Again, due to weather they weren’t able to get back out for another week plus, keep in mind I had not paid for services rendered and Don never asked. They came back to the house and completed the job and I was ecstatic to give Don a check for the work completed. Patio floor is now unacceptably slippery. Attention to detail is ok, not great. Communication after job was done is very difficult (unresponsive). Advised to add another anti slip coating for $400 but would not communicate afterwards.

We had both garage and basement floors done by IronDrive and they did a fabulous job. Theyre polite, organized, clean up after themselves, Our basement floors keep the concrete dust from making a mess of our storage areas and makes them look finished. The garage floor is super easy to clean if mud gets tracked in and stays neater as well. They also rescheduled due to our delay in construction with no problem. We highly recommend them!

Don Wilson and his employees coated our garage and screened patio areas a few years ago when we purchased this house. The work they did was fabulous, so we had them back to coat two additional areas in the front and rear of our house. The cement paving in these areas had become unsightly with red clay stains and some hairline cracks. These guys came here, laid the coating in the morning, and were finished within a few hours. It was dry and ready to walk on in a few hours. Now we have a beautiful surface that is easy to keep clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Iron Drive. You will not be disappointed.

I had Iron drive garage floors come to my house a few years ago to coat my garage floor. I work on my own cars and let me tell you this floor is durable and looks as good today as it did when it was first done. As a superintendent to a home builder I recommended several people to him and they are as pleased as I am. Don and his crew are knowledgeable and professional and I give them 5 stars all day long.

Service with a smile. Im so glad I didnt DIY this project. Its sticky and messy. I would have had to rent commercial equipment etc. And Don uses commercial grade products. He also uses plenty of flecks... no skimping on the flecks. Don is pleasant and is customer service minded. Good customer service is hard to find these days. He came back and fixed a little bubble that did not adhere for some reason. I would recommend Don and the product. My husband was indifferent to this project but now admits that he thinks it looks really nice.

A most excellent product and service experience! We bought a country home with a detached two car garage. The garage had previously been used to house a dirt track race car and a large dog. It was a disaster inside. New interior paint was no big deal, but repeated cleaning, both by us and professionals barely made a difference to the floor. The petroleum product stains had soaked in far too long and the smell after the garage had been closed overnight was awful. After researching numerous options, IronDrive seemed to us to offer the best long-term solution. And it did. No more ugly, stinky floor!!! And a year later it still looks terrific. As the construction of our second garage / workshop progresses, we are making arrangements for IronDrive to give it the same treatment, from its very beginning.

Its been a year since we had our two car garage completed. I was extremely pleased with the outcome then and it looks just as great today. I was little hesitant about cleaning it the first time, but afterwards, it looked just like new again. Everyone comments how nice it looks. Now if I could only keep my dog with his muddy feet out of the garage!
