Over many years Ive utilized FedEx for ALL my important mail and packages. This particular location has even accepted packages from me after the front office was closed. I will always use FedEx when overnight delivery is required.

Knowledgeable and Helpful staff, looking to always support customers. During my visit I saw a young lady was having little difficulty in understanding English communication, the FedEx employee helped her using google translate and made sure she completely understands documents dispatch and delivery time. Employees are really helpful and polite here, I would recommend ship center to locals in the area.

FedEx drop off location right off of Route 10 (short distance) accessible from either Ridgedale Ave or Algonquin Parkway on Melanie Lane. Convenient location.

Very positive experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Ellen who helped me track my package and was very friendly. I walked in expecting an exhausting process, but thanks to Ellen it was quick and simple. I got my package with no headache.

Fed Ex is the worst shipping company around. Use DHL, UPS or USPS. Almost anything would be better than this company. The are always late and customer service is non existant.

Very nice staff. Willing to work with everyone. Even though they were short staffed and it was a holiday weekend, they didnt slack up on customer service as so many people do. I appreciated that they were willing to go above and beyond to help me find my package.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.. the lady at the front desk was very rude! She was mean to the person in front of me that went to pick a package and again very impolite to me.. next time I have to ship a package I will pick UPS over this FedEx location.. I won’t be back.

Staff is very helpful. Very patiently helped me through my whole shipping issue and never complained. Even waited to get out the last shipment so mine could go.

For getting packages out after the pickup cutoff time I end up traveling to this ship center often. Very convenient when youre in a hurry. Staff is always polite and helpful.

EMPLOYEES FROM THIS CENTER HAVE NO CARE FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OR THE ELDERLY. VERY SAD IN THIS DAY AND AGE.I refused delivery for three big boxes that are not mine. The driver ignored me and dumped them on my property anyway. When I told him to take them because my handicapped son could not enter the house with them there, he said hed be back in an hour to take them. Never came back. I called the center explained the situation, and they told me to leave them outside and someone will pick them up. They never came. I called two days in a row and the packages are still in front of my house. My handicap son almost fell on them twice. The staff and drivers from this center have no regard for people with special needs. We are elderly, so we can not easily move the boxes.THIS IS UNFAIR TO THE ELDERLY AND THE HANDICAP.

Theyre not wearing masks at this location. Id go to a different FedEx if youre trying to take Covid seriously.

People were friendly and helpful. Its expensive, but worth it if you need something somewhere and you want complete assurance that its gonna get there when you want it to.
