In the condo complex that I live at the community mailbox is about to topple over. It has been like this for some weeks now, and no one has come to fix it AND the mail people skip right over our mailbox. I called the post office and they told me that I can go pick up my mail there. Don’t I pay taxes that provide this service?! I have missed out on voting because they failed to deliver my mail!! This post office needs an overhaul.

I had to mail out a package and I only put the address where it was going to on the front. I handed the lady the destination and my return address underneath because I know it gets printed on the sticker. She started to get nasty with me saying that it doesnt go on the sticker. I said my bad. I dont mail out packages often. I cant believe the attitude she gave me and she gave me such a hard time. Its not that hard to be alittle kinder to people. There was no need for her to be rude to me at all considering I was nice and polite to her. This post office needs better employees.

They let the phone ring and ring before ever picking up and when they do pick up, the customer service is atrocious. OH, and they NEVER scan packages I have them pick up to send out from my home which in turn has resulted in multiple packages getting lost in transit and affecting my online sales. Fed up is putting it nicely.

Called up a couple weeks ago to tell them I’ve been getting mail from old tenants that used to live in the home I am currently staying at.... the lady who answered the phone said that she was sorry about it and would leave a note for the mailman that does rounds here. I’m currently still getting mail for 3-4 other people who do not live here..... it’s getting aggravating and annoying. I was told not to throw out the other people’s mail I’m getting, but I’m not just going to collect their mail for them when ik they’re never going to pick it up 😂

I tried not to go to this post office because the people are rude, very unprofessional and customer service is horrible. I still gave a one star just because they are still serving us but I wish they can be more pleasant, helpful, respectful and show the right kind of attitude to others.

The gentleman I spoke to behind the counter was very short with me and started to get loud. I was just trying to figure out where my package was It was supposed to be in days before and they could not explain to me why the address was insufficient. Typical government entity, you might as well use Pony Express or ship it to the next town over

I moved to this area recently and in the past 3 months I got more than 4 packages and mail delivered to my neighbors, got 3 of my neighbors packages delivered to me. One of them opened up my package by mistake bc she was also waiting for a package ! When I called to complaint its nobodys fault but the person who opened! Now if the person is like me that receives package every single day, will she check for right info before opening ? No ! So its not the persons fault but who delivered wrong. Im so fed up with this people, Ive been calling all morning and they put me on hold or hang up after Ive been on hold, not letting me even speak first . The reason the packages always gets delivered to the wrong address is because the mail lady is always on her dam phone ! And its always someone different ! I would upload a picture of her on her phone while driving/ delivering the mail but I did send them to the HQ! If you cant be professional then dont take this kind job. Ive had legal documents delivered to the wrong address and this is serious !

Worst post office. For 6 years, they have continued to deliver my mail after I placed it on vacation hold. They also delivered said mail to wrong addresses resulting in the lost of several packages of substantial value. I’ve spoken to multiple supervisors and employees with no fix or accountability.

I can definitely see why there are a flood of ones. It is horrible because my mail carrier is great and the African American women with the short cut was just as sweet as she can be but the supervisor and what ever lady is behind the door when you ring the doorbell after 5 is rude and condescending. I had to walk away to keep my cool.I would highly recommend a customer service and soft skill training. All I wanted was my package.

Id love to be able to talk to a real person to find out where my package, but the USPS answering machine is a machine that does not recognize and redirect according to voice commands. The tracking number shows some serious confusion going on. Im in doubt as to whether the handlers are literate.

EB post office lost or mixed up some packages that I was supposed to received first of all.Also I have many packages to ship out due to my business. When I drop off into the dropbox, they don’t even scan later. I asked the reason why they don’t, I was told by one of them.. simply they don’t. ( they put signs out side to drop off since COVID 19.) Most of my mails have delivery confirmation #, and after a week or 10 days later still it showed as “Pre Transit”.So now I decided to travel to Spotswood PO. They dont have any sign to drop the mail off to the drop box. They scan every single package right in front of me. Plus the people(there are 3.) are super kind!There I can see a-lot of differences in my business process.

If you are able to figure out the kiosk, then this is the perfect post office.There is usually not a line with the kiosk, while the line for the customer service can be dreadful.Kiosk is 24/7. This is a game changer

I am very happy with the East Brunswick Post Office employees.Our Letter Carrier is wonderful.My experience with the Clerks has been very good. They are courteous and helpful when purchasing stamps and mailing parcels. The one problem is that they do not have enough clerks in the office.

Worst Post Office ever. Carriers cant put the mail in the right mailbox even though our names are on the mail box and have lived at this address for 10 years. Even put a bright orange label with our names and still gets it wrong.Called the Postmaster which is a joke since nothing was done to correct the problem just lip service. Talked to supervisors many times about this problem still putting mail in wrong box. Its a sad day for our country when the Post Office cant even hire people that can read English or do simple tasks. Forget about speaking English any more, lost language for the United States. I can remember a time when English and being able to read was a requirement. NOT ANYMORE! I avoid using the Post Office any chance I get and do everything online. Every time I call they never answer the phones either.

Called many times, no one picked up... Drove there, one person working, 5 people waiting... took around 5 minutes for a person to purchase 10 stamps (wow)... finally got to the counter, that guy just looked at the tracking number and was like OH probably no one is working in the back (nice!), so, just wait for your package to get delivered on another day! BYEThank you EB USPS front desk receptionist for being so unprofessional...BTW. 5 stars for the delivery officers. They are always working hard and great.

Went to the post office on Cranberry Rd. in East Brunswick to mail an international package. Ms. Katrina (desk attendant) was very nasty and unhelpful. I could tell she was unwilling to deal with an uncommon situation so she reflected it in her behavior towards me. She was so selfish that she did not realized I had to write a different label because of her. I had to change package type because of her and after 30 minutes preparing my package I had to change my mind because of her inability to recall the price she originally gave me. Perhaps she should be reminded that the East Brunswick residents are paying her salary. This office has been a problem for customer service for a while now and I think the problem must be the supervisor there who nurtures this type of behavior and does not provide proper guidance. I hope the government closes this location so Ms. Katrina can go and work for the food industry where she doesnt have to deal with the public.

Beware of this post office! Contents of the package were stolen! Theres thieves here!I sent a package of Christmas gifts from this post office to the Midwest. When it arrived at its destination the box was missing half of its contents. Upon closer look, it was noticeable that the box received was a completely different box than the one sent. The box sent had been a large ready post box bought a USPS, while this box had no markings. It was clear that someone or more people had opened the box, stolen half of the contents, and repackaged in a different box. Then they had cut the addresses and labels from the previous box and taped them onto the new box. I cant be sure which post office it happened, but when we checked the tracking we noticed that the box had spent a few days in the post office before being sent out making it the more likely suspect. In my opinion it just bolsters the case for private companies like fedex or ups being used for packages.When I called to complain the staff person was rude and dismissive.

My mail carrier cannot get it right. Im not sure what kind of test you have to take to deliver mail but even I know that if the flag is up, there is mail for him to take. Once he takes the mail out of the box he should put it down. Never. N-E-V-E-R. Ive left notes in the mailbox reminding him to put the flag down when he takes the mail. Some days he puts my incoming mail on top of outgoing stuff and I have to put it in again the next day and leave a neon post it note to call his attention to it.Yesterday I had outgoing mail but, I guess I wasnt getting anything (which is odd) because he never even came to the house. It was raining though, maybe theres nothing in their motto that says hell delivery even in the rain, or sleet, or snow....I give him 1 star only because I have to put something there in order to post this review. This guy is awful.

Make sure you bring TAPES yourself if you want to mail something and dont have a sealed box. They wont help you or provide tapes (if you are desperate you can buy a tiny roll there at $4.30). The reasons that they wont help you is because they are a business that needs to make money, their manager is going to fire them if they helped you tape your box, at least they are providing you a box for free (priority flat rate boxes) so you should be grateful. These are just some of the reasons they used for refusing to help me tape my box, despite having a roll of tapes right next to them. Here are solutions if you do forget your tape: 1. Use their envelopes which come with tapes, 2. If your box is small enough the labels (address label plus the bar code label) should suffice. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Horrible service. Its almost closing time and still have not received the mail. Called and spoke with employee Iris, who informed me she is new and was left in charge of the entire place. She has no numbers of any of the drivers and cannot get in touch with them because she has yet to receive their respect and therefore, I will probably not get mail today. Not receiving mail when the regular postman is off is a very common occurrence since moving to East Brunswick. Long gone are the days that the post office took pride in their work?

Terrible service. I would expect a lot more living in East Brunswick. I had to open a P.O. Box that I pay for because I could not seem to get my mail at my home or was receiving my neighbors mail and none of mine on a weekly basis. Packages would be listed as delivered when tracked but never showed up. One day I even drove over to the mailman who was still parked on my street to ask where my package was because it showed delivered 5 minutes ago and was not. He ended up finding it in the back of his truck. I spoke to the Supervisor at the Post Office to describe my concerns and was told that someone would call me. They never did. I tried calling several times and was never called back.

I just received an important envelope package that clearly states in bold letters, on the front of the envelope, DO NOT FOLD. The mailman must have misinterpreted this very complicated message, because it was bent completely in half. Dont worry, the package wasnt super important, it was only my COLLEGE DIPLOMA.

Terrible service. My package that I missed for the first attempt delivery was sent back to the sender after 4 days. I wanted to confirm this with the post office so called them for 30min (11 times) to finally get hold of someone only to have her tell me that the computer is down so I have to try again in an hour. I wasnt sure if she meant to try it again online or call back in an hour, so I tried to clarify and the clark hanged up on me.

The mail carriers are very nice but sometimes deliver mail to the wrong address. The post office itself.....well thats another story....The lines are SUPER SLOW and the customer service line is HORRIBLE!!! Go to the nearby Milltown post office instead, which in my opinion is MUCH better.

No mail... Even though I had a 2 day priority which shows its out for delivery. Again today 10/13 no mail, with a notification saying they cldnt find a secure delivery location. Ive lived here last 15 yrs and havent moved since. Keep sending new mailman every day , half of them are so lazy that they forget to grab the mail for all the houses when starting their route and at the end of the day go back to the van and write down address not found and will be returned to the sender, in the packages left behind in the van. If possible wld give no star, but that is not an option.

No mail delivery yesterday 9/28. No delivery Sat 9/19. Different carrier every day; and they are mostly inexperienced. My PSE&G bill went missing. Mail is being delivered to the wrong houses. My neighbor just received someone elses American Express bill.When I phoned today 9/29, the man who answered the phone did not take down the information about missed deliveries; he said to call the USPS 800 number. And no I could not speak to the Postmaster because they were all in a meeting. Phoned back 2 hours later, Nobody answered the phone.This branch is poorly managed,

I love our carrier. Always polite, friendly and dependable, and he rings the bell whenever delivering a larger item that doesnt fit in the box. (Ive liked all our mail carriers over the years) But I do anything I can to AVOID going into the E.B. post office. Ive lived in the town about 30 years and its never changed. The lines move at a snails pace, and there are never enough associates behind the counter to help. If you live close to Milltown, head to the lovely little Milltown post office instead. If you live near the South River border, go there. I print and pay for my own labels via my Paypal account which is linked to the US Postal Service and schedule free pickups at my door, and I get stamps at the library, Sams Club, or the supermarket.

Honestly, I wish there was a way I could give this Post Office 0 Stars. Ive lived in East Brunswick for over 10 years and have had to deal with this post office several times, and all I can say is that Ive never dealt with such unprofessional, unpleasant, and clueless people anywhere else. Every establishment has their ups and downs, and I understand that. However, Ive never had a single pleasant experience at this place. The desk attendants are very demeaning and rude to everyone.On numerous occasions, I have seen these women get short with people who come in with an issue, and instead of apologizing, they tried to put the blame on them or get out of having to do their job. They also never seem to give the correct information . Ive been told by headquarters not to listen to them because the information was wrong and I have lost many important packages because of them. I think that they dont always know the answers so they just tell you whatever they want instead of finding out. No matter how sweet and pleasant you are when you come in, they will be rude- unless all you are doing is buying a stamp.Well, atleast they are consistent- consistently terrible at there jobs. Management really needs to do something about it, but seeing as how so many people have already complained and nothing has. Even done, I guess nothing is likely to change anytime soon. My advice? Try to just avoid going there if possible, or atleast take a xanax before you go! Haha!

I am afraid to order any sort of package because they NEVER show up. Since Christmas, I have had about 4 packages lost or delivered to another house. When I call to speak to a manager, they are rude and inconsiderate. Theyve lost my parents bills, who are now being charged for late payments. I wish I could use another post office, however theres no getting around it. Service is awful.

Update:They have been recently pushing for people to pre-scan their labels at the machine but they take forever to process the item. If you sold something online you need it to be processed asap. Also one worker got angry at an older customer not being able to scan the item herself. That was extremely rude and unprofessional to demand a senior citizen to be fully comfortable in doing it themselves without assistance. Its one thing to demand me to do it as I am able to figure out technology quickly but it takes a little extra time and patience to teach older people. (not that they cant learn but the worker clearly had no patience to teach slowly). They need to fire that worker because that one is the worst.For the 3rd time they either lost my package or had it damaged. Once it was delivered at a completely different address and it got severely rained on. I tried to file a claim but nothing happened as per usual. I have no idea how they misread addresses so badly. Its like reading route 18 as harts? The workers are unfriendly and have horrible manners. Their supers are just as incompetent. Usps needs to retrain them or get new people. They have been there for over 5 years (familiar faces) yet they act like they just got hired. They got even worse from their already horrible about 2 years ago. If you can get your package delivered by another usps service. DO IT. I wouldnt be suprised if they steal packages at this point.
