Unfortunately the only way you can post is to give one star...because I dont want to give any stars this is now my second package that they cant find!!!!! Im not sure of the older gentleman name but he is always rude!!!!! There is absolutely no purpose of me having Amazon prime because if my package says delivered on Tuesday I MIGHT have a slip in my box Saturday. It needs to either be another USPS store that opens here or they do something with staff and how packages are delivered. This is NOT covid related these issues were well before covid.I also want to give a review on the other 2 ladies that work there, they are ALWAYS EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Its 2 younger gentlemen that work there that always seem to go above and beyond. The young man with the glasses and ponytail is a EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE there.The other 2 older gentleman just always seem mad and angry.

Ive lived in 7 states and moved frequently for work. Ive seen good and bad post offices. Never have I felt compelled to leave a review until now. Since moving here 6 months ago the post office has lost, returned or refused to deliver packages to our address on a weekly basis. A simple amazon purchase often leads to myself or my spouse having to go into the post office to dispute their delivery denial and having to wait wondering if they will deliver or return it. Theyve also left packages in our lockbox with no key. Weve recieved multiple excuses (the gate was locked) we dont live in a gated community or human error. Mistakes happen but should not be happening on a weekly basis. Weve even tried talking to the delivery person who said hes not aware of any issues or having a key so we have to begin the processs of going back in person and waiting in lines once again. Communication and Im assuming lack of leadership/training is contributing to this mess of a post office. I hope they invest more into getting the employees the resources they need to improve service here. This place is an embarrassment to our community.

I go there several times a week to mail packages. I have always had quick efficient service there. Even if the line is 10+ people long, I get to the counter in under 10 minutes.

I have called consecutively for two hours straight and randomly through out the day. No one answers the phone. I am trying my best to help my customer but am unable to. If you are trying to contact the post master directly, good luck. Not only will they not answer the phone, but they will not respond to emails from other post masters either. If they are this under staffed, its time for new management.

Horrible service, they lost my package and said they had nothing there I insisted for almost a week because my package got delivered on the 29th. After the 15 days I got an alert that my package was being returned to the sender. And how is that if they lost my package? The 5 times I went they were always rude and DID NOT even bother to look for my package, all they said was “You need to file a case” and when I did file a case they said they did have it but when I went they never looked for it. I don’t like to complain, ever, but this got out of hand. I hope y’all can fix your worker’s attitude because it’s not the best, neither is the service.

I have been waitimg for almost 50 minutes to speak with supervisor Hector or Joe who were both notified at least 5 times that i was here in an on going problems about my packages saying they are delivered and i dont receive the packages. If this is how the supervisor behave then no wonder there are issues.

I was waiting outside for my packages to get here. The ladies came buy dropped off one package worth $100 and a card. The other $200 package wasnt dropped so i though maybe they forgot so at the end of the day theyll swing by and drop ot off. Plus ot said expected delivery by 8:00 P.M. i checked my order status and it said failed because there was an animal...... I was litteraly sitting on the front porch AND they dropped off 2 other packages... Yet not the most valuable one. The people USPS employ are trash at their job and definitely aint gonna change any time soon.

HORRIBLE customer service at our local Post Office, inefficiency at its worse and rude staff as possible !!!! The staff is ALWAYS angry and grumpy. Forget it if you ask a question, prices or suggestions because not even after you’ve waited 40 minutes in line, could you deserve at least a couple of minutes of good service and engagement towards your needs !!! They’ll look at you like “seriously????” as if now YOU are the one holding up the line !!!!!Packages are always delayed or misplaced, even after you’ve paid your vendors for fast shipping or priority !!! It’s never a pleasant visit in there. You walk in with a smile and a good afternoon salutation, and all you get as you enter, is “ma’am, if you have a yellow slip, you still get in line with everyone else, we don’t have a door attendant for packages right now”. GOOD AFTERNOON/GOOD MORNING, AT LEAST ?!?!?

Waited in line for 10 minutes, once I approached the counter the attendant was rude and belittled me. I’ve never mailed a package and assumed he would be helpful but I couldn’t even get a hello. He stared and me and when I asked where I could write the address on the package he just said, “You need to put it on, we don’t print.” Which is fine, but he didn’t offer anything he just stared at me for what felt like forever and sent me to the back of the line. Rude staff and terrible service.

The only post office in Eagle Pass?! This is a newer location as it used to be closer to the downtown. Its I suppose a bit more centralized as the city has grown, however the location on what is likely the busiest street in EP is frustrating.The two road entrances/exits need to be repaved.The building itself is nice and clean and you can access the mail boxes any time.The unfortunate part is that if you need to mail a package big or small, you have to do it during their hours of operation and must wait in line which can vary from day to day and time of day.There really ought to be at least one of those self serve kiosks, that most post offices have which let you mail small to medium sized packages, letters, and purchase stamps.Get with the times EP USPS.

On the ninth of March of 2015 at about 4:00 pm I observed a uniformed postman arrive at the Munoz store at 229 Adams Street where I have my private mailbox. When he unloaded some boxes, he dropped one. He began cursing in Spanish loudly, and then kicked the cardboard boxes all over the sidewalk. I always wondered why my mail looks like it does sometimes. Now I know. He is Hispanic, about 5 9 tall and approximatelly 225 pounds with black hair and beard and glasses. His truck number was 0203616. I photographed him and the back of the truck.

Well so much for the quick service door for package pick up, certified mail,vacation hold mail or express mail. All persons are being directed to main line or should I say queue because they rarely dont have 5+ people in line let alone 50% of the time having 10+ people trying to figure out shipping in a town that seems to not understand how it works.

I literally hate the post office in Eagle Pass, they are so rude, they feel like answering a question is the worst thing that has ever existed, and I dont think they know what a smile is. They need to learn basics of customer service because they lack it all.

Went in there for the first time to ask about a lost package and was met with rudeness the no help at all. Waited in line for a long while. I will change the review the third time I go because this is my third package that has been LOST. I cannot rely on this whole facility anymore.

Very friendly staff, whenever I visit to send or receive letters or packages they give me a very fast and very efficient service. Also the good thing they have is that at any time of day or night you can go to cheat your mail.

I placed an order that arrived on the 25 at 10 a.m. (I was not at that time) I arrived a little later and they did not even leave me a note or something to know that they had tried to leave it to me. I have dialed 3 times and they have not attended me. I went and they only told me: they should have left a note, to which I replied that they didnt and he only knew how to repeat that same thing 3 times. So far I dont know what happened to my package.

They have no idea what the efficiency and speed of the service is, they work very slowly as if they were not paid, Im just passing through this CD. and since yesterday they gave me a delivery. but the gentlemen are still working to find it! They are inept! I am very upset!
