I was very disappointed with Allstate when a tornado damaged my house and a car. Both were covered by Allstate. A loyal customer for over 20 years and the way the claim did not even repair the car windshield was a huge disappointment. I lost trust that were in good hands with Allstate!

YOU HAVE FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! YOU HAVE 2COMMERCIALS THAT SAY YOU GET YOUR FIRST ACCIDENT FREE N THATS. NOT. TRUE!!!!! YOU OWE ME MONEY N AN APPOLOGY! Thats all Ive got to say. Ray is awesome n I know this is no reflection on him. You either need to keep your word or cut out the false advertising! Its not fair cuz Im gonna be trying to pay money I dont have.
