I called this office with a dental issue and they scheduled me immediately the next day. I had the procedure and was on my way home. Lina & Cindy at the front desk were very professional and nice and Jillian the assistant was very understanding and gentle. I wouldn’t have this procedure done anywhere else. I’m not a big fan of dental appointments but Dr. Dores made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I was even further impressed when Dr. Dores called me on the weekend to follow up to see how i was doing. He truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend this place to others. They’re also technologically advanced and have a patient portal which makes life so much easier. 5 stars!!!! 👌

Have been going to this practice for close to 4 years after my dentist of 40 years retired, and my experience has been nothing but excellent from the moment you walk through the door till your appointment is complete. At 72 years of age, I thought I was too old to start Invisalign, but Dr. Dores encouraged me to “go for it” to straighten out my crooked teeth and to fix my bite. After 50 weeks of treatment, I have a beautiful smile and I can eat on both sides of my mouth. As an added benefit, I got into the habit of not eating between meals, so I have lost 20 pounds. I am so grateful to Dr. Dores and to Invisalign for giving me more confidence and quite possibly adding more quality time to my life.

My back two teeth (molar and wisdom) flared up at 6:30 at night and Dores Dental was the only place open. I called ahead and drove there, never been a patient there before. They took me right in, quickly took care of my paperwork and info and had me in a chair getting examined and taken care of within minutes. They extracted two teeth after they were supposed to close for the day and did it with AMAZING attitudes and kindness. I was treated wonderfully and I would recommend everyone to go there. The level of concern for their patients and the kindness they displayed was professional and comforting. If I could give more stars I would, best place around. 100% would recommend.

Dores Dental is on another level--their work is excellent, their staff is incredibly kind and compassionate, and the office is very clean, modern, and comfortable. I cannot say enough great things about this place. On my most recent visit I had just a routine cleaning. I hadnt brought my night guard which was needed when I mentioned the jaw pain Ive been having. I know their schedule is crazy packed because of covid rescheduling but Dr. Dores made time for me to come in again next week to assess my night guard and help me take steps to improve my jaw pain. Im so grateful that time is being made to squeeze me in when I know theyre incredibly busy right now. This speaks to how patients are cared for here and I continue to be so appreciative.

Wow, this is our first time going here and the place is so great. My boys have a sensory delay and Shelley the hygienist was so great with them. She explain to the boys every step how she was going to examine their teeth and do the cleaning. As well, made it a education game looking for farm and jungle animals in their mouth. The boys love her. You walk in and the secretary make you feel so welcomed. The place is so clean and comfortable. You really dont feel like your in a dentist office. They attended to you quickly and gives you your quickly time. Shelley was very informational and helpful to my boys and Dr. Dores was great. I never seen my boys come out of the dentist office so excited. We will be going back not just for my boys. But, for my daughter and myself.

Dr Dores and his team are fantastic!They took my elderly 95 year old Mother, with dementia, and welcomed her into the office.I was so pleased with the way they treated her with respect and dignity. So kind and compassionate....They helped when I was faced with an emergency situation.I will forever be grateful to them, and the wonderful job they did to help her get out of her pain !Five stars, highly recommended!!!!

Never have I been to a dental office where I was treated like a Queen. Customer Service is a priority there and the cleanliness and modern equipment was also great to see! Free gift for being a new patient, tour of the office, a fridge with free drinks were all nice touches. Everyone obviously loving their job with big smiles, you cant ask for more. Shelley did an amazingly thorough job cleaning my teeth. They feel great! She even put my favorite music on ;) I havent needed to have work done by Dr Dores yet but when he came in to examine my teeth he was very gentle. Highly recommend!

I was so nervous to go to the dentist. My husband changed to Dores Dental and said to try Dores Dental. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff is from the front end ladies who gave me a tour of the place with a smile, to the hygienist who cleaned my teeth to Doctor Doris coming in to meet me and check out my teeth after Brittany cleaned them. I was so happy to leave with a smile knowing I found my place for my teeth from today until forever~ Thank you to all that made me smile today :)

Worst botched dentist I have ever had! Got a same day crown done that was supposed to be great and convenient right? Had to go back multiple times because it fell off after PERMANENTLY cementing it. Also needed the bite adjusted many times because while chewing it would hurt me sooooo bad! Went to a root canal specialist...I need a root canal on the tooth now! Nevermind your, same day crown means, you are in the chair waiting for.....5 hours! I have never been at a dentist office so long in my life, and I have many crowns in my mouth. After all this I have still stayed, up until now. I called to get a cleaning and I am told they are booking out to November due to short staff. Thanks but no thanks. I will go find a dentist that cares about their patients and where I feel comfortable talking to them. Dr. Dores has zero communication skills.

Honestly I’ve always hated the dentist office I’ve got some of the worst teeth you’ve ever seen.. I’m always in fear of the pain.. however, this office I must say by far has been the most wonderful experience that I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many different dentists But none like these. they’re gentle they’re kind they don’t make me feel ashamed of myself for my oral health if I could recommend any place it would be here by far this is the only place that I’ve ever had a good experience and the experience that I’ve had has been phenomenal. Dr. Dores and his family came to eat at the restaurant I work at. He noticed my chipped front teeth and offered to fix them! My first appoinment he took out a tooth that was hurting me for a few years. And my appointment today he put my crowns in my front teeth. And everything for free!! I couldnt be any more grateful for him and everyone who works here! Everyone is so nice and professional. And now Ill be making this my dentist for cleanings and all of that now. Great new location. Amazing staff. Great service. True and honest. Provided me with great patient education about my teeth and how I could better care for my teeth, especially with some sensitivity that I had experienced with my teeth. Loved them! I recommend them.

I needed a crown and was traveling international in two days. Dr Dores fit me in at the end of the day and 3 hours later I left with a new crown. It was also his birthday and he stayed late to make sure I was all set. Great job by Dr Dores and his team especially Joann. Highly recommend!

Great dentist terrible staff. If you cancel an appointment you get blackballed from the manager you have to call the day of when you want to go in and see if they have any openings if they don’t then you’re out of luck. Might as well go to someplace else that cares about patients needs and what is going on with their life. Unfortunately sometimes bad things happen to people in their lives nobody’s perfect. But this staff doesn’t care about you the patient.

Dr. Ochola is wonderful. He is an excellent dentist and also an educator. He does everything to preserve your teeth and only does what is necessary for the integrity of your mouth and your health. Plus the fact that he is there on Saturday’s makes it very combiners for me. In addition the staff is very helpful and kind.

Starting with the phone call I made to make the appointment until the time I left I was amazed at the level of customer service they showed me. It had been some time since my last cleaning as I suffer from “white coat syndrome.” This was the first time I had any type of experience at a dentist office as opposed to an appointment. I will return and highly recommend to all.

The desk girl Daniella is so incredibly rude I fail toUnderstand how she still has a job. She had the nerve to demand me to stay on the phone with her and pay an outstanding bill when I just called to cancel an appointment even after I told her I was still arguing it with my insurance. Didn’t know your desk girls also doubled as debt collectors. She rubs me the wrong way every time I have to interact with her. She needs a different profession. There is one desk girl Stephanie I believe is her name that’s awesome. So cheerful and professional. The other girl Danielle always talks and acts like she’s half asleep.

Everyone was extremely helpful and educational. I was taught about how to better my gum and teeth help. There was a lot of attention given to my comfort and care throughout the visit. There was consistent actions by the hygienist and doctor to make sure I was happy. There was great conversation and music to make me feel comfortable, as well. I am usually afraid of going to the dentist but this was a great visit and I will definitely be back! 10/10 on all accounts!

This practice is the real deal. Everybody is courteous as soon as you walk through the door. I need extensive dental work and I was given a thorough explanation of everything, from a treatment plan to an estimated cost.

I think Dr. Dores is great! As far as one of the new dentists in the practice goes he was horrible! I was not told prior to my appointment that there are 2 new dentists that were added to the practice. Nor does it state this on their website. Guess just make sure you request Dr. Dores when making an appointment!

Had a tooth removed, i had a bad experience in the past in the navy on wisdom teeth removal. but Dr Dores removed my last wisdom tooth and it went great. it was pain free and the staff made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I am glad i got it done and would recommend Dr Dores to all my friends and family.

This was my first visit to Dores Dental and it was very pleasant. The staff was wonderful from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted with 2 very friendly front desk staff, I was given a tour of the facility and even a gift from Dr. Dores himself. My wait time was very minimal, and I was actually worked into their schedule to accommodate a sudden change in my insurance. Dr. Dores, as well as the assistants were extremely patient, knowledgable and explained every procedure to me, as well as gave me breaks to ensure that I was comfortable (and also allowed him to see other patients). I will definitely be back and will be referring my children as well.

I switched my children over to Dores dental because they are open later than most dentist. I work and I go to school leaving appointment times hard for my children and myself. We were seen sevral times and my children were actually happy with going to any dentist appointments. Today I received a phone call from someone in the office claiming that my insurance does NOT allow my children to be seen after a certain time. I was clearly taken by surprise by this so I called around to other dentist and was told that was not true, so i called our insurance company which they told us that is also INCORRECT. I AM HURT AT THE FACT THAT THIS SO CALLED WONDERFUL DENTIST CAN SIT HERE AND LIE TO ME.One thing is that your office does not want to take our insurance anymore but BSing me about my insurance covrage is very unprofessional. The times that my children have been seen were good visits but this here is completely unacceptable and really shows that MONEY TALKS and the office is not in it for the patients. I will be going to the news with this and before anyone says its for the money NO ITS NOT its about the discrimination we felt. Again if they didnt want to deal with our insurance anymore I would have found another place but DONT LIE TO ME, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT JUST TOOK A PHONE CALL TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH.

Excellent, pain-free experience considering the situation. And when you think that a crown was inserted in less than two hours it makes maintaining proper dental care an easy task. Kudos to the team here at Dr. Dores practice. Highly recommended.

By far the best dental visit I have ever had. Elman, the hygienist was very thorough and gentle. I stayed after my cleaning for ZOOM whitening. The results of the whitening are amazing. I never thought my teeth could achieve this color. Dr Dores was very thorough with his exam and spent the time explaining what he saw. Entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STAR I WOULD ! I had a cavity filled and it was horrible - the dentist left it way to high so my teeth were grinding - my tooth felt huge and she clearly did not know what she was doing . I had to go back 2 times to have the tooth shaved down to stop my discomfort. As if any thing could not get worst they advised that i needed not one not two but four fillings!!!! i got one filled and expected to have three more filled !! i went to another dentist( New England Dental Care- they were awesome would recommend them to any one looking for a dentist that takes mass health ) -- he advised i only needed one filling not three he even showed me with a mirror ! He said my old fillings looked great and couldnt imagine why they would tell me that ! i knew it had to be to good to be true with all the free stuff they offer lol-- im sure they will make it back faking my fillings-- do your self a favor and find a new dentist !
