Im all over the country for my wireless client AT&T Mobility and rely on UPS Stores. I visited here recently and appreciated the professional services offered and the customer service in particular. Keep up the great work!

I went in this morning with an Amazon return. Staff was friendly and accommodating! I was in and out, super fast and easy.

This location in EG is great. The employees greet you as soon as you walk in. I hardly ever wait and theyre ready to answer any questions and very helpful. The same employees have been here at least four years that I have seen. Not a high turn over rate so to me this reflects on the business that they treat the employees well. Some people do not realize you can buy stamps and drop off mail here, as well as ship packages. I highly recommend this store.

Great service. Quick & polite. Fast 💨 n/ out. Always staffed properly to keep flow moving... basically, the exact opposite of what you would experience if going into the POST OFFICE.

Highly recommend the UPS store in EG for all shipping, printing, anything! The staff is great and always so friendly - even when they are busy, they are very conscious of a quick drop off, versus a customer who needs a little bit more time with a bigger shipment! Anytime Ive had to ship something, it has always gotten to the destination in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. Reasonable prices too!Ive had a mailbox through them before as I was in between apartment/house moving and it was completely seamless and easy. The owner was great about letting me know if I was still getting mail there even after I finally moved into my house. Amazing service.Ive also gotten plenty of photos printed here before and they come out fast and great quality! Did a bunch for Christmas gifts.

Just want to speak to someone. Endless wait in “hold.” Hung up and called Uhaul for shipping supplies.BTW. They used to take packing peanuts. They no longer do. It used to be a friendly and helpful place…

UPS - you are LUCKY to have such great ppl. SO VERY helpful in this craziest of times. I am stuck using ONLY my phone for things like UI applying. Staff here so helpful, PLUS useful store equipment such as for scans, downloads and all the hoops to jump through that I had. life saver, REALLY! THANK YOU!!

This used to be a decent place to do shipping from but not any longer. The staff is rude and have an attitude that they could care less if they earned your business or not. This would not have happened under the previous ownership. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We have been using The UPS Store in EG for several months. We bring things to them at least once a week. They have sent an oar, fencing equipment, a snowboard and bag with snowboarding equipment in it. They are amazing!!! Everything arrived in Colorado safely. If you have anything that needs shipping, and I mean anything, go to The UPS Store in EG!!!

I am so impressed with the delivery gentleman who hand delivered my letter.While handing me the letter he stepped into our small fish pond, it was covered with snow. sadly, his foot will be wet all day. He smiled and said no problem. Really??I wish I knew his name to really shout out GREAT JOB!!!

Can’t believe I just paid $3 for a tiny box and then an additional $3 to pack it???? Don’t understand how it’s 3 dollars to put two little items in a 6x6 inch box! Rip off.

Customer service is great but the staff cannot print a job correctly the first time. Im in my third try of them trying to get it right.

I was just treated horribly by an employee named Matt, not the owner. If I were not trying to support local businesses, trust me, I would’ve left and taken my hard earned money with me. Matt is rude, condescending and miserable. I WILL NOT be returning to this store.

The worst experience and service- 2 weeks after it was sent by UPS- only to find out it never arrived-after I complained- they found that they had shipped it postal by error and was returned to a Warwick post office- they kept telling me that they took full responsibility but couldnt help- I found it in less than 10min- they not only shipped it wrong but also put the wrong return address on- never again would I use this place- there are many others that service UPS in the area
