I own an Event Planning Business. Against my better judgement I booked this company because my client said they had a good experience with them through a family member. I rented a wet obstacle course for the theme of the party. After making it extremely clear I needed water.. I was delivered a obstacle course and the delivery driver said no water for this inflatable. The inflatable was hot enough to burn children and was not used. After the party and during business hours I’ve tried to reach out to this company with no success. They screen calls and do not respond to emails.

1.) Late setup- 1:45pm when was supposed to bet up by noon. Had my guests watching and waiting while being set up.2.) Pictures depict a party sized tent- what they half way set up was a cheap beach tent that you can buy for $100 at TSC- they didn’t even set it all the way up. Guests couldn’t even walk under it without ducking.3.) Did not pick up when supposed to- spend 3 days back and forth on the phone trying to get someone to pick it. On the 3rd day the employee broke our gate to open it and came on our property without permission.l while we were not home .4.) our mailbox was vandalized the next day after this incident

The rental online says wet/dry. The office said the slide was dry use as well. It was setup and the kids were not able to use it. The pickup guys said “yeah it’s only made for wet use”. It say in the yard for 3 days all weekend as a sore eye unable to use.Not to mention they never answer there phone or call you back for concerns. Waste of time.You pay for a service and if it doesn’t work out as stated above, it’s your loss. That’s the deal. They said they called 3-4 times but they never didn’t. Still haven’t. $350 down the drain. Thanks for nothing.

They did not deliver the services promised. we had to move our rehearsal dinner to a new location an hour before it started because the tent wasn’t put up on time and had to move our ceremony up 2 hours because their tent leaked and created a swamp. They said the tent would be up by 4:00. The job wasn’t complete until 10 am the next day. Basically ruined our wedding. I called to try to reconcile and nobody ever called me back.

Planning an outside event, they have the best bounce houses and slides, tents and tables. Fun for the kids. Great prices and great service! You cant go wrong with SC Party Rentals.
