It was a nice, clean restaraunt. Service was pretty good. Food came out on the slower side, but it gave enough time for previous dishes to settle. Food itself was pretty decent, some extraordinary dishes, but most were just good. Overall it was a fun place worth trying, but I dont think I would ever frequent the place. Try for yourself.

The mussels are an amazing app. The all you can eat meat is great if you have an appetite. The environment is pleasant. The wait staff was a bit too over attentive. I was wondering if they were trying to clear the table before we even ordered...

A spacious, well-decorated restaurant with great potential!First, I have to say this is some of the friendliest, most attentive staff I’ve experienced in western Mass. They were very eager to please and get us whatever we wanted. Shelly was beyond welcoming, as was the gaucho (guy with the meat skewers) and the other waitress.As for the food: The meat was overall very well-cooked and tasty, but I think was a bit salty at times. Picanha is partially crusted in salt, so that’s understandable, but the other meats were also quite salty. If they tune that down just a little bit, I think it would make a world of difference—and I’m a salt lover. But I can’t stress enough: the meat is gorgeous, it’s just a hair salty.I have to admit, although I don’t like to be negative, the sides were very generous in portion but not very good in flavor; the plantains were excellent though. Again, everything was a bit too salty, and again, not my restaurant BUT: Would love to see you swap those French fries out for some fried yucca. They add a little interest and authenticity, and I’ve yet to meet a person who didn’t like them! Plain white rice instead of the yellow would be just fine; that’s what they serve in most churrascarias.I think with time this place will be great, but you should by no means pass it up! Go try it.

Mixed drinks are very good. We ordered the chorizo appetizer. It was a bit over cooked but still very flavorful. I had grilled salmon and it was perfect. My wife had chicken which was awesome. Of note, they cook traditional Portuguese style foods. I initially ordered grilled cod and it was NOT a cod fillet. Tasty but had to work through the bones. Not what I was expecting. Wait staff is attentive and top notchWe will certainly be back.

I highly recommend the Rodizio experience if you are looking for something perfect for a celebration, get together or special occasion. The meats keep coming and coming and they are all different and flavorful, but some of the meats they bring out taste like they are delivered straight from heaven! It also has a real authentic feel to it... Highly recommend Fogueira!

The food and service were both excellent. The fillet and lamb chops were out of this world. I got there for dinner early at 4PM. I was the only customer in the restaurant. But they still served me and keep on bringing the meat like the place was full of people.

I have not ordered an entree yet after two visits, but I can attest that the 3 apps that I have enjoyed and the service is spot on! The wings, spicy shrimp over greens, and the mussels are magical! Stop by for a great Portuguese - Brazilian experience. You will not be disappointed!

It was a decent Brazilian/Portuguese steakhouse. I was surprised that there wasnt a salad bar like others Ive been to, but the meat that was present was alright. Its worth a try.

Everything about this place is excellent from the service to the food. All the meats were well seasoned and hot. The staff brings it out as fast as you can eat it and will bring as much as you can eat.

Nothing like this in Western Massachusetts!!! Big place, good parking, great service and off course top of the line food. You can choose from menu single plates or you can go for the Rodizio option with a small sides buffet and unlimited steak,lamb chops, pork, chicken and sausages Rodizio style, that was my pick and even though its $33 per head and $15 kids its worth the money. Great experience, nothing like this in Springfield area. Highly recommend....

Wasnt quite sure what to expect, but it was great! The wait staff was exceptional, and the food was delicious. Be prepared to eat, large portions! They had this thing like an all you can eat, you go to like a hot and cold salad bar of such which has all sorts of goodies then they come out with mouth watering types of meat on skewers that looked delicious, steak (filet mignon), sausage, lamb, eat until youre full. Didnt get to try that but it sure looked good, next time!

Wait staff was very attentive and friendly. We did the rodizio and the meats were good, but I have been to other churrascarias where the meat had been cooked and seasoned better. The hot and cold buffets were a bit disappointing (the food was good but not much of a selection). Considering the amount I ate, it was not worth the $37.00.

The restaurant was very empty for Valentines day which should have been the first clue as to how the night would go. The service was slow, the bread was cold and looked to be sliced grocery store bread. I had to remind them of my drink order twice before finally receiving a drink. The food would have been good apart from the tin foil in the steak. When the manager came over she said that she could see how that could happen apologized and offered a different dish. Since we waited nearly 40 minutes for the first dish to come out we did not wish to wait again and so she walked away. I left my meal there without finishing it since I did not want to eat any tin foil. Overall it was not a good experience for our group and we will not be returning. If you are looking for an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse experience this is not the place to find it.

Ehhh. Walked in without a reservation and the owner made a big deal about it and sat us at the bar. Meanwhile the tables were virtually empty for the time we were there. The updated decor is nice though...

The place is a steakhouse that is more Portuguése than Brazilian. The waiter was absolutely wonderful. Spacious place. Clean. Slow for a Friday night. Can be pricey but worth it.

Horrible food. Not sure if it was because I’ve been so spoiled by living near a really good Brazilian but this experience was an unpleasant one. The food was tasteless. The ONLY positive experience was that the service was good and they were all friendly. The place was empty and should have been my first sign to go.

I had previously brought friends to try the Rodizio and it was excellent then, five stars. This visit I brought my niece for the first time and it was disappointing. I was sorry to see the salad/sides buffet was gone and instead a few sides of their choice were brought to the table family style, greatly limiting the sides choices. While the wait staff was very friendly, they seemed to be new and could not tell us much about anything (like what meat they were serving). If it was sausage, that was it, they did not know if it was chicken, Italian or Brazillan sausage. If it was steak, that was it, they couldnt say if it was sirloin, etc. Last time the meat variety was better mixed and the service was a nice continual flow. This time it seemed the first 4 or 5 meats were some form of chicken, and then there was a very long wait for anything more to come. I actually had to comment to the hostess that I was disappointed in the stopped flow. Eventually, it started up again, but seemed to begin at the beginning with the chicken choices again - it took a while to get beef to the table. There was more staff as the meal went on and we got several different staff bringing meats. I think we did eventually get most of the same meats we got the first visit, but again, just not as enjoyable with the restriction of sides and the big gaps in service. I will probably not bring anyone there again to show off the Rodizio. If I do go back, Ill likely order a single item off the menu.

Ive had a good share of Brazilian food and this one isnt too bad. The food was ok. The service was great!!!! I came with a big party and i think they were a little under staffed. Otherwise it wasnt too bad.

It was very disappointing. We went after reading so many good reviews. We figured the bad ones were probably a bad night. Let me start with a positive, the staff was very nice and very friendly.We both both got the Brizilian Steak, the steak that is brought to the table.Now a not so positive, Ive been to a couple of Brizilian Steakhouses before so maybe my expectations were high but the all you can eat sides were minimal at best, the beans were very good though. I also believe that much of it was left from lunch, they started swapping it out after we got our plates, what we got off the hot side was cold or coldish. The cold side was mostly sald, it was fine.Now for the meat, some of it was good, the sirloin and beef ribs. The chicken wrapped in bacon was weird, it had a very weird almost crunch texture (not a good crunchy) the lamb like a lot of the meat was over cooked.This was not inexpensive mind you and let it be noted drinks (soda) is not free refills.Im really surprised by all the highly positive reviews after our exprience. So disappointed.

Beautiful, spacious, clean building well decorated. Friendly waitresses, nice bar.Got the rodizo meat platter. Dude brings rottisere and shaves meat tableside.Comes with sides. Cold fries soggy french fries, white rice, dry plaintains. Canned beans and salsa and desert sand. Incredible garlic bread. Best garlic bread of my life. Start offs with cold salty peppered ham, then short ribs- kinda room temp but delicious, then came the sausages, which were juicy with a nice crisp casing very pleasant. Then dry peices of chicken and pork wrapped in bacon it was disgusting, so dry it absord all the salivia out of my mouth, then mediocre lamb chops slightly overcooked but not too bad. the ribeye came outafter, amazing beautiful char and smokey flavor with a juicy bite. Aftr that it was overcooked chicken wings, disgustingly dry FILET MIGNON, AND grilled pineapple which was quite tasty. The two waitresses that were there were figting over our table so i wasnt sure who to talk to since both just kept serving us. I had to remind each. Of our waitress for water twice. The man cutting youre steaks was not interactive or social, but just asked after every tiny singular cut if that enough. When asking what would come next, i got a short idk as an answer. Am i expecting too much to pay 35$ for a dinner that doesnt serve over cooked meats?

The owner Manny is a racist POS. I deejayed there when it was club meadows and as soon as I walked in he said Do not play that ni**er music I also knew some staff that worked there and said he would water down the liquor.
