Let me start off by saying max was great from the beginning! It was very easy to set up an appointment to view the hall. This venue is a do it yourself all the way exactly what I wanted!I had my daughters first birthday party here and all my guest had such a good time .so spacious all the kids went home exhausted from all the party activities. I would definitely be using this venue again!

This is a very DIY hall. The event can be as nice as you want to make it. I did everything for my wedding and it was perfect, just a lot of work. The hall was spacious and was perfect for what we needed it for. Max (the manager) was very friendly and helpful through out the whole process. We turned a no-frills hall into a beautiful place for a wedding with 90+ guests. The dance floor was a decent size and we had our DJ over there along with some flower back drops for people to take selfies with. We had 9 tables with 10 chairs at each and the 10th table was for my husband and I to sit at with the thrones we rented. We were afraid there wouldn’t be enough space but it was fine. There was the buffet table in the back for all the food as well as a small table for the cake and another table that we used for the desserts. There was a “bar” that was used for the drinks. With the right decorations, this very basic hall can turn into something really beautiful. I am happy that we went with greenwood hall as we were able to choose everything we wanted- decorations, food, music- etc. I had my sweet 16 party here many years ago and so did my sister so it was nice to be able to use it again. 😌

I had completely forgotten about the appointment I had today to see the location and I called back and the person named Max was very snippy and rude. Maybe if ya had a reminder sent to us that would’ve been helpful! Definitely not going to attend or host any parties at this location!

Our church hosted 5 events in this hall. It is very spacious and was what we needed for our group. Parking as ample and we loved that we had the freedom to set up as needed. However, the last 2 events we did need to clean the floors before we set up, there were balloons and a few decorations left over from what looked like a previous party. And the floors were filthy. We had a two day event back to back and you could see the floors hadnt been swept in a while. Also on another occasion the floors were mopped with ammonia about half an hour before an event and the smell lingered for the entire time. It bothered our guests who had asthma and small children/babies. For our last event of the year, our set up was not how it was indicated on the floor plan we were given, I had requested round tables and instead rectangular tables were set. It wouldnt have been a problem except that I only had tablecloths for round tables. Thankfully the gentleman who sets up happened to still be around to fix it. But it backtracked me about an hour. I had people arriving while I was still decorating. Overall the venue is very practical and a nice space and we were pleased with it; just want to point out some things that could be improved on. We still would consider using this facility in the future.

Good place to have a party for about a 100 guests. Not fancy at all but it offers plenty of parking. It has a small kitchen to prepare food if youre not having it catered. Theres a small dance floor which it next to the rest rooms which makes it difficult for some guests to utilize.

The place itself was decent and the party I attended was lots of fun. The air conditioning was another story, it was extremely lacking. We were fanning with plates.

Great venue with lots of space. Patie was very helpful. I would definitely book this venue again.
