Overall had a very poor experience. Spoke with a person over the phone who identified himself as Dale after dropping the deer off earlier in the morning. He was very vague about the options available to have the meat processed and did not even ask if I had filled out an invoice slip describing how I wanted the meat processed. Upon picking up the venison and returning home I discovered that everything had been made into either cube steak or ground. I called Whitmans back inquiring where the tenderloins had gone and why there were no steaks, other than the cubed steak. The person I spoke with stated thats what my order showed and did not offer any solutions. I told him that what I got back was not what I ordered however he didnt seem to care. I asked what happened to the tenderloins and he stated they were probably made into ground. Beware future customers you will need to be very specific that you would like the best part of the deer back or they may end up on their dinner table.
