Dirpro really helped me take responsibility for myself. The employees and managers are easy to get along with and willing to help. However the advertisements are misleading and the turnover rate combined with the amount of people who want to quit is an obvious indicator as to what is wrong with this company. They talk it up and pull you in with hype about making large amounts of money quickly and then being able to move up the corporate latter. Meanwhile, most people in these position have been there a month and are usually looking to quit after being falsely told what the job entails. For the most part, you will stand around a Sams Club trying to sell people Direct TV. The product itself has a bad reputation from years past and 99% of the people you talk to are to busy to care anyway. As someone who has sales experience, there are much better opportunities available as opposed to being nothing more then a store associate. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
