I had an appointment for a Brazilian and lower leg wax. Heather made me super comfortable. Heather was fast and efficient and it didn’t hurt at all! I used to go to North Brunswick European Wax Center and I’ll never go back. This East Brunswick one is a lot better. I’ve been through a few professionals, but Heather is the best one EVER. I will be returning.

Loved it. The whole staff in the North Brunswick location is so well trained and always makes sure that they give above and beyond customer service. All the technicians are really great and make getting waxed so much more enjoyable. The manager Jenn is also really great and makes sure that every guest is taken care of. Definitely book an appt here!

Love this place! First time getting waxed and it was a great experience! Heather was so nice and thorough, I was so scared for my first Brazilian, thought it was gonna hurt and to be honest I barely felt any pain :) the front desk was so nice as well and great at informing about all the deals they had. Already made my schedule for next month and I’m so excited and happy for the switch from shaving to waxing!

This was my first & last time attempting to go to THIS location. Beware that this location makes up their own policies and rules. In the confirmation email of every EWC, it clearly states to call if you will be running late. In NO where in the emails, does it say that you have a 9 minute grace period.I called to let someone know I will be running late and came exactly 9 minutes after my appointment time. I was then told I would have to reschedule because they have a 9 minute cut off. I was so confused being that none of the other EWC’s have that policy nor how would anyone know this policy if this is their first time coming. I found that the workers were very petty, being that I was not even a minute late more for the cut off. And if you’re going to run a business at least have normal grace period times (5-10 mins). What kind of business makes a grace period of exactly 9 minutes in order to reschedule. Weird.

Wait time is ridiculous, waited over 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional staff. I do not recommend anyone using this location.

I love coming to Rachael for anything I need waxed! She is literally the best waxer I’ve ever used for a Brazilian - she is quick, painless, and genuinely cares about my post wax care. She is so sweet and easy to talk to, which makes everything go more quickly. I swear by her!!!

If it wasn’t for European Wax Center 2015 I would of never met one of the BEST waxers RACHAEL she is great and she is no longer at EWC I was so sad but I FOUND her now !!! EWC lost one of the BEST WAXERS!!!

Up charge for add-ons not disclosed at time of service. Very unprofessional! They wait until you leave, then call you later and tell you, oh we forgot to charge you for this service. Meanwhile it was never presented to me in the room as an additional cost. After years of being a customer I wont return because the TRUST is not there any longer. Ill take my business elsewhere to a place that is honest and not out to steal from you.

This is the second time the same tech calls out sick and they fail to call me prior to my arrival. I assume this how to treat clients.I could care less for the false claims of the attempted call but, no missed call and no voice message yeah it’s hard to believe.I am still waiting for the manager to call me, this is unprofessional. Excellent way to manage a business for prepaid services.This is unacceptable and poor management. If the face of your business fails this is all on the manager. After reading the reviews regarding Jamie I was encouraged to give her a try. I went in on my day off and my usual waxer wasn’t available which also pushed me to give Jamie a chance. Jamie is very thorough, quick, and attentive to my requests. I went in for a Brazilian and Jamie asked if I wanted all my hair removed, in which she accomplished. It has been a while since I’ve been able to go home and not need to touch up my area. Thank you Jamie!!

This was my first time and it was good. I asked the receptionist if there were any thing I needed to know before coming for a Brazilian wax, she told me no. I went and couldnt get the service due to not enough hair. I was a very disappointed, this info should be expressed to first time comers. They give first time comers a discount, I got my legs wax with no discount at all. On the other hand, Heather was awesome!!!

Jaime is amazing!! I have been going to her for years and their is no one else I would trust. After I found her at EWC I have never even thought about trusting anybody else. I drive 45 minutes just to see Jaime! The reception people here are also very efficient and wonderful!

It was my first time here was looking for a clean waxing place , I have seen this place many times and read reviews and decided to give it a try. It was a great experience, my wax specialist was simply amazing she kept talking to me and I did not realise it we were already done, got my bikini wax done and thats something you really need to be careful about the hygiene of the place and the person doing it as well. I would totally recommend this place and already got my next appointment.

It has been two years since I’ve started going to Heather for my waxing needs. She is amazing at her job. Not only does Heather make you feel comfortable but she is also very thorough and experienced. The last session that I had with her was so quick and painless that I actually thought to myself “That’s it? I’m done already?” All around great experience because of Heather.

The lady did the good job, but I dont like the way they were trying to force for booking next appointment.

While this place is amazing, I want to give a spacial shoutout to Marcia. She is amazing and really cares for the client with details. She takes her time and treats herself as an artist while the client is the blank canvas and she makes sure it to to the clients satisfaction. Thank you! She even used extra oil to make the tweezers less painful.

I have been seeing Angela T for 2 years and counting. She not only makes you feel comfortable but she is very fast and painless. My friends ask me all the time how I say getting certain areas waxed do not hurt and my answer is simple - Angela T knows what she is doing. I actually look forward to my wax sessions with Angela T. She is the best and I would not dream of switching to another waxer.

Ive been going here for over two years. Its very clean and my waxer doesnt ever push products on me. She will make suggestions based on our conversations, but shes never pushy. Heather does a great job and Ive never had an issue with her.

I’ve been coming here for years and always see Kim. I would have given it it 5 except your establishment really needs a deep scrub. As a customer I should have to stare at a filthy ceiling with dirt on the vents and lights.

My first experience with a new waxer about a year ago was TERRIBLE. She wasnt friendly and the wax hurt immensely. THIS TIME I saw Angela T and when I say she was amazing Im not lying! I have no idea how she makes waxing painless but whatever techniques she uses WORK. She made be feel very comfortable and like I said the pain was about a 2 seeing how I was anticipating the same pain from last time. highly recommend everyone books with her for a pleasant Brazilian!

It was my first time going here , I got a Brazilian done by Leyla and a full leg wax , loved her . I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone . She is so friendly and professional, not to mention she did not hurt me at all . I was so pleased with her service . So glad I found her .

I just moved to this area and went here with my friend who was getting waxed and trying to talk me into it. My friend loves her waxes there (which is why I gave 2 stars) however I chose not to get a service done and would on my own give 1 star. My experience sitting in the waiting in the area for the 10-15 minutes it was, was the most uncomfortable Ive ever felt. There was a young girl at the desk that was pleasant and then 2 other women came into the waiting area I think were managers or owners. 1 of them was patting her foot on the floor while the young girl was making conversation with me. From there it got worse, she was literally rolling her eyes and belittling the young lady. I chose not to get anything done and will try the other wax center nearby. I will not pay money to places that run their businesses by being threatening and belittling to their employees.

She takes her time, is a great person to talk too, and makes sure I keep on my waxing schedule so I dont end up shaving in between appointments! Love her and wouldnt go to anyone else!

I have been going here for a while now and I never really loved any of the wax speacilist I had gotten until today. I had Lynn and she was so amazing! She really took her time with my eyebrows so that they were just what I wanted. Im so happy with the results! She was very professional and listened to just what I wanted. My first time here is wasnt the greatest as my first appt was not with HEATHER. HEATHER has been absolutely amazing. I started coming here because I have very sensitive skin, with waxing and using their products. My skin has done a complete 180. No product line(s) has given me the results I have now by going to HESTHER.HEATHER always makes me feel comfortable as I have some of the most sensitive areas waxed. What is great is that HEATHER is also quick but thorough, great for time and the pain is minimized. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING IN AND SEEING HEATHER, definitely get the packages and SAVE money.Their packages are reasonably priced as you dont have to pay for them all at once. Usually it spread out evenly over 4 months.BUT YOU HAVE TO SEE HEATHER!!!!!I rate her, on of 1 to 10 scale, a 20!!!!Very accommodating, listens very well, and station is always super CLEAN!!!!! 😁

Addendum: I changed from 1 to 4 stars after the real manager returned my call and quickly processed my refund. She had been on disabilty and the person with whom I had been dealing was only a temporary manager (she should have made me aware of that fact)original review:This place is a nightmare! They talked me into buying a package for a year. After 2 waxes, I developed a reaction and my Dr. told me to discontinue. I first asked if my daughter could use my unused pre-purchased sessions. After a dozen calls, I received the answer no. Then I requested a refund on the unused waxes; 6 months later, I, still arguing for the refund. The manager is unprofessional and difficult. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS OR PREPURCHASE. It is easier to get divorced than get out of a contract with these people. Hey manager, Im still waiting for you to return my calls!!!! Ive stopped in 6 times and youre still avoiding me!!!!

Clean, quick and as little pain as you can get with a wax. Also, they use hard wax so no sticky goo is left on your skin. I had Leyla do my wax, she was very good. A little pricey, but 4 weeks of not shaving is worth it.

Putting aside my waxer is literally phenomenal, this corp run establishment is pushy about the up sell & the East Brunswick location particularly NEVER has change so you can tip for your service. SHAMEFUL. This is NO way to treat your staff, who works on TIPS!!! Especially when there cut for the service is a disgrace

I went in for a Brazilian Wax. Ive been getting Brazilians for 3 years now and I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had. I am a bit confused because Angela was my waxer and she has really good reviews. When she pulled the strip/wax it pulled my skin multiple times. She also continuously went over the same areas which after a certain point, hurt. When I got home and showered I had sooo much wax in my rear. Its been over 24 hours and my area is still extremely swollen and red. And to top it all off... I STILL HAVE HAIR! After my third brazilian 3 years ago I have always had a CLEAN finish.

Michelle was very unprofessional. I called numerous times to make an appointment and only got an answer after calling 4 times. When I finally got to the shop, I find out, Michelle just sat there while the phone rung and even left the front desk (in front of me, the customer). While I called to schedule the appointment, she asked me all my information and I gave it to her even though I told her I was only visiting (appt with Ashley). When I checked in, she then asks me for my information AGAIN. Heading to the back, my appt lady was changed to Angela and I was not informed of the change by Michelle even though I was sitting up front with her until she left the phone ringing up front (and I did record it). It was all a mess!!! Not happy at all with this experience. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

I went there today to get a Brazilian wax-when I get there my usual girl was booked & had to settle for some 2nd rate low budget vagina shaming waxer. Once on the table I was made to feel ashamed of my vagina and she was very judgmental. Its not in good taste to talk about a females vagina in front of the actual customer while I am in a vulnerable position. Needles to say I will be back,but not for the 2nd rate waxer.
