Very disappointed with our therapist Carolyn Roberts. She lacked follow through, discretion and was not willing to collaborate confidentially with us as parents as to a proper care plan for our teenage daughter. She was very disrespectful and lacked any skill in professional communication. Her last appointment with us, she spoke only 10min with our daughter with no follow through to make up the time. Very disappointed.
