their dentists office.

I had a great experience for my first dental visit at ADS in a while because I was scared of the dentist. They made me feel right at ease and made things easy and painless. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others!

DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is unprofessional and should not be serving the community. My mother went in to get teeth pulled, they ended up pulling FOUR extra teeth, including her top wisdom teeth, without consent. Since they decided to pull a few extra teeth without the consent they needed, she WOKE UP during the procedure because they only gave her the amount of anesthesia needed for the teeth they were originally pulling. They proceeded to tell at her when she woke up, why would she be scared, right? They also prescribed her with medicine that she clearly explained she was highly allergic to. So she was without antibiotics for hours after the procedure until they were able to provide her with the medicine she needed. Please DO NOT GO HERE.

I had my bridge done beginning of the summer.Agreement was 50% I paid in cash and the o.ther 50% my insurance . But after two months I get the bill they asking for another $670. After Conversation I had with them they said it’s mistake , And I don’t have to worry about that , instead of that next month they send $560 for me to pay, which I ended up paying today . I never gonna come back to do any work over there . They overcharge me for$560.

I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr.Leisner was very professional in explaining what had to be done to prevent further complications in my mouth. The staff also was very attentive and kind during my appointment. This was my first visit to this dental office and I totally felt welcomed. Its convenient too as its minutes away from my workplace.

Having braces when you are 24 is kind of embarrassing, but thats the last thing I feel when I walk in those doors. Jenn is so friendly and personable, I feel like Im hanging out with friends. All of the ladies in the office honestly care about you, your well-being and are so genuine. They have great spirits and create a professional yet fun atmosphere. The orthodontists are very honest about your timeline and will take care of whatever you need. They want to see wonderful smiles when you are through, and although Ill have that, Ill be frowning because I wont be seeing these wonderful women anymore! They actually don’t have solutions....just problems. I came in for an extraction for a very painful tooth and was turned away at the door. My appt was on a Tuesday, I made the appointment on Monday (day before) but somehow they had a crystal ball and cancelled the appointment over the weekend. I wouldn’t trust them with my parrots teeth! Run!!!

Great experience...if you can say that about dental care. The team is very warm and considerate. Dr. Leisner always gives a detailed description of what works needs to be done, how he will do it and how much I will have to pay out of pocket. Our whole family goes here because of past experience.

Im surprised by all the negative reviews on here so I wanted to include my great experience with them. Ive been there for a regular cleaning- the hygenist was GREAT! She was thorough and very knowledgeable, and gentle on my teeth! I recently went back to get my first ever fillings done, and the dentist was wonderful. He worked quickly and talked me through the process, and he started up a conversation with me before the procedure that greatly calmed my nerves. I had to go back the next day to get the fillings filed down some more and they got me in when I was available (I didnt have to take time out of my work day). Overall VERY pleased with their customer service and the work theyve done so far on my teeth.

I had an emergency dental issue & they were able to get me in the same day! The staff were extremely friendly and the dentist was amazing.

This was a horrible experience for a first time patient at this East Norriton office. The only reason I came to this office was that I had new dental insurance (Dominion Dental) that only allows me to see specific dentists. This is one dentist that the plan allows. Here is what happened to me as a new patient: I went for a routine checkup and cleaning. They started by giving me complete x-rays (I never did get a cleaning from this office). The teeth cleaning lady told me that I require a deep cleaning (scaling), which I have never heard from any dentist I have seen in the past. Note that I was seeing my previous dentist routinely every six months, but I lost my dental coverage. Without coverage, it was about one year prior to my last checkup and cleaning. She told me a bunch of instructions and told me that she would write all of this down. I was also told by this office that this is not covered by my insurance. Anyway, I went to the front desk to ask how much I would have to pay, and the girl told me close to $600. I then told her that I do not have this to pay, and I asked can I simply get my cleaning and take care of the rest later? She told me NO and gave me some excuse about it being against Pennsylvania law for them to give me a cleaning. This same girl then told me to leave the office and she would call me with the instructions that I was supposed to receive. I never received any instructions as promised. Here is what I did instead-- I went to a previous dentist who is not covered by my insurance, and I ended up paying out of pocket in full for a dental checkup and a professional teeth cleaning. The hygienist who performed the cleaning told me that my teeth were not too bad. Since I had my previous cleaning about one year prior, I was overdue at the time. The dentist who performed the checkup did not see any issues. I dropped Dominion Dental still having an active policy at the time I visited American Dental Solutions in East Norriton. The only thing this office did was take x-rays and pretty much nothing else. Today I receive a bill in the mail from them for $198.00 dollars for doing nothing but x-rays that are fully covered by my insurance. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I cant recommend this office highly enough. Not only is their dental treatment of the best quality, but the entire staff is incredibly friendly and bends over backwards to ensure the patients satisfaction.I recently came in for a cleaning and, when the dentist discovered the need for follow-up treatment and my schedule was tight because I only had a few days before I was scheduled to move out of town, the whole office chipped in to take care of me before my move--even offering to come in before the office officially opened! Inga, Tahirih, Karen, & Dr. Casey are the best--Ill be coming back periodically from a few states away to make sure my dental hygiene is in the best hands. When you walk into American Dental Solutions, its smiles all around; when you walk out, youre genuinely smiling with a gleam!

Terrible place and terrible people. My mother in-law went to get 3 teeth taken out. Instead they pulled 5 plus her wisdom without her consent. And on top of that the anesthesiologist didnt put her completely under!!! She woke up during the procedure and they started hollering at her all while she was feeling what they were doing!! In addition, they prescribed her mediciation with penicilin after she already told them she was allergic to it. Be prepared for a lawsuit, people.

Im a frequent traveller, and have been to dentists all over the world, including my 3 years living in Spain, my 4 years in England and 2 years in China. I know what good dentistry is, so I plead with you for those considering this place.. DO NOT COME HERE.I happened to be visiting my sister from Maryland and this was the only place open on a Friday morning around here. I call for an appt they said come in.. my one tooth was hurting so I all I did was request that they check it out. What I got was a business pitch from the staff the moment I approached the front desk, to the dental hygienists and to the dentist himself. They had to scale my gums, take FULL X-rays, give me a cleaning or they couldnt take a look at my tooth. Being that it hurt really bad, I said ok.The doctor said a root canal was needed, and possibly the tooth next it.. WHAT?? They told me the cost, and I said no way. I paid for what I got done, and took aspirin to ease the pain. Went back to my home dentist and it turned out to be a small cavity that had a piece of food stuck in it, which is why I had a lot of pain.I brought a copy of my x-ray from this QUAK dentist and said everything looked normal. Sorry for the long post, but this is a business, NOT real Dental professionals. By the way... this place is outdated, smells bad had a horrible, rude staff and for some reason has cameras looking at you from every angle.. Weird place to say the least.

Tooth broke over weekend/ plan was to get it extracted soon but break created jagged edges/ result ulcers on my toungue and inside my mouthThe office took me in right away and the dr ground down the jagged edges and treated the ulcers.... ANOTHER GREAT JOB

I originally found American Dental Solutions because I want to get Invisalign. The only downfall was the cost of it, which I know isnt necessarily the offices fault, but that led me into making a general dental appointment with them. I had my first dental appointment yesterday (4/26/16) at the East Norriton location and I think it went really well! I get a lot of anxiety when visiting the dentist, due to past experiences, and even though I showed up anxious, it quickly subsided. Inga was my hygienist and she was great! She talked through everything with me and offered some suggestions for care that I am going to start very soon! Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Its a good experience staff they know what they are doing 110% of the time also they are very friendly and the women are very pretty, i would recommend them to all my family and friends

My 13 year old daughter has been a patient for several yearsshe loves the staff. They care a lot about their patients!

Hopefully someone in this office reads this and heeds my words. The clientele here will continually become more and more sparse if the individuals in this “practice” do not change their attitudes and the way they conduct themselves in front of patients. Disgustingly rude and unprofessional staff. I could feel the attitude as soon as I signed in for my appointment. I even WATCHED one of the dental hygienists motion to the receptionist to make sure that she marked me late when in fact I was ON TIME!! I visited this place once and gladly never returned. Money hungry and unprofessional at is very worst! This place seriously tried to charge me $1400 for a cleaning and 3 fillings and that’s with insurance!!!!!!!!!!!! THE MINDLESSNESS. Had the same procedure done at an actual professional dentist office for $300 It really made my stomach lurch to hear the dentist retort “ my wife will be angry if I don’t use my degree properly” when i explained to him I couldn’t afford their treatment. Just egregious. Look around, there are certainly BETTER dentists about. If the treatment was free I still wouldnt allow this place to treat me. FOR- PROFIT, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, CARELESS.

Always had a good experience. Hours in Phoenixville could be better and extended.

I have had a lifelong problem with going to the dentist and it now is showing. When I found American Dental in East Norriton I was very happily surprised. All the staff from Tahirih at the front desk to cleaning to assistants to the dentists are so professional, courteous, and caring. There is no pressure and they take the time to explain what is needed.I need a LOT of work, but, there is no anxiety as since I have found AD my treatments are done right and, best of all, Painlessly!The only thing I wish for is there were 10 stars I could give AD in East Norriton. WORST customer service. I was looking for a new local dentist, I brought in a coupon from THEIR website. They acted like they had no idea about their OWN coupons! Claimed it was corporate that put them up there BUT told me the coupons had limitiations....right after they told me they knew nothing about the coupons!!! I was a new customer, and they acted totally annoyed that they had to honor the offer. The DENTIST in this office was sitting right there, within earshot. They kept wispering to him in his office, then coming back out and giving me more excuses of why they couldnt honor the coupon.....why didnt he come out and deal with the situation, wouldnt he want to have a NEW customer? Very RUDE people. Do not spend your hard earned money here. GO ELSEWHERE.
