Absolutely terrible. The staff is very unprofessional and most importantly lack knowledge about tax returns. I went in being told that I was not able to receive a return for the stimulus checks that I never received (which was untrue). The day prior I called a different location and spoke to a tax preparer who explained to me my eligibility based on my specific situation. I then told this to both the women working and instead of double checking or confirming they voice to me that I was wrong and that I could not get $1800 back. Not only was it not true but all of the staff was VERY rude. Constantly on their phones, not paying attention, not responsive, upset, not eager to help. I walked out with the decision not to do my taxes with them. And another agent did my taxes for half the cost and I was able to get all of the money that I was entitled to.

They are horrible..they take literally half your refund.. they tell you about five different stories and make you wait so long for your check. They don’t disclose hidden fees out of greed please if you want your money don’t go there nothing but fat ugly lying women

This was the worst tax experience ever. The staff was not courteous, the facility was filthy, customers were viewed as annoyances and the process was never explained. When I got to the end of my session (which took over an hour and had associates switching on and off my return entry) I was told that they did not accept credit cards or debit cards. I did not have the fee on me. They offered to hold my return. My confidence level was not high in the accuracy of my return so I had them done elsewhere (paying twice as much) and I found out that if I had filed with them, I would have paid over $900 too much in taxes. When I went back to get my copied paperwork (that they copied to file with my return) they refused to give it to me telling me that it would be shredded at year end. I was not allowed to take my paperwork back because it had been entered into the system. Even when I told them that I would not have them file for me, they refused to put my paperwork in their shredder in front of me. I have no confidence in them at all. I can only hope that my identity is not stolen.

I use Jackson Hewitt to do my taxes and only them because I am guaranteed to get my moneys worth..the staff is very professional, reliable, courteous and friendly

This place never opens when it’s supposed to. The hours are for 9am but people who work there show up when ever they feel like it.
