Rockstar Limo totally delivered on our wedding day! We booked their 30 person party bus and were so impressed with the cleanliness, space and driver. Our driver, Angelo, was so personable, clearly experienced and was very attentive to our needs. He even danced along to some Bruno Mars on the way ;) Very happy we booked them and would definitely book them again in the future!

We hired Rockstar Limo to shuttle our guests to and from the hotel to our venue or our wedding day and it was a great decision! The company was fantastic to work with, especially Stephanie, and responded to emails/calls in a timely manner. I ended up hiring a separate car for the morning of the wedding to shuttle the bridesmaid and then the groomsmen in the early afternoon. The drivers were efficient, kind, and offered the bridal party champagne to enjoy during their drive. Our guests were well taken care of and enjoyed the bus! Highly recommend!

***CAUTION***I had hired this company for my wedding which was originally on 4/18/20. Due to COVID we were unable to celebrate our special day. Out of 7 of my vendors, this one unfortunately would not refund our deposit. Even though this was out of our hands and was a world wide pandemic they still held our deposit. As I stated before 6 other vendors gave us our non-refundable deposit back and even were sympathetic about the situation. Unfortunately Rockstar Limo could care less and the $300 was more important. This company is 100% about the money and NOT Customer service. Please consider Black Tie Limo, they were amazing and Nikki was fantastic and completely understanding of everything.

TERRIBLE!!!!! All about the money. Did not even have the decency to refund a $300 deposit for a wedding that couldnt occur due to COVID! May i add that 6 other vendors returned a non refundable deposit. Please consider Black tie limo, Nikki was phenomenal!!!

Rockstar Limo is awesome! Stephanie is a great coordinator, very responsive. The drivers were great and the trolley is adorable! We did not have to worry about the timing of wedding guest pick up and had a blast! Highly recommend.

Rockstar Limo was an extremely organized and professional company. Stephanie was quick to reply to emails and phone calls. We hired the company to provide service both for the bridal party and the guests. Our 14 passenger limo was very clean and up to date on the inside. The driver was extremely professional and punctual. He made sure to open the doors, greet all of the bridal party members and knew exactly where and when to be at the destinations. He switched locations about 4 times in an hour and a half time frame and was never later. The coach bus that brought our guests to and from the venue was also great. The driver for the bus was also professional and stuck to the timeline (even though he was battling Taylor Swift concert traffic! ) This was a great company to work with.

This company was absolutely wonderful! This was the first time I used a limo service to arrange for my parents (87 yrs. old) to spend Christmas at my sister’s house . Keith was phenomenal with arranging the incidentals of pickup/drop off times. Both drivers, Paul and Eddie were fantastic, quite attentive and accommodating . It was very reassuring to receive text messages indicating the status of pickup /drop offs, and ultimately the completion of the service. I will definitely use them again should the need present itself. I highly recommend their services.

Rockstar Limo was amazing! They were great to work with, and always so professional. They were able to accommodate our somewhat complicated schedule with multiple locations and pickups and drop offs. We received detailed confirmations of our day, as well as text messages when the shuttles would arrive with the license plate and drivers information. Our transportation was on time for every second of our day. They have so many options to choose from and we were easily able to make it fit within our budget. I would highly recommend them!

We hired Rockstar to shuttle our guests to and from our wedding in one of their white trolleys. It was beautiful and well maintained and the perfect whimsical touch to our day! We also used them to drive the bridal party around for pictures before the ceremony. Lou was our driver and he was fabulous. The was professional and kind and even had champagne for us to enjoy!

My husband and I booked Rockstar Limo for our wedding day. We booked a white trolley and were thrilled with the service from our Driver, Bill. Bill was on time, offered to help guests get on and off the trolley. At one point, I had to walk from a building down a long walk way to the trolley, it had started to rain and I was in my wedding dress on my way to the reception. Bill took it upon himself to walk down to me with an umbrella to help escort me to the trolley.The service was 5 star and I knew we were in good hands with Rockstar. On a day as important as my wedding day, I was so happy to know that I had reliable transportation and a driver who was so kind and professional.

I had a beautiful experience with this company. While other places scoffed when I tried to reserve a month before prom season, they were able to provide me exactly what type of vehicle I needed for my event. Their pricing was reasonable and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Their customer service was so accommodating on the phone (I spoke with Randi and Primo.) Our driver Bill was prompt, friendly, and kind in dealing with our rowdy group. And as for the experience itself— the vehicle was clean, beautiful, and in top condition, even despite having been used earlier that day! The place lived up to its name!

We used them for a company trip to tour Another company and Kelly, our driver for Rockstar did a phenomenal job. Customer service was amazing and they were so patient with me while I change the itinerary on them too many times. I will most definitely use them again. They did a great job getting over 50 of my employees back and forth multiple times in one day.

Rockstar limo is simply the BEST! We got a trolleynfor our wedding that exceeded our expectations beyond belief. It was brand new, clean as can be, huge and absolutely beautiful. Our driver, Barry, was one of our top highlights of our day. He was so friendly, polite and professional. ANYTHING we needed he was right on top of. I 10000% recommend doing business with rockstar limo.

We used ROCKSTAR LIMO 6/1/13 and had an awesome time in a stretch Escalade. Meagan made the whole booking process extremely easy and even arranged a car at the end of the reception for us! Highly recommended.

Used them for our Wedding on June 24th 2017. They showed up on time, and the driver was very nice. Unfortunately, the trolley broke down on the way from my ceremony to the venue. In this instance, I totally understand things like this are not planned, I was however disappointed with the follow up. 1.) the trolley pulled over on the highway, the driver never even spoke to us about what was going on, simply got out of the trolley. This poor communication led us to believe we were screwed. Therefore, our wedding guests pulled over (on the way to the reception) and we piled in several cars so pictures and dinner could all begin on-time as planned. Again, no communication from the driver, even as we piled into cars. 2.) we called the company about reimbursement and we were disappointed to only receive half our money back....the trolley never even made it to our reception venue....They gave us 50% back and 10% for our inconvenience.Overall, would not use them again, simply due to the way the situation was handled. Lack of communication and lack of full reimbursement was disappointing.

BEWARE!!! Try your best to stay away from this limo company. Me and my wife are from New York and had our wedding in Newport Rhode Island in June and ever since we have decided to go with Rockstar Limo it has been nothing but a mess! I do not want to bother with a long drawn out review because we are exhausted already from battling it out credit card company trying to dispute these charges. On our wedding day we hired Rockstar limo to get two SUVs and one old Rolls Royce limo. The Rolls Royce broke down multiple times with my wife and her parents in the car on the way to the church on main roads with the car rolling backwards down hills! After the church my wife and I were supposed to take the Rolls Royce to meet my photographer for photos at the mansion called the Elms and we never made it there due to how many times this car kept breaking down! We were on main roads once again in a tux and her wedding gown sitting on the side of the road broken down! Luckily we kept our spirits high and did not let this ruin our wedding day. The day after our wedding we called rockstar immediately to be compensated for them ruining our pictures and they denied everything! It is now 6 months from our wedding and we have been disputing this charge ever since. The owner keeps claiming that we did not make our photos at the mansion because of how long we took at the church for photos but he knows the truth about what happened. This is a terrible business and please understand that they could care less about what type of experience it is that you have! I hope this review helps who ever needs a limo and is traveling to the Newport area for their wedding.

WORST COMPANY EVER ! I booked my wedding with them I ordered a white trolly and a stretch limo for my husband . Gave all the deposits paid In full a week before I had to , the day of the wedding comes a RED trolly comes to pick us up , we called and they told us basically too bad deal with it . I cried half my makeup off they didn’t even try to accommodate us what so ever , I asked for a refund and I was told that if I contacted them again they would get a rrstraining order with our local police department !

DO NOT BOOK FOR WEDDINGS! I wasnt going to say anything but I really wish someone warned me..looking now WOW how I wish I had checked out the ratings before I booked with them. Long story short...I booked with one woman in December and then everything went radio silence and I learned she had been fired. Okay, things happen. After multiple calls I finally got a new woman, and learned SHE LEFT too! I was given a new quote but the numbers didnt add up and when I asked the THIRD girl couldnt explain it so I was tossed to someone else, Meagan, who apparently is their Director of Sales.I learned from talking with her that they:1) Charged me the cost for 2 trolleys for 1 (I looked back at my original quote for 2) and refused to budge on pricing2) Were so late booking the vehicle on the ferry to Marthas Vineyard (the wedding is on the island) that they would NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE FOR OUR RECEPTION TRAVEL. We paid the deposit in December, ferry bookings open in January so how were you so late booking you couldnt get a ferry?3) Insisted on $75 for a meal for their driver4) When I saw the quote for the trolley was double the original, I was even willing to KEEP IT if they transferred the deposit from an Escalade (which, when I called to book they apparently booked a limo and not an Escalade then acted like heroes when they booked the correct one) to the trolley. They refused to transfer the deposit, and it was like pulling TEETH to get it back.When speaking to Meagan about this, she rescheduled our call to go over my quote twice. When I finally got her on the phone, even with my wedding coordinator on 3-way (which she knew) she cut me off as I was speaking, was extremely defensive and RUDE and I finally flat out asked if she wanted my business to which she said NO.I was SO done at that point, I called/emailed both John the owner and Joe the GM. I also left them voicemails because as someone who was previously a high-end clientele sales manager, I felt they should know how their employees are treating their clients. They didnt even call back or respond to my email. I can see why there is such a high turnover now.Little did they know...I booked them because I saw them at a corporate event for a family member. Said family member has now pulled their business, will no longer be recommending Rockstar to their brides AND my future sister in law whos getting married in RI isnt booking with them now either. Shame, because the drivers were actually really sweet and very professional. Cant say the same for the office though and am SO GLAD I didnt book them for our wedding day!Also Jim Tomasso take down your review lol you work there....

After completing $125000.00 of successful trips and during this time.. I chauffeured a United States General.. A Prince.. Whos life was made into a movie.. A Baroness...members of the PGA golf tours... CEOs International as well as national... United Airline pilots as well as FedEx pilots.. Members if the entertainment industry.. John owner ...called me into his office and issued me a signed letter of libel..stating it was Johns EXPERT OPINION ...I did not POSESS THE SKILLS REQUIRED TO BE A CHAUFFEUR. And WRONGFULLY dismissed me... After all was said and done... Unemployment Insurance rewarded ME with $11,100.00...eleven thousand one hundred dollars... Reason for reward... John could not prove any wrongdoing on my part.

All parties arrived safely and on time. However, after multiple rounds of e-mail regarding over billing, we are ultimately dissatisfied. The employee I dealt with, Jim Tomasso (sp?) admits their billing process is non transparent. We certainly do not recommend this company and would not use them again. We were nickel and dimed to death, ultimately growing so frustrated did not even petition the under refund. Not angry, just disappointed.

My husband and I booked a trolley for our wedding transportation on September 24th, 2016. Kelly picked us up promptly at the Omni hotel in Providence, even though it was crazy busy. She quickly and safely brought us and the wedding party to The Temple to the Music in Roger Williams Park for wedding party pictures. During this time one of our family members fell and hurt himself where an ambulance needed to be called. She was so wonderful trying to assist as much as possible. Offering us water and anything she had in the trolley. She even went to the street to wave down the ambulance and directed them where to go. I can’t thank Kelly enough for her kindness during this stressful time, it meant so much to us! For the rest of the day Kelly continued to be punctual and kind. I would highly recommend this company and Kelly!

Very disappointing they came recommend by the Auto museum in Brookline. After my wife had visited them at an event at the museum to meet the vendors the owner said for us to call and discuss our event with him. After 4 phone call and no return call I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have not even rented from them and could not use them if they cant give the time of day to return a phone call. There out going message is pompous and a sense of arrogance. I would in no way recommend using them. As for the Brookline auto museum Ill be sure to let them know my experience.. They should not be a preferred vendor as far as Im concerned.

If you have any question as to whom you should hire for your wedding transportation needs, we hope this review will answer that for you. These guys are the Best!There were a couple different transportation needs for our wedding day that made us question 1) could we even make it happen and 2) If it is possible, would we be able to afford it. Our first need was to get the bride and multiple family members (15) to a location for first look photographs before the wedding ceremony and then to a different location for the actual ceremony. The second, we had multiple guests (52) staying at multiple hotels (3) that we needed to get to and from the wedding ceremony/reception. That’s when we contacted Rockstar.During our initial phone conversation they confidently assured us they could meet and deliver on our needs. From that initial conversation and through the entire planning process, John and his staff’s experience and attention to every little detail took any question we may have had, away. They gave us every confidence that no stone would be left unturned and that they could and would handle anything and everything. They did that and then some. They over delivered.The transportation vehicles (sedan, sprinter van, Rockstar bus) were immaculate. The drivers, courteous, professional, on time and provided us with real time updates of their departures and arrivals. We didn’t have a worry in the world for something so important on this special day. Our guests were presently surprised and excited when their very own Rockstar bus pulled in to pick them up. They truly felt like Rockstars for the night and have not stopped talking about it!We can not thank Rockstar enough for being such a big part of this unforgettable day. Run, do not walk to book with them.

We had THE worst experience with this company. My best friends wedding was yesterday, and I was the primary contact for us. An hour before the expected arrival time, I received a phone call stating that one of the two limos broke down, and the second limo wasnt going to be able to make it at all. They were sending a replacemetn for the girls, but nothing for the guys, and that the limo was going to be arriving late with an undetermined arrival time. When the limo finally arrived, all the girls boarded, and the guys drove in their personal vehicles. There was no air conditioning on the bus and no windows to open either. The bus, which was supposedly Rob Gronkowskis personal bus, was dirty, and smelled like swamp ass. By the time we arrived at the church, we nearly had heat stroke. What a joke. Buyer beware, if you want a garbage truck picking you up for your special occasion, this is the company for you!

Terrible. Over an hour and a half late. No communication at all. Stay away.
