We needed to print the return of label for our package and FedEx took good care of us twice in one week.

I spent almost a month trying to get a package to its destination. I called and spoke to countless reps and no one would ever offer the same solution. First it was the address, then the duties, then the recipients fault. Finally they destroyed the package, supposedly at my request. It was a total nightmare. I will NEVER use FedEx again. Complete waste of time and money
