Unfortunately when you have a difficult conversation regarding a balance owned and your dental insurance plan Laura hangs up on you. Had Ema Dental informed me from the beginning that my insurance plan did not pay for my cleaning I would NOT have continued.... Do not take them at their word regarding your Dental Plan.... Lesson learned!! Soon to be out of $400+ for photos of my tooth that was never fixed.. I guess I should be thankful that Dr Cohen needed to leave and didnt have time to refill my cavity on my last appointment.

Always a professional and friendly experience when i go to EMA dental. Theyve always been good to me over the years and is the only Dentist i would go to for Cosmetic dentistry. When I was a younger man, they even worked with me (in terms of time) to pay down my outstanding balance.

My experience felt safe from beginning to end of my visit. My hygienist was great and answered questions knowledgeably and patiently. Dr Cohen was great as usual.

Two months in to a six month journey, I have had appointments with 3 of the dentists, 1 of the hygienists, and two of the dental assistants. All have been professional, knowledgeable, and have offered guidance towards a best outcome for me. The same goes for the admin team and the financing coordinator. Never felt more comfortable going to the dentist.

I really LOVE my dentist group. Katelyn was a new hygienist for me, but they are all good. Really careful COVID practices! I am so happy. The doctors are all women, and I like that, as a change. I am happy to say theyve really brought my teeth health up without costing an arm and a leg. And their receptionist Andi is AWESOME.

I‘ve had a lot of dental work done in the past, but EMA dental was by far best dental experience I’ve ever had! We have been patients at EMA dental over a span of 15 years. The service has always been first rate. It still is. There are some communication problems helping patients navigate into the practice during the pandemic. Text messages are not the same as the posted notice on the door. Text messages dont tell you what to expect except to notify them by text you have arrived. Confusing and didnt work.

First time experience at this office ! I was a bit apprehensive at first , new place, new dentist etc, however my fears were alleviated the minute I walked in and was greeted by a most congenial staff who made me feel welcome ! It’s so important for new patients to feel comfortable when surrounded by unfamiliar faces and it can be extremely daunting, however my experience was very positive , I got an immediate sense of well being (very important for patients)! Dr Mariano is excellent he explained and outlined in detail all he would do to provide me with excellent dental health and beautiful cosmetic restorations.A stellar practice indeed! Would love to continue with this office but the price for one implant is too exorbitant at this time , however I think they are the best.

As has been the case for the past decade or so that I have been going to EMA Dental, my care was excellent. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist, are friendly, helpful, professional and very competent. Before going to EMA I was one of those people who had had terrible experiences with dental care and avoided the dentist - no more. The staff at EMA are sensitive, caring, willing to answer all questions and provide options, and just plain nice. I no longer experience any anxiety or distaste about going for dental appointments (and I have had to have crowns, an implant, etc. not just cleanings and fillings). I recommend them most highly.

Finally able to get my teeth cleaned after a near 2 month postponement, I was glad to at last be able to get it done. The safety precautions taken were impressive and I was quite comfortable throughout the whole process. My hygienist, Kimberly, met me at the front door, took my temperature, and led me to her station where she worked on me using new precautionary techniques. She was genuinely concerned about my and my familys well being, and I was happy to catch up with her about everything going on.It was very reassuring to know that EMAs prime concern seemed to be the protection of both staff and patient during these difficult covid-19 times. Their professional handling of the virus and the challenges faced in re-opening the office are deeply appreciated.

It sounds odd, but I felt like tipping Dr. Cagino! Seriously, though, my last visit was the *first* time Ive been able to chew the same day after getting a filling (2, in fact). In the past, Ive had to return for bite adjustments. Not this time.

I had my first visit yesterday after over 20 years with another dentist. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff and how well they supported me in transitioning my family to their practice. Staff are knowledgeable and the variety of specialists and treatment options within the practice make it a convenient option for all of your dental needs.

Top shelf. Very caring dentists. Experts in their field. I have had a great deal of dental work done by Dr. Lisa and would never go any where else. They deal in perfection.

There should be unlimited stars allowed for EMA Dental. I cannot recommend them enough. They were able to get my daughter in ASAP. She had an infected tooth and they got her in and pulled the tooth. My daughter is a bit of a nervous nelly and they made her super comfortable. She’s recovering so well she’s out at Bright Nights less than 8 hours after having the tooth pulled. I think we found our new dentist. Amazing staff, easy billing/insurance part of the visit. Again I can’t recommend EMA enough. 100 stars!

I recently went to EMA Dental to have my teeth whitened and had a very positive experience. The whitening suite is upstairs while the rest of the dental practice is downstairs in what I would describe as a very modern, roomy but cozy building. Amy, the whitening specialist, explained the process completely and clearly. She has a very bubbly personality and made me feel at ease immediately. I had a family member get aesthetic/restorative work done here in the early 90s that never had an issue with the work since so I started seeing the team here when I moved to the area. I’ve been in the chair of most of the staff over the years and have never had anything but an outstanding experience. I had an amazing experience at EMA dental. Amy was able to help get me in quickly when dealing with some extreme tooth pain and Dr.Johnson throughly examined the area and was able to quickly extract the tooth with minimal pain and trauma to the area! I was a complicated patient and EMA came highly recommended by my oral surgeon in Vermont. I have a long history of mouth trauma and multiple oral procedures and reached out to EMA dental in tears. They listened patiently as they heard my story on the phone. We made an appointment to meet Dr. Mariano where I explained my story further. After the consult and evaluation we came up with a plan and a timeline. My anxiety and pain around dental procedures were well addressed and I now have a beautiful new bridge that looks great. Went to EMA Northampton for cleaning on 2/27/2019. Originally, my appointment was on 2/13/2019. Something came up and the scheduler took care of getting me a new appointment immediately. Jennifer is my hygienist. Always smiling and very thorough when it come to my dental health. I never thought I would say its a pleasure to go to the dentist.

They have a great system with Covid19 going on, very sanitary and adjusted their apt times so very little wait once you arrive. They are very thorough and make sure to really take care of you and your teeth. Extremely friendly and welcoming! Very well organized and professional. I’ve had many horrible dentist experiences and this place is an amazing find! Would definitely recommend!

As a Registered Nurse, I am very particular about my choice of health professionals. Rarely do I warm up to anyone the way that I did with Dr. Mariano and the staff at EMA Dental. After only one visit I feel that I am in both capable hands and a very welcoming environment. My visit was more like having them come to my home to treat me rather than me visiting their office. My questions were answered patiently and completely; and I felt like I was the only patient in the building during my time there. Recommending other providers is not my habit - but I make an exception here by saying that I would recommend EMA Dental to everyone, including my own family.

I have been going to EMA for 2 - 3 years in Northampton. They are always professional, on time and incredibly friendly. I love Dr. Chambers and the entire staff.

Have been to several dentists and this place is top of the line from the time you arrive until you leave. Over the years there have been a few crowns but nothing looked that good. A few yrs. ago I had a fracture under one of the crowns and needed the tooth removed and went to a local specialist who did an implant. I have had front teeth trouble since I broke them off at 11 yrs old.----(51 years later) I am finally going to have a confident smile once again because someone recommended Dr. Mariano as the best cosmetic Dr. they knew.They sure are up on the latest technology and very wonderful from the time you are greeted until you leave. Looking forward to next month when Dr. Mariano and his staff will put on my new crowns. Wish I had a dentist like him from the start. Unfortunately I fractured a small portion my tooth #9 yesterday. I called late in the afternoon and the office got me right in. Dr. Emirzian stayed late and extended her busy day to help me out. The tooth looks better than before it was broken! She truly is an expert in all cosmetic aspects of dentistry. EMA and I have been together for over 10 years and I cant think of a visit where I was disappointed. From front end throughout, EMA understands the whole patient experience!

What makes EMA Dental top notch compared to other dental offices is not only the professionalism and how they keep the place super, super clean, but also, how personable and relational the all are - the women running the show up front, the hygienists (Connie cleans my teeth and does an exceptional job!), and the doctors (I see Dr. Cohen). When they ask how things are going, they really want to know! They take the time to get to know you and keep the thread going from appointment to appointment throughout the years. My dentist fired me years ago because I wanted to get the amalgams replaced with bio-compatible materials - what felt like a rejection was truly a blessing in disguise! I would never, ever consider going anywhere else! Oh and I almost forgot - I had my teeth whitened after todays cleaning and they look amazing! Amy did such a great job, my very sensitive teeth didnt feel sensitive at all :)

I wanted to learn the options for replacing a single tooth. Dr. Sotoodeh went over details for two approaches carefully, and in the end I chose to do nothing. Saying I felt comfortable with my decision, she responded, I feel comfortable if you feel comfortable.
