They have very nice items at a good price. I was pleased with my purchase and they did a great job repairing my wifes ring!

Brought in an engagement ring for them to duplicate and they took care of it in a reasonable time frame at a good price - Couldn’t even tell which ring was which when they were finished.

My now fiance and I have been thrilled with the service from all the staff at both locations of Sayegh! They have all been very patient as we took lots of time minding the details of selecting engagement rings for each other, and they were accommodating of our specific request for Canadian diamonds (the only 100% certain way theyre conflict-free). Outstanding service and professional skill. I bought a nice Seiko watch for my wife on Christmas Eve and it had a bad battery I soon discovered. Upon bringing it back I was taken care of nicely and I would not hesitate to trust Mr. Sayegh as he personally provided me with outstanding respectful service. Friendly knowledgeable staff too.

Terrible service. 5 days for a minor repair to a bracelet and all I hear is Tax Free weekend, Tax Free weekend, maybe tomorrow. Ill take my business elsewhere thank you very much.

I stopped by here completely unexpectedly one day while driving from East Longmeadow to Monson. Ive been wanting to connect my engagement ring and wedding ring to make one piece so they stop twirling around my ring finger. I decided to give them a shot, and boy am I glad I did! Not only did they do a fabulous job; but they were very accommodating and professional as well. I only had about 2 hours until my flight back to Baltimore, and they were able to do the work and leave me with time to spare. My ring has never looked better! Thank you Sayegh Jewelers!
