Dr. Laura was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The atmosphere is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I am 46 years old, and have been to a variety of dentists in different states around the country, and for the first time in my life I have found a dentist that I actually look forward to going back to.

When our dentist retired we needed to get our records to gentle dentistry. Sue , the receptionist , was so helpful getting this information. She is friendly and very accommodating to the clients needs. Areal realreal real

I took my wife here for yearly check up and for filling. They gave me a initial estimate of $500+ and they said it may not vary when it is actually claimed. I paid this amount when getting the treatment. After a month I got another bill for 827$. When I checked with them they were saying that was just an estimate and talk to your insurance. I was surprised that there is so much difference between estimation and actual bill. I really had a bad experience with them because of the wrong information they give it to us. I would not recommend any of my friends to go here.

This dentist office is anything but gentle. BEWARE. I asked if they would use gas for the crown I needed put on and I was told that they typically dont do that because they want me to feel how the crown feels when they put it on. Mind you, they didnt use novacaine either. I clinched my entire body as they applied some liquid to my tooth to secure the crown. Not only that but the best part of the story is that I asked for a prescription to help with my tooth pain. Tooth pain that wouldnt allow me to eat or drink anything even slightly a different temperature than my aching tooth. Dr mike had me drive back to the office to pick up a paper prescription which I went to the pharmacy to fill and I was told he didnt sign the prescription or put his number on it and the walgreens pharmacist told me he has banned dr Mike from prescribing there now. That was after I waited for an hour for it to be filled. I really hope anyone thinking of going to this dentist will just NOT. choose a professional dentist office where they know what they are doing and dont get banned from filling prescriptions at walgreens(the most widely used pharmacy).

My very first visit here as well as first root canal, I must say the experience was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and the problem I had I didn’t leave the office with the same problem😊😊😊😊😊😊

I changed dentists because my previous one didnt have later hours. I have huge anxiety about the dentist even for cleanings. You cant have a name like Gentle Dentistry and not live up to it, word would get around. I would recommend them completely. Very kind, went slow with my cleaning and I wasnt as anxious as usual. Worth visiting!

I am an employee at Gentle Dentistry, and would recommend the Eagan clinic to my friends and family and would go there for my own dental treatment as well. Right now I go to the Spring Park location since it is closer to my house but Eagan would be a great choice if you live over there. Dr. Kinney is a great dentist- very kind, considerate and friendly. She has worked for Gentle Dentistry for almost 10 years now and definitely knows what she is doing. I am confident she would be detailed, calm and provide a comfortable environment for any patient that comes through her door.

I have been bringing my 11 year old son here for the last few years and we absolutely LOVE it! Dr. Kinney is probably one of the funniest, sweetest people that we have had the pleasure of meeting, my son actually told me told that he wishes that she was part of the family so that we could see her more. What child wants to see the dentist more?! The hygienists are always very helpful and accommodating. I honestly believe 200% that Dr. Kinney and her staff care about my sons teeth and want him to have a wonderful confident smile. I do also want to note that my sons teeth have improved drastically since coming to this clinic. Thank you all for your wonderful service!

I had a really great experience. I had not been to a dentist for over 15 years I was a bit nervous to go. Everyone was very nice. I have a very full work schedule and it is not easy for me to schedule personal appointments. The front desk staff worked me and found a perfect time for me. The hygienist was very nice, she explained everything she was doing and was very gentle. The dentist was also very thorough and explained what was going on. For the first time, I can say that I look forward to going back to the dentist.

Its always difficult in choosing a new dentist, so I asked a few of my friends and they recommended Dr. Kinney. My first visit went very well. Ive been going to this office for about 10 years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The front desk is friendly, the newer dentist is so sweet, she sings to you while in the chair! I dont have insurance and they have me set up with a discount deal that has worked out great. Highly recommend!

Not thrilled with their service. Ive had much work done on my teeth over the years and they have done some patching that isnt smooth even after trying to do it again and the doctor will sing the whole time in your face(maybe thats your kinda thing but its very annoying to me). Take your business elsewhere, theres just way to many options out there to bother with them.

I had my first appointment with Gentle Dentistry today for a cleaning, and Ive got to say Im very impressed. They are, by far, the best Ive been with!I walked in and was greeted right away by the staff. Handed them my insurance information, got a few forms to fill and by the time I was done, they were ready to see me.I got my cleaning done with Trayl, and as it was my first visit we had to do x-rays. I usually get really queasy during those, and this time was a breeze! They dont use the big tabs like some other places Ive been to, which really helped. He walked me through everything he was doing and we talked for most of the appointment, distracting me from the x-rays making me queasy and from getting anxious about it at all.True to their name, Trayl was very gentle and even gave me a few breaks when my jaw started hurting during the cleaning. I felt bad for interrupting him, but he was very understanding about it and it was no big deal at all in the end.They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and seemed very organized. They also take care of scheduling follow-up appointments and told me I should expect a call about 1 month before I am due for my next cleaning. Doesnt get any easier than this!I will be coming back for sure, and I have already recommended them to someone. I really dont think it can get any better than this!
