Lady doesn’t spray the car with hoses looks unmotivated sprayed a tiny bit like it’s supposed to do something smh

I love this car wash! In my opinion, best value around. The car wash itself is very effective. The people are friendly and it’s close to home.

This is the best soft cloth automatic car wash in the area. It does seem to suffer outages from time to time but the young folks who work there are able to restart the wash. The real gem is the large, multiple space vacuum system. You can really stay in top of keeping you cars carpet, rugs and other fabrics clean anytime at no cost. Thats a great service and the people really appreciate it. Keeps me paying the slightly high wash prices ;-) Thanks.

Did good job except the rear deck / trunk lid - obviously neither the attendant nor the automatic spray and brushes cleaned the tree droppings which were there... For the cost, they should have been gone but didnt even seem lesser or even moved around...

Friendly people, monthly subscription is a good deal, and the free vacuums work well.

This was is very thorough wash. I was very impressed with the sideblast and all of the other stages of the wash. You can feel the power and deep clean.

My credit card had expired that was on file, I have been a car wash member for over five years. They made me back out of the car wash after waiting in line for 10 minutes and made five cars move behind me instead of just letting me go through and calling to update the card. Lost a customer for life.

Consistently efficient service. The monthly wash pass encourages us to keep our cars clean, especially during the fall, winter & spring salt & sand seasons.

A bit pricey for the quality but super convenient. They have free vacuums which kinda make up for it. The employees are pretty nice people. My biggest gripe is having to go over the spots that have been missed when I get home.

My car was recently damaged, scratched paint at the back, The brushes they use are quite abrasive and use to much pressure on car surfaces. At the same time , the car leaves this car wash still with some unwashed surfaces , usually in the back.I did not notice the damage right away. Who could think!I have to spend time and money now to fix this nasty issue.Beware of this car wash!!

Nothing phenomenal. Its easy. Its convenient. The prices are relatively reasonably. Your car comes out decently clean. The vacuums outside are a nice feature though.

Very fast en efficient place for a drive through car wash.

This place has gone downhill a little bit. It used to be spot-on. Today I went to go use the vacuums most of them are clogged and they were all down on the ground? Also the automatic car wash. I used to pay up for the best one they offer with the Wheel Wash and tire shine but now that doesnt seem to do anything. Doesnt seem like a big deal but when youre paying like $14 for an automatic car wash you kind of want your moneys worth. Ill continue to go there but they need to up their game a little bit for sure.

Irresponsible staff and a lack of responsibility. My car was damaged due to their negligence and the staff responded with a dismissive and rude attitude. I am working with corporate to resolve this issue. If I could rate this establishment even lower, I would. This location gives the entire organization a bad name.

Down town has the best facility for the works car wash. They do include the mats, for an extra fee, but they do an excellent job

Damage to my vehicle due to the car wash. AVOID at all costs. I typically only go to touchless car washes, but was driving by and needed a wash so I stopped in. Noticed the damage as soon as I got out of my car and went back to the car wash to speak to the manager. He denied that the damage (buffed off paint) was due to the car wash and was rude and condescending. I went and got two estimates for fixing the damage, and due to the location of the paint damage on the bumper, I was given estimates of $679 and $759. All thanks to an $18 car wash that didn’t even leave my car very clean. DO NOT GO HERE.

Conveniently filled up my tank for the lowest price Ive seen anywhere, got my car washed for $5 As part of their crazy Tuesday deal and used their FREE high powered vaccuums to tidy up the inside. Great find!!
