I was in the business on August 27 to get my cell phone screen repaired. The new screen had to be ordered and was told it would be about 7 business days to receive it. It came in early on Tuesday and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend this business.

Called CPR to check on replacement parts for my IPhone 11 screen. Went by on Friday and store was closed for lunch. Due to going out of town, I emailed the location Manager Jay. He emailed me back promptly to say just come by the next week. Due to sickness I was not able to go by Monday or Tuesday. Jay called me to check if everything was ok!! WOW!! Finally got there on Thursday and CHRISTINA made my day. Turned out to be a cracked privacy screen. THESE TWO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank You CPR.

DJ was awesome and got my phone fixed up quickly, even with another customer ahead of me. My phone looks brand new and I got the Liquid Glass added on for extra protection. DJ was super nice and helpful, and he was never overly pushy about addons or products.Getting my phone back on the same day really sealed the deal, too. Definitely would recommend CPR to everyone!

Ava was amazing! Dropped my sons speech tablet off and she rushed to get it fixed since it’s his only way of communicating. They’ll have all of my business for that reason alone!

I went up there when my phone just oddly went black and started glitching, the guy that was working, DJ, was the best help! He tried 2 different phone screens to see if it was my screen and it wasn’t. Although my phone had to be reset, he fixed it and I couldn’t have been happier. Store manager Brian was very courteous and knowledgeable. Diagnosed part needed quickly but informed me that due to recent storms suppliers have been delayed in getting parts delivered. Called me within an hour to let me know part had just come in. Returned to shop and repair was completed in about 45 minutes. Saved me from an hour + round trip drive the next day. Highly recommend

The sweet girl at the Easley location was very personable and helpful. She put a screensaver on my daughters new phone, and got it all set up for her to use.

I’m qualified for the clumsy phone owner discount if they ever start one so I’ve been here a few times. Always a positive experience even the time they had to tell me that I had really and truly killed my iPhone.

Hey! Honestly, it was pretty great. I usually don’t leave reviews because I’m a lazy millennial, but I will make an exception this time. So, I talked to the same guy both times I was there. He was very nice and helpful and explained what was going on with my laptop without making me feel like an idiot. Well, I got my call about my laptop (they needed to replace the battery) and they explained they couldn’t fix it because... some words I didn’t understand. I asked how much I owed and this super nice young man said “Oh nothing! Because we couldn’t fix it we are refunding you the part you paid already”. I picked it up today and was just happy that they he was nice and polite about the whole thing. He explained what I could do to still use my laptop without a battery.Tl; dr: best service ever, everyone was nice.

Called to get the screen replaced on an I phone 7+. CPR was very polite & was willing to do right away. We dropped off the phone with the promise it would be ready in 1 hour. We returned 45 min. later, paid for the repair & left with the phone. There are other places that may be less expensive but after looking at their reviews decided to use CPR. They surpassed my expectations and have earned my future business. Thank you CPR for a great repair experience.

Was cut off over the phone while describing my issue and told to call the woodruff road location for help because they didnt fix it there. Not in step with other reviews on here so hopefully just a one off. I understand that your business is a cell phone repair place primarily, but do not advertise on your website services that you do not provide.

It was SO much easier than using my cell phone wireless provider where I would have to send my phone off for a minor repair - and probably less expensive also. The Power adapter end broke into my Iphone 8 and I went to AT&T and Verizon and they refused to help repair. I went to CPR in Easley and Ritchie Price helped me with removing the end of the cable and he did not even charge me anything. He was such a gentleman, very polite and he knew his job extremely well. Took my iPhone in for a new battery. About a third the cost of going to Apple. Only took about 30 minutes for him to do it. Great customer service, too. I visited website and got an estimate. He called me the next day to let me know he had the battery in stock and I could drop it off anytime if I decided to use them.

We brought my sons iPhone 6 in that had been exposed to the rain hoping to salvage it. It was determined that there was too much water to warrant trying to fix it and it stay operational. As disheartening as that was, they did have a refurbished phone available for us to purchase. It actually saved us about $400 had we purchased a brand new phone. I appreciated the honesty. Came in today after I went to verizon. Verizon just tried to restart my phone and when it wouldnt come back on, they just told me that I had killed my phone. I decided to take it to CPR anyway, got helped right away and within 10 minutes, DJ came back out and had the phone back up and running. He was extremely helpful and friendly, continued to talk to me while he was working on my phone so I wasnt just sitting at the front bored.
