I absolutely adore this place!! I’ve been coming here for months and I am never disappointed. Joy puts so much attention to detail and care into my nails and they last for weeks without any chips.side note, I accidentally got my ring tossed into the trash when they were taking off the plastic hand mask and when I brought it to their attention, 3 of the staff members were so quick to dig thru it and find my ring.I highly recommend this place!!

Needed a new nail salon to go to and decided to go here based on their positive reviews. This place is AMAZING!!! The owners were extremely nice and welcoming. Sarah did my gel manicure and took her time! Jennifer did my gel pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I got done in my life!! Both came out beautiful! Inside of the nail salon is nicely decorated. Since they only do gel and not acrylic, there is no harsh smell! I wanted to review this place to help out people who are looking for a new salon to try. Try this one, you won’t regret it!!!!

Unfortunately the pedicure was awful, I decided to end it early and not even get color, the woman was filing so hard that my toes were hurting. I’ve gotten my nails done in many other locations and never experienced anything like it. I did get a gel manicure and it was a good experience, but unfortunately won’t go back after that pedicure experience :/.

I’ve been coming to Nails Touch on and off for some time. I used to frequent Nails 18 but didn’t enjoy how often they rushed me out of there. However, after today, Nails Touch will be my new permanent go-to. Sarah was able to squeeze me in, short notice, for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. My nails were fairly short but she managed to give me a beautiful manicure, probably the cleanest polish application I’ve had with gel yet. I had previous gel on my toes that the other woman was able to remove quickly, and the pedicure is always great. Prices are a bit higher, but the quality and time they take with you is worth it. The place is extremely clean, the staff is super friendly, and all in all, an excellent little nail shop! Do not hesitate to give this place a try. :)

The most professional nail salon I’ve ever been to!Joy and Sarah are my favorite they’re so talented

I made an appointment for 1pm for 2 pedicures - one for me, the other for my mom. The salon had us wait on arrival and then when they did seat us in the pedicure chairs, they continued to have my mom wait another 20 minutes before beginning her service. The person who did my moms pedicure left her nails streaky. We were not impressed by her service. The person who did mine was better. I left a tip for the person who did my pedicure. My mom was sitting with her toes under the drier as she finished after me. After paying for the 2 pedicures, we left. The owner, who was with another customer left this customer and proceeded to follow my mom and me out to the parking lot asking for the tip for the person who did my moms pedicure. Yes, really! We will not be going back to this business.

Honestly I dont go to get my nails done often, I have a mechanic job and its just not realistic but this place is AMAZING. Because I dont go often I have tried many places and nothing compares. I started going here when I was pregnant 2 years ago. My doctor was right next door and I decided to stop in after an appointment. They took me in right away and helped me with everything. They made me feel welcome and comfortable is if I had been going for years. I ended up coming to them the day before I was to get induced and I was 41 weeks pregnant at that time. They treated me so nicely and pampered me for the most important day of my life. Next time I went was a while after (the baby) but they remembered me, asked about the baby and we shared photos, it was wonderful! I continue to have an even better experience every single time I come here and its unbelievable. Today I had the most amazing pedicure of MY LIFE! Thank you, Nails Touch, for making me feel like I get a mini vacation every time I come!

Went here for the first time today and I could not be happier with the experience and result! I made a last minute appointment 2 hours before and they took me and accommodated everything I wanted. Everyone was super friendly too! I’m obsessed with my nails and have already gotten so many compliments. I highly recommend this business!

If you want your nails to fall off in less than a week, then this is the place to go! Im not one to write reviews, but the customer service I received here was horrendous. I had a full set done on Monday and by Saturday 5 nails had already fallen off. They did redo 1 nail on Wednesday, but I dont think I should go every day and redo another nail. When I went back again to explain my problem, they didnt feel there was any problem and wanted to just redo the nails that fell off. Now, half my nails needed fill in, according to Sarah. I never enjoyed my full set. When I asked to speak to the manager, Sarah said she was the manager. After some time, she decided to speak to the asian man at the register in their language to explain the situation. He slammed on the table my half refund and said And dont come back! And I wont be back! I thought I should warn anyone who thinks about going here for nails. They are VERY pricy for the horrible job they do.

Got a gel mani done for a wedding and they looked wonderful! They were fast, clean, efficient! And its been 3 weeks and the polish is just starting to lift off the nails a little, Im shocked with how long theyve lasted!

My girl SARAH is bomb. theyre the cheapest in the area (gel manicure for $30). they stay on for 3 weeks (and I am very merciless with my nails). they are so professional and sweet. 10/10. highly recommend. I feel a deep connection with my girl Sarah. love this place

We walked in because they said walk ins welcome. Then proceeded to rush me through my pedicure. Not even using cuticle oil and barely getting the dead skin off. Didn’t clean under toenails or even use a brush. If you are full and don’t have the time, turn us away, don’t take our money and give us really subpar service. Wont come here again. Wasted money.

This is definitely a popular destination. That appears to be because the do good quality work. I had booked an appointment and it took a lot longer than expected (about 3 hours total for pedicure and gel manicure)They did a great job shaping my neglected nails and cuticles.Update: Ive now gone a 2nd time. Service was much more prompt and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I had Joe for my pedicure (both times) and just finished up with Sue for my gel manicure. I am super happy :)

1st time here. Omg. All the staffs are so nice. I got a fill and a pedicure. Joy did my nails and Esther did my toes. They give you hand massages and back massage when you get your nails done. Im not sure if you have to pay extra for it. But talk about pampering yourself. It was great. Pedicure was $28, gel fill was $45, ombre $10 and massages $7 (i think) or maybe its for the one nail that need to be replaced.

They made the experience memorable for my 6 and 8 years old but giving them the full pedicure and manicure experience

Joy did my nails for my wedding. They were beautiful! They put the scented neck warmer around my neck and gave me a neck massage which I wasnt expecting but it was perfect for a stressed out bride. The nails lasted a really long time. And she was even nice when I had to text my bridal party back

1st time visit and I was very pleased withe the covid protocols, it was very clean and Jennifer and the gentleman were very friendly. I will be a return customer.

I went for the first time and Sarah did my manicure. I felt very comfortable and safe from the minute I walked in. The place is very clean, Sarah took my temperature and had me fill out a form. A COVID training certificate was posted along with other COVID safety signs. Sarah was very pleasant and did a great job on my nails. I highly recommend them.

I alway jumped around from nail salon to nail salon until I started going to Nails Touch and I’ve been a loyal customer since! They do great work, are pleasant and courteous, and the salon is always very clean. Highly recommend.

They do my nails very beautifully each time. However they never do the length I ask for. I had shown pictures of the length I wanted and my nails turned out the shortest they could be. It makes no sense. Very upset. Next time I will definitely need to specify more and watch more. Anyone else should do the same

Worst manicure of my life. I got here at 2:32, by 2:50 my manicure was done. Barely touched my cuticles, no hand massage, no soaking cuticles, and when my manicure was over, I was brought outside to sit on a chair to “dry”......... are you kidding me? How do you dry your nails outside? i got up and went into my car to use my air conditioner to dry them. That would take an hour for the outside air to dry them. 15 DOLLARS FOR THAT? never again. I was 10000% rushed out, I understand covid, but theres a way to run a business during this time and that is NOT it. First and last time. I only gave 1 star because my nails look decent.

This place is so friendly and welcoming. Most importantly it is so clean. Rates are a bit higher than other shops nearby but with the customer service they give, it’s worth it. Sarah’s professionalism is refreshing and the whole staff are always well dressed with uniform, name tags, and always smiling. They also have a rewards program. They have a lot of nail color options. All nail techs are talented, you can’t go wrong with whom ever you might get seated with. I’d suggest to try them all and than choose who you “gel” with best (pun intended). Best place in EB

This will have been my third time to this salon and it has been wonderful!Sue has done a great job each time I have been there! She always takes the time to make sure all my nails are the same shape and size. I like my nails to be more on the pointy side. I have had some bad experiences where my nails were all different shapes, sizes and off center. I have been incredibly happy every time I have been here though and look forward to my next visit with Sue !

I went there once with long coffin nails and the lady asked me if I wanted to make them shorter and I told her only a tiny bit I want to keep it coffin she made them super short and almond mixed with coffin I didn’t even have it for a week and 3 nails fell off for a refill I paid $50, the only reason I went to the place was because it was the day of my moms party and they were closest with good reviews. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 1 star was because the lady was nice, not worth the money or time

This was my first time there and honestly it was a great experience. They staff are really nice and the place is very clean. Recently relocated and was looking for somewhere that would do a great job and they exceeded by expectations. This will now be the only nail salon I attend.

Called to make an appointment for a gel pedicure & was offered 230pm. Arrived at 215 & was sat in a chair right at 230, with Yunah. So sweet, she smiled the entire time. I got a scrub (legs and feet) and then a hot stone massage. Then the pedicure. She was very detailed. Pedicure cost $45. Im a happy camper.Friendly staff, all very welcoming. Definitely going back.

I LOVED this place! They were nice enough to accommodate me, i came in around 6:20 pm for a fill in and eyebrow wax. My nails came out perfect, they had lots of nice colors selection and they did a great job with my eyebrows. The staff was SO nice and professional. This is my new nail/eyebrow spot. They also have a rewards program, and lots of pedicure options. Im glad i came here.

My favorite nail salon in our area! The atmosphere is welcoming, people are so kind. Their little extra massages or lotions make for a relaxing experience and feels like youre in a luxurious spa rather than a local salon. It does get quiet busy on the holidays and weekends, which makes them rush and in that case not relaxing but if you go on the weekday - 👌👌

This was the best manicure I’ve ever had! The nail technician Sue is very kind and she pays careful attention as she does the manicure. She also shaped my nails really well. I highly recommend this place, it’s my new go-to salon!

Three of us were on our way to a conference and called and got right in for pedicures. Had a terrific experience, feet look great and it ended with a quick back massage as our toes dried. Will definitely come back when in the area.

I accidentally found this salon recently and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Joy did my gel manicure a week and a half ago for a beach vacation and my nails still look pristine. I am definitely not gentle with my hands AT ALL. Looking forward to coming back.

I went there a full set of gels with color. It was wonderful! The woman that did my nails, Joy, was friendly and very gentle! The whole salon was open and friendly as well. It was worth money with how nice it came out as well.

The staff is so friendly and care about the experience you have while in their care. They always do such a good job and take the time to do it. They also have little touches like a stone massage for pedicures and shoulder massages when your nails are drying.

Favorite nail salon around! Went to different salons for the longest time before finding myself coming to this place every 2-3 weeks for the last 3 or 4 years! LOVE this place. Love the owners, love the staff. Only salon where I dont mind who helps me, every member of the staff is skilled, professional, and pleasant! Used to be great. Still clean and friendly but I no longer recommend getting a gel manicure from there. Had them done twice from there and peeled off within 2 to 3 days.

First time here and wont be the last! Just got a regular pedicure but it looks great was treated with care everything is super clean and everyone there was so nice and welcoming!

It is called Nails Touch. I was incredibly happy with the service and quality of the pedicure I received. She went above and beyond, putting aloe on my sunburn and making sure to be gentle. I am so happy I got a pedicure today and even happier I chose here. I regret not tipping her more than the $6 on $25 I gave. She deserved it!

I called Nails Touch for an appointment because, as usual, AquaSpa was unavailable at a time that would be convenient for me. As soon as I walked into this salon (and I was late), I was warmly greeted by name with “so happy you found us!” I was then treated to an amazing pedicure and manicure by Jennifer, a lovely and intelligent lady. The atmosphere is so genuinely warm and friendly—right down to the customers. AquaSpa might be a little “fancier,” but I will now and forever become a “Nails Touch” devotee!

Went to the place this morning after making an appointment for today this morning and as soon as I walk in they tell me they cannot fix acrylic nails, wanted to try something different but in fairness they should’ve told me on the phone that they don’t provide nail fix for acrylics which is ridiculous because the place i normally go to does as should every nail salon, definitely won’t be coming back here for my next full in, waste of time and my patience (PS: when i called and explained it was a acrylic nail they said they provided that service for all nails hence why I’m leaving this review)

Clean place, owner and staff are very friendly and know most customers by their first name. Joy gave me the best uv gel fill and gel manicure. They are a little bit more pricey than some other local places but the price is well worth the quality.

The place is super clean and the manager and staff are all so nice. They adhere to appointment times which is great. I tried this place because many other reviewers said their gel manicure was excellent and lasted a long time. However I was very disappointed with mine. After the first DAY my nails began to chip and peel and look messy. One week later I cant look at them anymore and have to get them done again. Super disappointed, waste of time and money.

I am so pissed! I tried to give this place another shot, two weeks ago I went in and got a manicure, the color looked sketchy to me like clumpy but I assumed they knew what they were doing, the painted my nails, one day later it was all chipped off (and I don’t work with my hands). I have been trying to grow my nails out forever, I bite them when I am anxious and recently I had been doing so good. I was super open with the woman sue who did them today, I told her I do not want them shaped or shorted, you can do a very light file, (they were already ok) instead 2 seconds later and she took a chunk out, I was upset but stayed silent, the next hand I told her “these are longer on this hand, I do not care, they do not need to match, they do not need to be shaped. She said “ok!” Before I know it she digs right in, now I am back where I started, no whites on my nails(she filed all the whites off my nails and there were whites on every single one when I walked in) I got so upset and walked out. Never again will I go here. The first time I came the person who I think is Susan was very pushy and talked me out of getting an acrylic set for a gel set, in fact she even matched the price and I was so happy. But now I am realizing the people in this salon are pushy, and do not listen to requests. If you have long perfect nails go here, if you have a request or an issue with your nails it’s terrible!!!

Bi weekly gel manis and pedis done for over a year and ive never had a problem iris for pedi and sue for mani. theyre always super nice and very clean.. love it here

Worst nail salon I’ve been ever! Sue filed my nails and cuticles (yes, she used an abrasive filer on the edges of my finger) very rough and it caused a cut and some redness on my fingers....I seriously wanted to leave after seeing my finger bleeding but my nails were undone. If there was a zero star, I would’ve given them a zero. Imagine if the equipments are not sanitized properly, I could get an infection in my cut.
