My girls absolutely love going to these classes! They have lots of other activities as well. They’ve done a great job through the pandemic with virtual and hybrid classes. The teachers are fun! They not only learn taekwondo, but also good habits, discipline, and life lessons.Highly recommend !

Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy has been great for our kids. They are dedicated to teaching Taekwondo skills but are also committed to their students’ well being. There’s a good vibe and great instructors that keep my kids interested and active.

I high recommend MA Taekwondo Academy. In addition to taekwondo the students are learning important life skills. The instructors are tough but find a way to keep the kids having fun and wanting more. We felt welcomed into the MA Taekwondo Academy family from day 1.

I have been doing Taekwondo here since I was 6, and I am 12 now, I love it so much it is a ton of fun!! The Instructors are amazing, always willing to help, and pushing us to be better and work harder.

This martial arts school has taught me so much in the past couple of years. Going here is so much fun; I have made some awesome friends, I have gotten so much stronger and am more fit, and I have learned self-defense! I love MTA so much!

My son wasnt the the kind of person who would talk alot out to a group of people or show alot of energy towards something but with the few months he was here he became very confident and happy to work with the people around him. Theres a reason why MTA is given only 5 stars!! Overall a phenomenal place to be and study martial arts at any level without feeling that you may not belong or youre not getting what youre paid for. Its actually the complete opposite and you know on the first day that your getting more than what you paid for with coming out co fident and the quality service provided. Loving seeing generations of motivated families who keep coming back and have chemistry with everyone around them including new people. Best thing I ever participated in and has definently help me with my stress and anxiety over school and this pandemic! Great family and good citizens!

The first word that comes to my mind about MTA is family! This academy is extremely friendly and builds through community and teamwork. I have feel that I have learned alot since my last few months here. I already feel confident and know that what I learn here will protect myself and others around me! I know that I will be with this phenominal institue for a very long time and I am happy to call them my family!!

My stepdaughter has been attending Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy. She just received her green belt, and couldn’t be more proud. I have to give major thanks to all of her instructors that have been amazing. They are tough, fair, and funny. They teach your child how to be more confident, humility, and to treat others with respect. I can tell the mat is one of her favorite places to be. I also highly recommend having your child’s birthday party here. Her and her brother had their party here a couple months ago and they had the time of their lives. 5 out of 5 stars

My son started attending the academy in August and he loves it here! The staff are attentive to the kids. They run full day programs during vacation weeks. They have parties four times a year for the kids. The birthday parties are fun and the prices are reasonable. If your looking for a great after school program, then look no further than the Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy!

The sense of community and family are genuine. The instructors are amazing; respectful, fair and patient. Our son loves going there for after school as well. We joined this taekwondo family just over 2 years ago. Ive never seen my son more passionate about anything. The staff and instructors are respectful, strict, caring and knowledgeable - everything youd need entrusting your child to their care. I recommend this school to anyone interested in enrolling their child in a martial art. Great school, great staff, great facility.

My 10 and 7 year old sons started taekwondo this June and by the end of the summer were officially hooked. We were all welcomed into the academy made to feel like family. The work ethic and values being taught by the committed instructors are priceless to us. Taekwondo will be a big part of our lives for years to come!

The team at Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy has become a second family for us - 2 years going strong! We enrolled our son (an ADHDer) to help instill self-control and discipline. While his pace is different than others in the program, the instructors get that, 100%. They are as invested in his success as we are and provide the positive reinforcement required for a kiddo like ours. While the facility’s primary focus is martial arts, they go out of their way to make it a 360 degree experience for the kids and families. Hosting holiday themed activities for the kids, providing before and after care, summer camp and group travel opportunities. Can’t say enough- they are an amazing group of instructors and staff! Will definitely be enrolling my 3year old as soon as he’s old enough!!!

We joined Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy because i wanted my girls to gain self confidence and learn self defense. But they are for sure learning much more then that. Their instructors are all great, they are strict, funny and fair. They teached them martial arts, respect for self and others, humility, confidence and to never quit. Thank you for all the staff.

My 7 year old has been at MTA since he was 4 and he loves it. Very welcoming environment and a great group of instructors that are commited and enjoy teaching Taekwondo. Great customer service from Ms. Ali always ready to answer questions. My son will continue going here and we would recommend to anyone looking for a great environment.

We have had a great experience at the Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy. Every one of my boys has learned so much more then how to kick- the self control, respect and perseverance has benefited them all outside of classes. Every stripe and belt is earned not given. The instructors care about every student and friendships made with fellow students will be lifelong.

My son has been going here for a little over a year and has developed more confidence and self control. The staff makes sure that the students earn their stripes and belts before advancing. He earned his green belt in under a year and wants to continue to his black belt.

Instructor Mehrdad and all the assistant instructors are incredibly kind, yet find the perfect balance of discipline in every class. My son, Ian, learned self control and self confidence because the instructors believed in him more than he even believed in himself. They have given him the gift of physical and mental strength. We are all deeply grateful for all of their efforts!

I’m so pleased to have my daughter attend both the after-school program and evening classes including sparring. Since she has attended she has demonstrated notable improvements in confidence, motor control, self regulation as well as increased self discipline. I am impressed by the supervision and guidance of staff members and their ability to balance fun and discipline in classes. Friends and family members that have attended taekwando and other martial arts classes as children and adults were equally impressed in the organization and technique developed by the students under the staffs guidance. I highly recommend this taekwando studio over all others in the area.

My three children attend the taekwondo academy, they love all the activities and they cant wait to come in every day. The studio is big , very clean, and everyone is so friendly and kind . The rules are strict (which I like) but there is always room for fun. My children just love Instructor Muhrdad!!!

MTAs lead instructor and owner, Mehrdad Khabir, genuinely cares about the success of all his students and loves his job. Prior to being a student of Mr. Khabir, my son studied TaeKwondo for over a year under another instructor with disappointing results. I enrolled him under Mr. Khabir nearly two years ago and he has flourished in skill, physical shape, and confidence. My daughter and I have also joined MTA.In addition to getting a great workout and learning self defense, each student is taught 5 virtues (Aims of Taekwondo)...those being respect, honestly, humility, perseverance, and self-control. Honestly, what more could you ask for in an after school activity.Dont worry about being pushed too hard. While instructors want you to succeed, they wont push you beyond your comfort level.As for other students in class, both adults and students are very welcoming. Whether you are an adult or child, you will quickly feel at home after several classes.Do yourself a favor and enroll your child! Maybe enroll yourself too! Its great family time and you wont regret it.
