Normally I don’t leave poor reviews, however this was absolutely the worst staffing agency I have ever worked with. For starters, whoever was answering the phone wouldn’t respond to you and would leave you questioning if anyone was even there because of the length of silence that followed. Nicole Griffin was never available by the way... she was always in “meetings.”When I met with Nicole, it was actually pleasant although she had nothing to offer me in terms of positions even though she boasted about the rapport she had with many companies who were in need of employees. Nicole made sure to inform me that I didn’t have any skills they were looking for.I have not one but two bachelor of science degrees and have a lot of experience with reputable companies in the finance industry. I relocated here for love and decided I needed a new start in a new industry which is what led me to the staffing agency in the first place. Nicole had me on the phone reviewing why I was not a good fit for the companies in need for over 30 minutes when she finally called me back last week. Look I get it- not every company is looking for someone with my competencies but so you really need to keep me on the phone that long telling me why no one wants me as an employee?She asked me to follow up weekly, so I called Monday. It’s Thursday and still haven’t heard from her. When I emailed to advise of this, she said we spoke already about how the companies passed on you. THIS WAS LAST WEEK EVERYONE!! She is unorganized and very unprofessional. This was not the only instance this occurred either but I overlooked it because we are all human and have things going on in our lives but the email response i received today just proved my initial thoughts on the company.

I recommend trying a more results-driven and professional staffing company before investing time and energy with ManeHire. Kforce and Complete Staffing are pretty good. Or if you have the time try seeing what you can find on your own first. I landed some interviews and found a new job which was better than anything Nicole Griffin presented to me within about two months.

Usually this kinda positivity NOT seen in recruitment companies!I was approached by ManeHire for a job, had the opportunity to discuss with higher management about a few issues I had, they were very positive in their response and the experience was awesome!
