We spend summer is SC, so I needed my nails refreshed while I was here. I made an appointment a week ahead, however I had to wait an hour past my appointment time before my service began. My pedicure was brief & dismal (and I upgraded from the basic). But the worst part is my nails, they are misshapen & look like a beginner did them. They also were going to leave polish all over my hands. I’m really disappointed for the price I paid.

Even with an hour and a half wait, and them finishing way after closing time, they did an awesome job on my nails and eyebrows!!! Love this place and all the staff there!

I walked in, without an appointment, but within 2 or 3 minutes they were working on my nails. It is wonderful I can travel and be able to stop by anytime they are open. Without a time set time. The people are friendly and professional.

I never leave reviews, but I strayed from the normal place I go to and tried this place, and l’ll never be going back. The lady was nice while she was doing my nails, but I kept having to point things out (like fuzzies on nails)... and at the end, when I was trying to explain to her that she filed too much and took off the color and glitter from the sides, she kept arguing with me, saying it was supposed to be like that. Now, I’m no genius, but I’ve never been to any place where part of the nail is “supposed” to not have polish/color on it. On top of that, she left the sides really rough and jagged. So not only are they not fully colored, but they’re jagged too! I feel really bad about living a negative review, and I’m sure not all of the nail techs there are this way... but this was just my experience from the one and only time I’ve been there. This cost me $53 plus a $13 tip to make it $66, so I’m extremely upset that I paid so much money to not be at all satisfied with my nails. I’ll be going to my normal nail tech tomorrow for them to fix this. I tipped/paid before I had a chance to actually look over my nails, so maybe that’s why she probably didn’t care to fix them at that point. Had I noticed them before, I probably wouldn’t have tipped as much. I mean, who argues with a customer when the customer is actually trying to be nice about getting something fixed?! I’ve been in customer service so I make sure I’m not nasty about things if I have a complaint/feedback. So I guess my advice for anyone else getting their nails done here: Look over your nails CAREFULLY before you pay. They look fine from afar, but upon closer inspection you can see what a mess they really are! 😭

We walked in and was told it was a twenty minute wait. All I wanted was my old nails removed and for them to paint my two year old daughters nails. They put five people before us. They left me sitting with foil and nail remover for over an hour. Left my boyfriend with cold water for an hour during a pedicure. They sat and did five people in front of my damn two year old daughter who only would have taken ten minutes to do. I told them I wanted to leave and they couldn’t even remove my remaining nails. Will never be back to this place.

Waited approximately 2 hours for my little girl to have a so experience and the staff kept looking over her and taking clients( w/o appointment’s ) before her. I finally got tired of it and left. I called a nail spa, ( same strip mall will hobby lobby) and told them about it and they took her in. I might add we left with my 6 year old crying. The only reason I gave you a 1 rating was because it was cool in your establishment while we waited. Sorry Service! I have come there for a long time but no more.

Gorgeous job as usual, this has become a favorite salon. Always up to a new nail design challenge. Very professional and courteous.

After 30 minutes could not remove my nails..xut into nail bed..pain causes me to jump our of chair 4 times..ebdes up leaving with jagged partial nails still attached..no concern..no offer for another tech

Was skeptical about venturing out at this time, but was pleasently surprised to find that my favorite nail salon was well equipped, going beyond suggested guidelines to ensure their own and their customers safety during this time of uncertainty. I made an appointment, but walk ins are welcomed. Kim did a fabulous job taking care of my neglected finger and toenails.

It was my first visit there and it was an excellent experience. I will make this place permanent for my pedicures.

Came here to get mine and my daughter’s nails done and when it was my time to get mine done the lady tried to make me cut my real nails off cause it was going to take 30 mins to soak the acrylic off. They should have already had my nails soaking while I was waiting for 30 mins to get them done !!! Won’t be back here ever and don’t recommend for anyone else. That was a very poor way to handle business so I’ll take my money somewhere else !!!

The wait was relatively quick despite the fact that I was a walk in and they did an amazing job. Thats hard with me because I have an inability to relax my hands, when I try it makes it worse but the guy still listened and made my nails beautiful.

I got my nails done, they started breaking and chipping on day 2. Went back within week with 3 nails in very bad shape and they wouldn’t make it good. Very unprofessional and rude.

I am never coming back to this place. I lost my bluetooth earbuds here and when I came back and asked them they told me they haven’t seen them, but when I went to check their location they went offline. So I’m pretty sure they were stolen by one of the employees considering the fact I was one of the only few customers in the salon. And not only that, but I have developed a nail fungus after coming here. I do not recommend.

Very helpful clean and nice

I had the best experience of my life in a nail salon there tonight. This man (I’m sorry I did not catch his name but he knows who he is!!) went out of his way to stay and do my nails almost an entire hour after they closed. I had been so stressed because I couldn’t find anywhere open and did not get off until 6 (they closed at 7). He took his time and did my nails and they look fantastic, and I am beyond grateful. He did not rush me because I was there after closing, he took his time and talked to me and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Y’all just gained a loyal customer, thank you so much for your patience with me tonight. (PS: if he sees this, please tell me his name so I can request him next time!)

This Salon is the best Salon in Easley hands down! No matter how busy they are, they dont rush through your service and treat you like youre just money. They actually treat you like a customer and have exceptional customer service. Definitely my new go to Nail Salon.

They change their price every time I go. I got a full set of acrylics no nail polish and it was $42!? Could have gotten sns for a few more bucks. They definitely jip you

Works well with kids and elegantly and first time people. My mom is 62 never had a peadi. My daughter is 4. Everyone was very patient with them both!

Update: changing to one star.... Found credit card had two charges on it from them. Thankfully, Amex is awesome and took care of it. Wifes color and design started peeling with 24hrs(even after being dried and sprayed dried). Went to my local place when I got home. It reminded me of a good mani and pedi job.First this place is very sexist to a male wanting to do a manicure or pedicure. Charging $3 more for each when we normally dont do any kind of nail painting, toe spacers, or special designs. Yeah its $6, there goes a tip honestly. The work was good, the place was clean and very large. They try and try to up sell you on different options, when you just say basic they will throw out a price. Make sure to look at price board!!Make an appointment!!! The wait was about 30+ minutes.

I have found that everyone is not for everyone but I am for Mellisa. Her superb nail service proficiency and professional mannerism lends Super nails and Spa another 5 star rating from me. She made me feel comfortable and I totally destressed as she transformed the artificial into such a beautiful natural look for my nails. She is also a great people person. The quality of work is just not what it used to be. Gel nail polish has bubbles in it. And looks like it will peel within a few days.

I didn’t even want to give them any stars.... the lady I had didn’t really communicate at all. They didn’t correctly apply the acrylics, the coat is awful because she didn’t let them dry, there are bubbles on my nails, and she didn’t cut the nails right so my nails are now uneven and not even straight... don’t recommend EVER coming here, it’s not worth it. If you want nails then go to your local convenient store and get fake ones for like $15 because they will be better than anything you get here...

Don’t bother making appointments! They absolutely will not honor. There are a few good nail techs but overall not worth it if you are busy or on any type of schedule. Also the last time I was in for appt made they were incredibly rude when they couldn’t accommodate. Pretty sad considering I spend a good bit there every month. I’ve had enough and won’t be back.

The atmosphere in this place is amazing. I’ve been here a couple of times, and all of my experiences have been great! Even when they’re super busy, they still tried to make my experience there a really good one. I would highly recommend this nail salon!

First visit for a pedicure. Nail tech left sharp edges on both big toes as well as pinky toe on one foot. After ruining several pairs of socks I noticed the problem and had to trim my nails. Waste of a pedicure. Also got callous treatment and my heels looked dry two days later.

I usually go to Nail Spa have been for a while. But I decided to try Super Nails and they did an excellent job. I will be going to Super Nails from now on.

I think this is the best mail spa around ! Complimentary drinks and theyre very patient ! I was in here 3 - 4 hours right before New years and my pedicure was great and the guy who did my nails stayed an hour past closing and took his time! The staff was very nice but, the quality of my nails were horrible. All of my nails were different lengths and shapes. It was so obvious that a friend of mine pointed it out while were having brunch. Secondly my pedicure took 15 mins at the most they rushed through without even doing the right one I chose but of course I was still charged for it. This place would definitely get no stars if that was a option please dont waste your money here guys !

I would recommend this place it is another one of the cleanest places ive ever seen in my life they are constantly cleaning and sanitizing everything the staff is nice .they only have one downfall they are super expensive and i mean super expensive but other than that i would highly recommend.

I have gone to Super Nails and Spa for a couple of years now, and their amazing service has still never changed. Their service is amazing and their skills with nails and pedicures are very good.

If I could leave no stars I would. They were very rude, seemed inconvenienced by us being there. I went with my daughter and granddaughters and they were very rude with all of us. The water was cold and when we told them they just sat down and got down to business, cold water and all. My granddaughters polish was messed up on each toe on one foot. We had them fix it but when we got home her design on her big toe was still smudged. Definitely wont be back

I am not the best pedicure recipient but I cant achieve their results on my own! I grow tired of the short tempered questions. They offer you water, tea or a glass of wine. They do a good job here although I think another local nail salon is better.

Slow service, not worth the money - friend that was with me had a pedi and mani which included artificial nails and I had a basic pani and medi and she finished 20 minutes before I did. The service was extremely slow; however, the lady was very kind. She was honestly too gentle. The prices are also higher than nearby salons - $12 difference for same service (basic mani and pedi). And the extra charge for the pedicure bowl lining was absurd!

Always an extremely long wait. Doesnt do half the services that other salons do. Inexperienced nail techs so you never know what kind of quality you might get. I will never go back not would i recommend anyone else to this salon. They are nice, but the quality is poor compared to anywhere else ive ever been.

Expansive and clean. I was offered a drink, but wasnt informed an alcoholic beverage was included until I inquired about the bottles in the back. My technician was quite cold and rigid, but she did a good job on my nails. Not talking doesnt bother me, but it may irritate some.

I am never unhappy when I go here. Ive tired VIP but have always came back, the pedicure nail techs dont talk much but like someone else said that doesnt bother me especially if you bring a friend for a girls day. Sometimes you have to wait but honestly that is every salon.

I bought a gift card for my grandson to give to my wife for Christmas. My grandson was helping me wrap presents and the gift card got caught up in the wrapping trash and put in the fire. We still had the receipt where we bought the gift card, but the store refused to honor it. My grandson was very upset. The manager was very rude and unhelpful. I certainly will never do business with them again.

First and LAST visitIm new to Easley and always go to publix and workout anytime, so seeing this nail salon all the time, I decided to give it a shot since I was going to the beach.I walked in with the intentions of getting a full set, pedicure and my eyebrows threaded. (Settled with a wax because they dont thread there)Start off with my full set:The lady tells me to sit down, so I do. She looks at my nail and tries very hard to tell me to get the new dip acrylics. Ive never had those done, and told her I wanted to get something that would stay on longer (acrylics normally last me a little over a month before I need a fill in, and going to the beach three days after I was getting my nails done, I figured I would have no issue.) I had a full set before so my nails were a little uneven and needed a trim before the nail was set, which im used to at all the other nail salons ive ever been too. She didnt even bother. She was constantly talking to the receptionist, who i think was her daughter and getting distracted left and right. I told her they were too long, she didnt even look at me. When it got time to paint them, I noticed a few things... 1. She wasnt painting my entire nail 2. She didnt cover my entire nail bed with acrylic and 3. This lady either really hates me or her job. Or both.Now for my feet and grows:When I walked over to the pedicure area, there was a young girl, she looked exhausted and the other workers were barking orders at her. She was very kind, but it was obvious she was mistreated. I sat down thinking that the same rude lady was going to do my toes and brows... thankfully, a younger, very kind girl did my toes. I was a little disapointed at the lack of oompf they put into pedicures. I guess Im used to the ones around my campus caring more. But it was a better experience than my fingernails. I tipped this lady because she was kind and didnt treat me like garbage. Thanks again for that.So, the aftermath.Three days into my beach vacation. So, three or so days after I got my nails done, they started to lift up at the corners, my nail polish was chipping on my toes as well Ive lost all but three nails because they were put on so horribly, my toe nails are chipped and look like I havent had a pedi my entire life. If i could, go back i would have just kept the 70 bucks i gave them and spent it at the beach.. Ive never been so disappointed in a nail salon before. Will NEVER bring my business there again and will certainly not recommend either.

I love this nail salon.Lisa and Lee are the greatest.I went to another nail salon yesterday because I heard so many talk about it,needless to say,I will NEVER go back,I will stick Solar Nails and with Lee and Lisa.This salon is extremely clean,friendly the other was very dusty and did a very poor job on both mani and pedi,was not very politeat all.

This place is the worst! They always do a horrible job, they never shape your nails right and they always have long wait times!I will not be back!!

Ive been here twice now. I drove from downtown Greenville the first time to meet someone, and the second time, just to come here. First visit, they did EXACTLY what Id asked. My nails broke fairly quickly (within 10-12 days), but i asked for a thin, natural, stiletto nail. They looked flawless until they broke. The fault was mine, though (I asked for an impractical service). On my second appointment, I let the tech know that I still wanted very thin, natural looking acrylic, but much shorter, as they had broken before. I did an acrylic fill with gel polish at a very reasonable price, and at 3 weeks, Im only ready for a fill because of growout.

If less than one star could be given, I would. They are snobby and dishonest. My wife asked for a simple fill-in and they tried to do something completely different and more expensive. When she called them out on it, they acted like she was stupid. She is anything but, and will not go back!

Made an appointment, but waited 40 minutes before just walking out. Walk-ins that came in after were seated first. Very disappointing because in past theyve done a good job on my nails.

I went with my daughter for a mani/pedi. They placed me in a chair that the whirlpool feature was not functioning properly. They also told us 20 minutes wait, it was 30 until we were in chairs (which was fine) but then they began my daughters pedi about 15 minutes later.... I waited, and waited... a girl came by and then a regular came in wanting a full in and she immediately left and took her. 38 minutes later and after my daughter was leaving for her mani, a guy comes to do my pedi. Neither worker were friendly or personable. I told him I would have to skip the mani because I was out of time. He shrugged and did the pedi. This place may look great, but the level of customer services, the massages given, and bearing the fact that I did not see an autoclave actually turned on while sotting there watching for all that time, yeah, we will never be back.
