DO NOY EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ive worked in real estate for many years, and bought and sold many homes... Never have I had such a terrible experience from a title company. Their job is pretty simple... And yet 3 times Ive received notices from my mortgage company that theyre going to buy homeowners insurance for me because Title One has yet again failed to pay my homeowners insurance thats setup thru escrow... Isnt that what I hired them to for??? They are perhaps one of the worst companies Ive ever worked with in the industry. If you have a choice, dont chose Title One. Theyve proven themselves completely incompetent time and time again.

I had a horrible experience with this TitleOne branch. It was like pulling teeth to get my questions answered. Issue after issue came up because of their lack of effort and communication and in the end it delayed funding and made the purchasing process miserable. A month after closing Im still dealing with the issues. Avoid this branch at all costs!
