Constantly robbing money from my check, time clock always has issues. No PTO after 60 days of working full-time.

I have an Associate degree in Engineering Science and currently pursuing my Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. I decided to take leave of absence spring 2021 semester and will be returning fulltime to school fall 2021. Therefore, I wanted to do fulltime job meantime to start paying my student loan. I had an interview and I accepted first job recruiter suggested me, It was a hard labor job on production floor. At first I accepted it but than my family told me that it would be such a dishonor to my degrees and qualification specially because they had many jobs that matched my degree and qualification. I called their office and requested to talk to recruiter but person at the front desk was very rude. I personally went to office and recruiter told me that they will have meeting about other employment opportunities and she will find me something that I am looking for and give me a call but she never did. I personally called her back but she did not offer me anything. Now I realized that some of the previous reviews about mistreatment of minorities at this place make sense. I am not sure but I feel like I was treated like this because I was minority. Tried to take advantage of my situation. I applied with other staffing agency and they found me the JOB that perfectly matches my degree, qualification and future goals. SHAME!!!!! on them for doing this. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

They play games they tell u stuff and because they take stuff out of context in their behalf they manipulate and lie to u. Put my word on it! I’m not saying it happens to everybody but I’m one of the few and that’s not fair to me I took my time out and applied respectfully and they just play games because they want to throw certain attitudes would not Reccomend!!

First time I applied got sent to cardinal health in Glastonbury the supervisors played favoritism amongst certain employees always arguing picking on other employees had to leave very unprofessional then my recruiter quits no one gave me notice then got assigned another recruiter 3 months later was sent to pitney and bowes great job to do but was given wrong hours and days to work was given the proper information pertaining to the job as far as week start date to end of week day then was let go due to a certain team leader attitude and ways then was supposed to send me other temp agencies while following up on another job and still no list or new leads yeah wouldnt recommend a dog to work for them extremely poor communication skills and enthusiasm about helping their clients

Absolutely horrible. The girls that work here are just straight up rude. Every time I call to check up on jobs, they don’t show any interest in helping and are very quick to hang up. I’ve had to call numerous times, because they don’t even do follow ups. Save yourself some time and find a better temp agency if you can, because I wasted my time with these people.

Worst place to apply for. My father passaway when I was working for them. Went back to fine work with them and denied 🙅‍♂️ me all because of a family death I had. Go to Hamilton connection they will fine u something fast and quick.

Sept 2019 this is the WORST temp agency ever in Connecticut! They took my money and didn’t pay me & very unprofessional they fired my recruiter and she didn’t put none of my information in. A recruiter was suppose to change my schedule to a morning one & didnt. The receptionist always putting pppl on hold for 30mins. No Communication skills . I would never work for a temp agency again!!! At least not WESTAFF . Highly not recommend

The staff seemed pleasant. They helped me with every question I had. I would highly recommend.

I went there seeking part time work. While sitting in the waiting room, I noticed their secretary being exceptionally rude on multiple occasions to minorities. Do not understand how a company can put someone so racist as herself as their first point of contact. I myself did not receive such treatment, most likely for being white. I was ultimately offered a job at Richs in New Britain, though will not be taking it because I do not support how Westaff chooses to run their business. Stay far away, Westaff is a reprehensible company.

Brian is my recruiter , he is really friendly, helped me with all my questions, and he is bilingual. I so recommend Westaff if your looking for a good job 😊😊

Westaff is great especially Brian he is really nice and understanding he is really helpful, patient and bilingual which is a plus and he answered all my questions patiently and nicely I would highly recommend coming to westaff :)

They are not proffecional they are rude even when you check in they leave you on hold for long time for them to hang up, they dont listen to your needs and they really dont care... Dont call or nothing they dont deserve good workers this place need to get shutdown

Applied, then got a call a day later for an interview, On the day of the interview I was told that there was something wrong with my Westaff account and it was locked, I asked how is it locked and what does that mean and theyre like we dont know. And then they said we cant help you and that I can reapply in 6 months. Its a 30 minute drive from my house, why did I have to drive there for them to tell me that, waist of my damn time. They should of called me instead of having me drive all the way out there saying there was an interview when there really wasnt. Doesnt make any damn sense, oh lets call zack and tell him theres an interview when there really isnt and then well tell him his account is locked and he can reapply in 6 months. Just Awful!!!

The staff is really friendly, if youre willing to put in the work, then so are they!

Reading these reviews are surprising Ive had nothing but good things to say about them & nothing but success so far, Im also Hispanic & didnt get any negative vibes as the comments stated below, will recommend them to anyone I know family and friends!

This place needs to be shut down ...the staff needs cs skills especially the front desk person. The staff does not have any experience dealing with jobseekers...I have more experience than the person that I interviewed with yet he was too busy texting and arguing with the front desk person about his job responsibilities. ..1 shot deal with these people and they dont even have the decency to talk to you about it. They just disregard you. The faces have changed but not the place or experience...it should not be called WE STAFF it should be WE STIFF...Go somewhere else for your employment needs.

Did not get paid on time and was told I would be paid at 6pm on Friday when they supposedly received my time card late very unprofessional yet to work spend money to get to work to do hard labor just to find out I didn’t get paid thur but will Friday at 6pm how when the office closes at five

Receptionist extremely rude. Didnt want to finish the tax forms and give them access to my social without knowing If there were any jobs available by what Im looking for she said she isnt available to give put that info until i fill everything out so I said then I guess Im not available to fill it out, Id you cant give info neither can i.

The secretary is very bitter and racist, does his job and lied to people , I had a very bad experience , the worker told me he had direct deposit and she denied me many times , work and do not pay me because the secretary vote all documents.I not recommend it because you work and do not pay you on time.they never received the timesheets

Not professional and dont listen to the jobs your good at as long they fill in job spots they get paid...and when you call they leave you on hold if you do t hang up after while they will do it for you

I worked for the Westaff company for 10 months as an assistant, they let me go supposedly because I was not a professional but if I was not a professional, why wait 10 months to fire me? At the time I was the only bilingual in the office. Only young women worked in the office, adding that we were all white in color. Supervisor Morgan once told me that I should answer the phone like the assistant they had in the Meriden office since my accent was very heavy when answering the phone. During the time I worked there I saw many things, how they made fun of people, how they turned their backs on them and also sent them to study if they did not know English. When they fire you they dont let you know in advance they dont care if you have a family and they tell you that you can apply unemployment and when you apply they say many things which are not true so that they deny you. I give him a star for not having ethnicity in the workplace, for not considering bilingual recruiters who can help Hispanics and also for not knowing how to communicate with employees.Basically ... If you dont speak English, if you have a criminal record and if you dont drive, this is not the right company to look for work.
