I enjoyed my experience. Im such a picky person when it comes to my nails. She filed my nails great and when I didnt like something she kindly fixed it. The best part was the hot towel and lotion treatment to my hands. She cracked my fingers in how she was rubbing lotion on. 😍😍😍😍 Im definitely visiting again.

Great customer service take pride in their work.Mother and daughter runs their business by themselves, only work by appointments. Get customers in and out and work safely. If you love keeping a mani and pedi thats the place to have it done.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT 2 DAYS AGO. WHEN I ARRIVED FOR MY APPOINTMENT (FEW MINUTES LATE, && I CALLED, NO ANSWER) SHE SAYS SHE CANT DO THEM, BECAUSE SHE BOOKED THEM IN MY SPOT(A PERSON WHO ISNT HERE) SO I COULDNT GET THEM DONE, MAKE IT SO BAD, I COME ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!

Everyone is picky when it comes to their nails, well at least I know I am. I am very satisfied with the great service they provided. Friendly, affordable and most importantly they do not rush to get you off the chair! My nails look natural and done exactly how I asked. After a few years of trying new places I can finally say I’m going to be committed to this one place! I LOVE IT!!! (I am a customer that would point out every thing when it comes to my nails!) I had nothing to say but thank you for the great service! I highly recommend LUCKY NAILS!!

Got sick of paying $15 more for the same service just because of the zip code so I thought I would try them! So pleasantly surprised!! Super nice ladies, I had made an appointment and they were right on time! Reasonably priced and Im very happy with the results! Definitely going back!

Love doing my nails there. They never crowded and they take there time in doing your nails. I am always pleased with how they do my nails...Cant wait till they open tomorrow after all this covid-19 pandemic. My nails need there TLC.

This nail salon gave me a decent gel manicure, the nail tech could have filed and polished my nails better. The entire nail salon needs to be cleaner an renovated. I will only go back if Im not able to go to my nail salon in Tolland Ct and I live in East Hartford.

Great work. Family owned and operated. No one out of their family works there.So none of that chatter right in front of you or about you in their foreign language that we witness in almost every salon.

Nice to find a good nail salon, close to home, without a 2 hour wait! I usually call ahead and they give me a time to come in. Friendly staff too.

Great services!!! I am in love with the new techs they have at the store. Took my girls there to get their nails done for prom and both of them were beyond happy. I like that they make sure we are truly happy with the service provided before we pay. I am extra excited to try the new dream deluxe pedicure the next time I go!!

I just moved to East Hartford and need to find a new place go get my nails done. I was beyond impressed. Staff is very pleasant and my nails came out beautiful . I will definitely be going back for all of my fills

My experience at lucky nails was amazing the people were so nice and were very good with service they made sure I had the shape I wanted which not many nail salons do that.At the end the lady I got to work with had used a hot cloth ,lotion and gave me a small had massage my hands and nails look great thank you

The owner is great and hands down the best nail tech there. Prices are reasonable and owner has some great design concepts. Just wish the UV hand dryers were cleaned better

Horrible experience! Dont bother! Tina (the owner) doesnt have good customer service. Ill can be in her chair getting a refill and some one can walk in for eyebrows or pedicure and she will be trying to send me to another worker or she will just put me on hold to do 3 peoples eyebrows while Im stuck waiting. DONE with this place!
