I made reservations for an RV and it was very easy and everyone I spoke to was so sweet and so helpful . I had to cancel and I called and canceled and again all super sweet and very nice employees. Lisette was the one who was going to show me the parking for the R v and I told her my situation why I couldn’t rent and she was so understanding and helpful . Def recommend everyone to rent from these awesome people ! 💙

My experience with Jeremiah and Tammy at Cube Smart in East Long Meadow has been pleasant. They are friendly and patient people, answered all my questions about storage and getting me the right sized space to fit my needs. I do like that Cube Smart holds a space for you without deposit. Which in my case, it worked out perfect as I was out of town when a space opened up.I would recommend to anyone that needs short or long term storage to speak to Jeremiah and Tammy. Rates are very reasonable. I will most certainly return to Cube Smart if I leave and need storage again.

These people are the worst company ever. I did a favor for someone and made a one time payment with my card and they had the nerves to authorize another payment 2 months later without my permission. Don’t even know why they would save my card number. They never answer the phone, no corporate number, left multiple messages and they never replied. I will be going personally today.

We reserved a unit online (no issues). Next day I went to the facility to claim our unit and pay. Tammy was in the middle of her work. She stopped and took care of our needs. She made sure we had everything we needed. She showed us the unit and how to operate the gate to enter and exit after hours. She explained everything to us and emailed everything she talked about so we had a copy. I highly recommend this storage facility. From reserving online to leaving the facility; everything was a breeze!

CubeSmart of East Longmeadow (182 Benton Dr.) has been unexplainably amazing. They have helped my father and his landscaping business further its professionalism and protect his equipment at the safety of Tammy. Tammy is a wonderful business women and takes unbelievably good care of not only all of her customers but the units and spots in which they fill. There has not been a time pulling into CubeSmart where I have been unsatisfied with my decision to store stuff there. Would most definitely recommend as this is for sure the place you should store your stuff too!

Needed a storage unit for a couple of months. There was a sale on the bigger storage units which is what we ended up purchasing. Had no issues entering the gate, and felt comfortable that there was a locked gate securing our unit. Dallas was very friendly and informative, making sure we were satisfied with the service. I would recommend to anyone, and will use again in the future!

Friendly staff, gave great instructions regarding access, policies, etc. When I checked out, Jeremiah pointed out that my auto pay had charged me for the upcoming month, which I did not realize, and he graciously reversed the charge. Would definitely use again.

Our son had rented a storage area at the Benton Drive site in East Longmeadow for several years. He died in August and, after looking through his things, we had them abandon the rest. Tammy called several days later to say they had found some pictures and other paperwork in the unit and asked if wed like to pick them up. We were terribly grateful as we found many things we would have missed. She was a delight in all our dealings with her and we highly recommend your giving them your business.

Tammy is very helpful in aiding in selecting all the available options. The only problem I have with CubeSmart is the fact that even though I have full coverage by my personal insurance company (Arbella) for all of my items stored at the facility, I am required to purchase additional insurance from CubeSmart @ $9.00 per month for $2000 coverage of what I have stored. I estimate the value of my items in CE to be less than $1000. I do not need or want additional coverage BUT according to CubeSmart I must have it. Why? I think some thought must be given in the future for this to be an OPTION and not a requirement. Comments from CubeSmart?Thanks,Ray Hand
