The company I work for has been here for a year and a half and it is proving to be a fantastic move for us. The facility is close to the interstate and has easy access in and out. We get notified for maintenance. They also have conference rooms and a lounge for those late nights. I cant say anything bad about this datacenter.

Everything has been great until its not. The staff are great. Their(sales reps/management) promise of 100% uptime is not so great. They have been unresponsive in honoring the SLA and taking responsibility for outages caused by their technicians causing a power outage, overheating of equipment, and an incident where a technician broke a fiber line in the wire rail leading to our cabinet.

Databank is awesome and have great people to work with. They are always there to help.

Excellent datacenter facilities with a nice lounge area for engineering staff, theres even an outdoor patio. Entire parameter is fenced and guarded instead of just the building which increases security quite a bit. Staff is very helpful and building is staffed 24x7.
