Rob’s course was a great experience. The flexible schedule, the great teaching by the instructors and collaborative nature of the class attendees made it a great experience. I really enjoyed going to these classes! The flexibility really worked for me as a new mom; it left me enough room in the morning to get the necessities done before class. Rob has a great teaching style and I learned a lot from him and his great assistant teacher. He used real world examples to simplify and explain each problem. A few examples given in class stuck out to me and will remain in my head to help me on the exam and in real life.

Rob Rosa clearly has a great deal of experience in the field of real estate, and he is able to communicate concepts in a memorable way. His team of instructors were all patient and professional, and the flexible schedule was extremely valuable to me as a small business owner. I would definitely recommend!

Rob is a wonderful instructor. I was very happy i chose this course. There were some chapters that were tougher than others but Rob was able to help you understand the more difficult ones with real live examples which made it easier to comprehend.He takes this course very seriously, but at the same time he is also very encouraging and makes himself available to his students.His assignments were all relavant to the course so when you completed each chapter you were well prepared to go go to the next step and study for the state exam. I would highly recommend taking this course with this instructor if you want to become a knowledgable and professional real estate agent.

This class is truly amazing. I have taken many classes throughout my career and have gone through many different professors/instructors for my undergraduate degree, my CPA courses and graduate school, and Rob has been one of my favorites. It is one thing for an instructor to teach you whats on the book and whats expected by the State exam, but what Rob does goes beyond that. Almost every topic that we discuss during class, Rob told us a real life scenario that helped us understand and remember the concept/topic discussed. He has a lot of experience in Real Estate and he does share almost everything he has experienced meaning the good and the bad of the industry. He is more than fair as well as available to help in anyway he can in order for you to be successful in Real Estate.
