I called to get help with my mound system, sub pump that was not working. Jim stayed on the phone with me until my problem was solved; come to find out a breaker was tripped which silenced the alarm and caused an overflow I was unaware of in my my basement. I tripped the breaker like he said and the alert buzzer went on and all of my water started going down the drain which was before flooding my basement for 2 days me and my family tried so hard to solve the problem but couldn’t I am fairly new to this type of thing. Jim taught me a lot I was unaware that there was an alert box I am so thankful.Thank you so much Jim I appreciate you I would give this company 100% awesome, There’s not many people that would take the time to just help you over the phone and be so patient and calm find out just what the problem is.I will be using his service for anything I have come up in the future, This problem was easily solved was just a little bit of help, God bless you and your company!

I would not reccomend using this company if you actually need your septic pumped. He did not show up for my appt and did not call me to inform me of any issues. He barely communicated with me and just kept promising to be out to do it and used tire issues as an excuse. Here I am on day 2 with a full septic and he still has the tire issue. What a joke. Very disappointed!

Jim inspected my septic and said we were not even close to needing the system pumped out, so he didnt think I should spend the money. I appreciate the honesty, as well as his level of customer service. I will be recommending him to others and calling him again in the future.

Wow. Never showed up for a septic pump. I called and was informed that his septic pumping truck was down. Gave A1 the benefit of the doubt. After more than a week of repeated calls to A1, all I got were more excuses and more promises that A1 would return my call with a new date they could come out. Nope, never happened. If you dont want my business, just say so. If I could leave a zero star rating, I would. Try Lashinski instead, they at least got back to me.

A-1 Sewer Services is absolutely fantastic! I called Jim at around 6am one morning with questions regarding a high level alarm. Jim talked me through some trouble shooting over the phone. We spoke for around 15 minutes that morning while he was on his way to another job! He definitely didnt have to do that. When the alarm continued to go off days later I called and set an appointment with Jim. He called me back on a Sunday afternoon and came out the next day! He arrived ahead of schedule, fixed what was keeping the float from coming up and explained everything in detail! All of this while charging a very fair and reasonable price! Weve used A1 Sewer to inspect our tank before and they were courteous, on time and did a great job. BUT, it wasnt until recently that their customer service really shined when I experienced an emergent issue with my septic tank.After explaining my situation to Jim over the phone, he gave me great advice and actually helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue on my own. I know as a business owner myself that he didnt have to do that, but he did, and saved me the hassel of a service call. In addition, as a person who knows nothing about septic tanks, he helped me visually understand how my tank works and what the alarms mean to help me troubleshoot it on my own in the future. For this reason, I highly recommend his service and will most certainly use him in the future. Thanks Jim!

We just moved into our home and had a drain field we didnt know anything about. They spent quite a bit of time on the phone with my husband explaining what the drain field ports were etc. the BEST customer service Ive ever had and he was so helpful and willing to help us by taking the time to explain to us what we didnt know. Very impressive service.

I made a appointment with Jim at A1 Septic he came out this last weekend and inspected my septic system that is only 2 plus years old ,instead of pumping and inspection he explained everything thing to me about the system and told me it wasn’t needed and charged me a service call for just the inspection,he is a very professional and great to work with he will be my go to guy for now on

I thought I had a frozen septic system, when I spoke to their guy at their office, he asked some great questions and talked me thru several checks to determine what the problem was.Turns out the whole system wasnt frozen, rather a clogged pipe.Ill use A-1 again and for my routine pump outs!!

Have used A-1 to have my tanks pumped in the past and all went well. Recently, we had someone else pump them. Costed us more and they were grumpy. Today we needed a new lift pump so we went back to A-1. We will never go elsewhere again. Very friendly and answered all questions. Honest and fair. Quote was accurate and half what other local places quoted.

We have been patiently waiting for A-1 Sewer Service to complete the Septic Inspection and Pumping at our house. We were told over a month ago that they had been to our house and had broken their truck while there. We have contacted them several times to get them back to the house and they have yet to show up. Very Disappointing!

Same service and a heck of a lot cheaper than what their local competitors charge...Especially the ones in the fancy pink trucks are outrageously overpriced!
