Sundance is one of the most unique jewelry stores I have ever been in. It has always been a fun time going in to see what they have new. I also like very much that if you need to have any repairs done on your jewelry it never leaves there. Once you go there you’ll never go anywhere else, my husband & I have been customers for 26 years. Today even with everything that’s happening in the world today everyone at Sundance was upbeat & happy to show me some new pieces that had just come in while I waited for my niece to pickup her repairs (which they got done in 1 day) & I pickup these very cute earrings, so cute I couldn’t stop at one pair. Sundance is worth the stop.

A wonderful local jewelry store, with customer service second-to-none! Bill and Audrey helped me pick out an engagement ring and then helped us pick out wedding bands a few months later. They took time to answer my questions and offered up various suggestions when I wasnt quite sure, all without making me feel rushed. I wouldnt hesitate recommending them for any of your jewelry needs!

My latch back to my favorite earrings broke and I so happen to come across Sundance Jewelers. Well Im happy I had, as I had the most refreshing customer service experience that I could ask for. Not only were they courteous but they were very efficient. My earrings were ready in less than 24 hours. All during the pandemic, I am more than pleased!

I absolutely love Sundance jewelers. I have used this jeweler my entire life and I would never buy from anyone else. Bill, Betty, Audrey and staff are always extremely polite and helpful. They always have new styles in the store all the time and they also do a lot of beautiful custom made work. Pretty much if you can dream it they can help you make it come to life. They host different community events as well that are pretty fun and have great discounts and prizes. I’ve used this store to shop for myself and my family and I will continue to do so. I got a new stackable ring here and the whole process was amazing! Betty and Audrey helped me find just the right ring to fit my style. I have been coming here since mid 90s and wow! They are the best in customer service for sure. Jewelry is beautiful (I have my wedding rings and numerous other pieces) and I will never go elsewhere. Service, selection (out of this world) and prices are excellent.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Bill was very informative, thoughtful about my price restrictions, and generous with his time. He gave good recommendations, which meant that I left with a better and more affordable engagement ring than I had in mind when I came! The shop is amazing and everyone treats you so friendly. They knew what they were talking about and continued to expose to things my friends and I would like in the future. My friend came with me and she totally gave in and got her ring resized (a size up) and they gave suggestion on what should be done, such as touching upon securing the diamonds more, which cost extra. However, they made sure it was given at a fair price. I definitely will come again when the time has come.

I lost my center diamond in my wedding ring (PANIC), but Betty found me an amazing stone to replace it, and for a very reasonable price. The work was done quickly and expertly. I then took in several rings that I inherited to get them made into something that I can wear, and can hardly wait to see what Bill comes up with!! Friendly, professional service every time.. Most importantly, I appreciate being able to use a family owned, local business that is truly an established part of the community.

The daughter that runs the place was very rude. The father is nice as well as the person that fixed my husbands ring. I will never go back because of how the daughter treated us. For Christmas I had a 50.00 repair done on my husbands wedding ring that he wears as a necklace. It was broken in a car accident he was in. I asked if they would also clean my 30 year old tarnished wedding ring that I wear as a necklace as well. She acted like I brought in grabage . She actually said in a very loud voice. I am not touching that. She said that is not silver. I am not putting that in my cleaner. I said it is silver it has been sitting in a box for years. It is the same ring set you fixed for my husband. It was Christmas eve and she said very loud. We are very busy. I looked around the store and there were 2 poeple there. She did not want to be bothered.

The staff is super friendly and kind. I came in with 2 bracelets and a keychain, and they were able to fix all of them within 10 minutes. The service was free of charge and Im so happy I went in! 5 stars :)

We have been going to Sundance for years now and I cant imagine going anywhere else. The service has always been exceptional and the quality of work superb. Bill and his staff have a wonderful eye and have always been very helpful. I cant recommend them enough. There is honestly something to be said for a smaller and more personal jeweler.

Sundance created my wedding ring 21 years ago. Just had my prawns repaired to prevent a loss. Its as beautiful as year 1. They do great work and friendly service at a excellent price. Lots of selections for every occasion.

I stopped in there a few weeks ago with a money clip I had neglected. They were nice enough to polish it for me free of charge. The whole thing only took about a minute and I basically went from having a piece of junk to being up a cool money clip! Very helpful and gracious staff, Ill be back in the future to actually buy something!

My daughter was recently married, and wanted to wear a bracelet that was given to her grandmother at her graduation, making the item in excess of 60 years old.I took the piece to have some of the links secured as the last thing we wanted was to lose this family heirloom sometime during the day.Not only did they secure the links in question, but all links and then cleaned the stones in it!
