Joan Roby, our tax analyst, was great. My husband has serious medical problems; so I felt I was alone doing the taxes this year; Joan was there each and every step of the way. She was always pleasant, patient, and quite knowledgeable.

The supposed manager, Nancy, assisted me to do my 2020 taxes here where I had no issue. However, Nancy was filing a 2019 addendum for me and told me to being my paperwork in. After I did, I never heard from her again. I have called looking for here 4 times and everytime I am told that she will call me back and she never has. Now she has my paperwork and who knows if my 2019 taxes will ever be filed. Completely unprofessional, unorganized and frustrating.
