Great experience! Killed an elk in the backcountry. Flew in to Scott Patrick air and from there they coordinated with Lynn. Shipped my meat back to Kentucky and everything was smooth as silk. I give them a 10 from the communication to the final execution! And the summer sausage is the best ive ever had!

Super easy, super friendly, above and beyond custom service. My meat was super clean and cut exactly the way I asked.

Some of the meat packages not air tight. Frost is forming on the inside. All packaging covered in dry blood.
