Professional staff, great quality cuts

Went in at the same time as an older gentleman who had arrived with his daughter. No masks were bring worn. The gentleman as his servicer if he had his vaccine...just a question...the servicer became snarky, rude and insulting. The gentleman decided not to get his hair cut, and the servicer hurled an insult at him. I was horrified. I grabbed my things and left. I decided to post this after I came across the daughters post on fb and another site. I guess they dont need peoples money or to provide a service. I will never go back. J

Quick an easy... as a guy I want to get in and out as a fast as I can. These guys are quick and easy and I go every 4 weeks like clockwork. Great staff.

Went in on 12/24/2020 day before Christmas. Older blonde woman named Candy who proceeded to cut my hair insulted me when I asked for a 1 on the sides. She told me she couldnt make me look like the other guy who had a full head of hair. Lady, I didnt ask to look like the other guy, but for a one on the sides. She then proceeded to cover me with the barber cloak while my coat is on. When I asked to take it off first, she actually threatened to call the police. When asked why she was threatening me, she said I was acting strange. All I wanted to do was take my coat off so I wouldnt get hair in it. I asked for her name and I think she made up the name Candy, because she was afraid I was ready to report her to her supervisor. I should have pressed her and got her real name.This is what you get for going to supercuts. Posting in February because its still on my mind and it really affected me. Worst experience of my life getting a haircut and the woman was extremely disrespectful to a frequent customer. Will avoid this place for the rest of my life. I hope she gets fired from her job someday. She is not meant to work with people or interact with customers.

While the stylists do change, I have never had a bad experience here. My whole family can get good hair cuts here, plus I can get my eyebrows done. They dont take appointments, but do take same day reservations.

I generally would not comment on mask wearing; however, Super Cuts has a posted policy requiring customers to wear a mask and to practice social distancing. While I was waiting, I noted that one of the customers was not wearing a mask for the duration of his hair cut and said customer’s grandson (stated he was in his early teens) bounded around the store unattended, and would sit next to the customers waiting without regard to social distancing. You could see the displeasure in the waiting customers eyes when the grandson would sit down next to them. It appeared this behavior was more than acceptable as nothing was said by Super Cuts staff or the grandfather. This issue was only further compounded by the fact the grandson elected to take an unsupervised trip outside the store only to see both the grandfather (still wearing the cape) and the attending stylist bolt out of the store to chase the grandson down. After returning to the store I noted the grandson was holding the customer’s mask, the stylist’s mask was now serving as a chin protector, and the completion of the hair cut saw both the stylist and the customer not following Super Cuts policy.

I made my appointment online and it was for a color and cut but when I came in she told me they can’t do the color and can only do the cut because of the time but when I made the appointment it said they could do the color and cut

Amanda at SuperCuts was great. She was very fun to talk with and gave a good haircut. I need to make another appointment for and touch up since 4 weeks have past.

Shannon does an awesome job on my cut every time! All the staff seem very knowledgeable and friendly.

I always go to this S.C. for my hair cuts , they do a great job short wait times even though they are running at parochial capacity. Prices are good.

Ive gone to Supercuts for my haircuts for the past three years and they are great!They arent very fancy, but its a good cut for the price.I recommend calling ahead to get your name on the list, as wait times can get some little long.

I have gone there for years. They now have a new computer system requiring you to sign in with first and last name. I am sure they wanted more, but it wouldnt let me get past the first screen. I dont need to be in their database to get a hair cut.

Depending on the day you go and who you get you might get a nice haircut. Other times ... well you know what they say, Nothing grows slower than a bad haircut.

I am visiting from Spokane, Washington, and wanted to feel cleaned up and purdy after a long drive into town. Trent did a great job with taking my mop and making me look presentable for Happy Hour at Bardenays. I was so impressed with the service on Saturday, that I went in again on Sunday to get highlights and some pampering....I was not disappointed. My hair had pop and pizzazz (Ive always wanted to use that word in a sentence). I look and feel great! Thanks, Trent...and thanks Supercuts for the services you provide.
