HIGHLY Recommend Justin!! Had a tree fall on our house due to a nighttime storm. We called and he came by 1 hour after storm hit to look at damage. He and crew showed up as promised early the next morning. Very professional and efficient, removing large tree from house and tarping the roof. One advice to homeowner, NEVER plant a Bradford pear anywhere near your home!!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY POOR COMMUNICATION! Would give zero stars if it was a option. Initial quote and first meeting was good. Very excited to get our back yard cleared out. Once they had us convinced to go with them it feels like all professionalism and customer service went out the window! WE had to keep calling to get updates on when they would start. Was finally told this week after us contacting them they would be here on Saturday 3 weeks after hired, finally a date set Yay!. Saturday rolls around & NO SHOW! 9am WE had to call to see what was going on. Was Told bearing broke on one of his equipment would be here today as soon as fixed.. Finally after 5 pm and more attempts from us to get a ETA we are told it took all day to fix would be here tomorrow. Sunday- NO SHOW! WE again had to call on a update. Was told his guys are mad at him and they did not want to work on a Sunday and it would have to be Monday now. Here we are its Monday and guess what? Thats right NO SHOW! WE have tried calling and texting and NO REPLY, NO UPDATE! It is now after lunch and we are extremely frustrated. Husband tries to get update and of course no answer & no reply. So husband texts him again after now hours of waiting and tells them not to worry about coming now. Can you blame us since they obviously have no courtesy of our time or the customer service skills to show up or give us updates and let us know what is going on. So when we tell them not to worry about coming they find the time to text back Thats fine and good luck Total waste of our time! NEVER will I ever refer anyone to use this company. Cant speak on their quality of work since we havent even had the pleasure of getting it done but can most definitely speak on the service or shall I say lack of service we have experienced.
