Every time I’ve been to this store , it has been a negative experience. Until yesterday!!!! I was dreading going and had put it off as long as I could. Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile and i met THE most pleasant and yes-precious-person. Her name was Lindsey. Oh how I wish she could be there EVERY time I go. She deserves some type of recognition. Her kindness spoke volumes!!!! Thank you Lindsey. 😊

I needed a packing and shipping service to send me two fairly expensive, very specialized electrical components. I am not from Tennessee, but needed a local presence to facilitate this purchase and shipment.I was EXTREMELY pleased with Deana Newbill, and her staff, who took care of each detail in a truly professional manner, and made me feel at ease in purchasing several thousand dollars of electronic equipment and shipping these pieces to Illinois. Deana communicated well, giving me updates along the way. I felt very comfortable before, during and after the transaction. Thanks, Thanks, thanks!!

I called after waiting for my package for 2 days that was due to be delivered next day. The lady would Not track my package told me to call a number that dont work after I told her the number does Not work! No help! Yall suck!
