I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. The same technician did both, I am so happy I finally found a great place!! My nails are gorgeous, Nani did mine and I will go back often!

I walked in at 3pm on a Sunday when they close at 4, I felt terrible as I know how that feels to have last minute customers walk in when youre ready to go home. But Anna ( I think that was her name ), gladly took really good care of me. She paid attention to her work, took her time & set me up with exactly what I wanted. & To boot, she was fast & still did an awesome job!! Thank you, Anna!! I will surely be back in 2-3 weeks for my fill-in! 🙂💅

My nail tech Lynn is the best!!! She’s been doing my nails for over 2 years now. She’s very detailed and great at what she does. I recommend getting your nails dipped because she does an incredible job!! She can also do whatever designs you like. If you’re looking for a new nail tech, you’ll definitely want to make an appointment with Lynn!!

I went about a week or two ago. I did not even have he opportunity to get my nails done. They have a variety of colors for gel polish. That is the only plus. I sat there for a whole 45 minutes and wasted my time when I noticed everyone getting pedicures was being serviced. I asked if there was only more than one person that did gel fill ins. At this point and only then was a told that there was only two people that did them. The one man I was allegedly waiting on keep refiling and polishing the same ladies nails after they were finished. I guess he did not want to service a black customer. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Showed nail tech the length I wanted my nails, did them wayyyy shorter. Got them done 5 days ago and it looks like I’ve had them for 3 weeks. Left with a bleeding cuticle. Place is hit or miss. Had some great experience but way more terrible ones

I absolutely love my nail artist, Linh!! She is a perfectionist and phenomenal at her craft. The pedicure chairs are really comfortable and they always do a good job no matter what you are looking for!! I hear especially good things about her dip powder talents, but I just get regular no chip! Everyone thinks they are fake nails because she does such a beautiful job!!

Got there at 5:45 for a fill and pedicure waited over 45mins only for a woman to come in complaining about her nails and state she needed them fixed in 5 minutes because she had to pick her daughter up from daycare and they took her before me. Terrible customer service. I honestly believe it was a race thing because how are you okay with a customer waiting that long and then letting someone just go ahead of her. I will never return back to that establishment again. If i i could i would rate them zero stars. I’m utterly appalled by how i was treated today. Will be reporting to the better business bureau as well.

This is my favorite nail salon of all time! Everyone is super friendly and polite! Each and every employee does a great job- they take their time to make sure it’s perfect and what you want. Lihn is my go-to girl! She’s amazing at doing my dip nails! Highly recommend!

Lynn is the best! I always make my appointments with her and she’s always on time. I bring in pictures from Pinterest and she is happy to make it happen. I enjoy my time with her, she makes me laugh, I have a stress free hour of me time, and walk out with pretty nails. What could be better?!

Ive been coming here for years and always have had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. I see Linh all of the time and couldnt ask for more of a professional, friendly, kind nail artist. My daughter and anyone that I referred to her absolutely loves her. This is my favorite nail salon to visit because everything is immaculate and the people who work here are kind, excellent at their jobs and dedicated to making sure you leave happy. Lynn can do any design and is always happy to jagged something unique; plus she is so nice to talk to. Salon has ample COVID precautions in place.

Ive been looking for a nail place for quite some time now since moving to the area & Luxury Nail was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was able to just walk in & they were very accommodating. I got a no chip mani & regular pedi. They have a huge selection of colors. Their pricing was average. My nail tech was Lynn. She was very nice & attentive to what I asked for. This is after a couple days & Im constantly washing my hands after having a baby.

I’ve already heard so many great reviews of this place from my coworkers. When I went I had this amazing lady name Linh she gave me a powdered full set on my toes and my nails. Also if you have sensitive weak nails like me she’s a perfect person to go to she’s very gentle sweet and does an amazing job. I finally found my nail place💛.

Do not come here. They don’t know how to do anything besides a regular acrylic nails with paint. They don’t even know how to put the nails on correctly either. All my acrylic nails are bending downwards. AND THE PAINT ISNT EVEN SOLID. I told the lady they were bending down and she didn’t fix it she just had someone come and finish and he did a trash job too . Don’t waste your money here. Just go somewhere else.

Came in for a Pedicure service. I was completely satisfied. I walked in and was able to be taken care of right away. Keep in mind I’m a Man and I just came for a normal pedicure service. I don’t know about how they do with their color and full set stuff.

The service was sooo terrible. I wouldn’t say that everyone was bad because this was my first time going to that salon, but the lady who did my nails was very blunt and borderline rude. My nails look okay, not the best but they’re nice. I don’t know the name of the person who did my nails but she was working at table 3 that day. I definitely won’t go back

My gel no chip manicure looked good far away but up close it was horrible. Every single nail has smuge marks. Didnt even round the cuitle to make it look good. My pedicure wasnt even good. they didnt paint to the edges and definitely needed another coat of polish. Disappointing.My mom got hers done and it needed another coat of polish, could see through them and missed a few spots on the tips of her nails.Husband got a pedicure and said he barley received a massage. Staff was polite but did not understand English that well. Wont be going back

Omg they are awesome. I had a msni, pedi and eyebrows done they dont know how to add but the service was amazing. Lynn is great but gonna look for somewhere else very pricey and charged me more than it cost. I had a hundred dollar gift certificate mani was 45 pedi was 40 and eyebrows were 8.00. My calculation are 93.00 dollars she rang it up snd told me I had 2.00 left which i know was wrong, so she got an extra tip besides the tip i gave her. Will i return NO Ill go to an honest place where they dont steal your money!

I went in for dip powder and got the exact color I wanted for $40. They do a very good job there, it was my second time there. Very nice inside and clean.

I went in on a Sunday an hour before closing, and it was wonderful. The service was fast and very good. The technician took the time to do his work correctly, even though I was in a hurry to get to work. Ive been going here for about a year and they have yet to disappoint.

I went there. and the lady snatched the nail samples out of my hand and was so rough on my nails and didn’t do the nail I wanted And didn’t do the shape I wanted terrible place don’t go there!!

I have went there before and i had liked my nails so so had returned and i had said square round i was sat with a older man and he started doing my nails and i had said square round and he was doing them oval they aren’t even shaped right at all and then he had painted them but when he painted them he did too many coats and they look chunky .. So now i have Oval and Chunky nails .. Will never return poor job was done

Excellent service! I cant say I have one favorite because I have never had a bad experience! Been going for almost a year now! Im so glad I found this place. I travel approximately 35 min to get there over several other reputable nail salons. Very laid back but always professional atmosphere.

Not one to complain but I will not be going back! Havent had acrylic nails in a very long time and have never been so unsatisfied! Acrylic does not cover whole nail on my pinkys and the paint looks terrible..I could have done it better myself.

Had a wonderful first pedicure! I called ahead to see what their availability was and we got cared for right away. The environment is clean and bright, with a flurry of nail technicians working their magic. The pedicure was lovely and I adored the results. My feet feel so clean and light. Such a great experience, so glad I chose Luxury Nail & Spa.

Worst nail salon experience of my life. Do not waste your time or money. Seriously. Don’t. I went in to get acrylic gel nails. They tried to have me sit in a chair to pick a specific (pricier) type of nail polish although I said I wanted to look at the options in the front because I’d seen a color I liked walking in. Then proceeded to tell me I had to pay extra for coffin shape, (I said ok) then they said never mind. I asked for a color with glitter overtop, technician said no and couldn’t give an explanation as to why, (I said ok). He then proceeds to put the acrylic on my nails, completely misses a nail and half of another one. During this he’d been stopping my service to get on his phone SEVERAL times before I interrupted his phone time & told him that I’m paying for a service and would like to receive said service, not be there all night & to please get off his phone. Apparently that was rude of me. Ok. I looked at his phone to see what was so important. Maybe a family text? No. He was placing bets!!! He starts to put the acrylic away after I told him about the completely acrylic free nails & was giving me attitude towards the situation of his mistakes. At that point I requested for a different technician to please finish my nails as he obviously was incapable of providing the bare minimum of service or hospitality. The other gentleman took me. New tech did a better job than the man prior & even provided the color with glitter on top but the nails are so thick, uneven in size, length, shape & color. I don’t even know how that’s possible but I’m looking at this atrocity as I’m typing. Of course I tipped appropriately because I feel bad if I don’t, even though I shouldn’t have. A 20% tip on a 20% job is what just happened. He hovered over me waiting & watching for my tip. My mistake. I shouldn’t be so kind when I wasn’t treated properly. I will now be going to a new salon only to pay more money to have these nails removed & done properly. I will never return. This is the first negative review I have ever written. Period. Steer clear from this salon.

I am very happy with the way they did me and my daughters nails , however we did not get manicures just polish changes and it was $55! That was alot just to paint nails!

Went here on August 25th, around 10:45am and they were a bit busy, but they had us seated at a pedicure chair right away and had the soak going, so it was relaxing, had to wait about 15 minutes before Cynthia came to do a pedicure. She took her time and made it so so so relaxing. She was very detailed in her work. She also did my Galaxy No Chip manicure and she rocked it. Was once again very attentive and took her time. I highly recommend Cynthia to do your nails. Definitely a go-to place from now on.

This salon, not only is beautiful and very clean. Every single person I encounter was very friendly and kind. My nails looked bomb and it will be my go-to from now on! They were also extremely nice and made me, the only guy in the salon, feel very welcome.

I personally have always had good service, however, my granddaughter was in there today with my debit card and after she paid he did not give her the card back. She turned around and asked for the card and he said he gave it to her she insisted she didn’t receive it he reached in his back pocket and took it out of his wallet. Be very careful if you go here

Fit me in for a last minute appointment. I desperately needed a pedicure, and my technician did a great job. I appreciated the time took to deal with a toe that had a damaged nail. I will go there again.

Tina does the most perfect French manicure with powder. Lasts 4 weeks!! Well worth the money:)

They don’t know how to do nails. There always crooked and always a different shape. U wait an hour for your nails and they mess it up. Would not suggest going here. I would suggest going tangs... they have amazing service and greet u at the door. They speak amazing English. Much rather go there. Highly suggested. I can actually understand what there saying.

Walked in at 545pm for soak off and no chip gel french manicure. Done and out by 710pm. 10 or 11 techs working. Must do good pedicures because it looked like all chairs were full.Polite staff, clean salon, decent prices.

I’m in from out of town and I cracked two nails. I decided to go get them fixed. When I walked in the manager/owner didn’t get out of her massage chair to greet me/see what I needed, instead shouted to me from the other side of the room. She tells me to go sit at table 9, so I do. Five minutes later I’m still sitting without anyone helping me. Finally when the girl shows up I tell her I I needed to get my two broken nails fixed and that I use dipping powder. She says she can’t do it. I wasn’t understanding as she said she has the powder but they don’t do French. I was very confused. The whole experience was terrible. I’d never go there or tell anyone to go there. It’s not worth being talked to like that when I can go to a million other places!

First two times I went I didn’t like the way my nails were done. But Lynn was awesome. She took her time and did an excellent job on my nails. I will be returning but requesting her in the future.

Columbus Nails is one of the best nail salons I have ever been in. Clean, friendly, professional, & expertise define the salon and the staff!

Nails looked great but they told me very different prices on the phone, and then told me they will charge more for how ever long you want your nails, wasn’t very happy to find out instead of paying 35 I would be charged 5 more dollars just for a regular full set. When we asked for clarity on this issue, they got an attitude with me and got very defensive. Over heard them talking badly about clients. Overall nails were in good condition and painted nicely but the staff is VERY unprofessional and rude. Their work doesn’t make senses for prices tho.

Very nice,clean business. Especially love a lady named Tang she does an amazing job with my nails I would drive from northern Michigan to her every time if I could!!!

I normally really love this place despite it being so expensive, but today the lady doing my pedicure started cutting my nails off without asking me! I had finally grown them to a nice length and did not want them cut at all! They grow so slow. Thanks a lot lady!

This was not my first visit to Luxury nails... but I guarantee that its my last. I scheduled an appointment for myself and daughter for 6pm on a Tuesday, arrived at 550p... was not greeted or acknowledged.. but was stared at by a younger employee for several seconds before I made the inital greeting. I stated that i had a 6p appointment and was told that it would be a 45 minute wait. Kinda defeated the purpose of making an appointment. Any who, we waited. Finally we were invited to sit for our pedicures. But in seats completely across the room. Again .. the appointment was meant for me to spend time with my kid. The petticure was fast and half asked. Polish I was applied thickly and three days later its dull and peeling. I opted for the dip polish for my natural nails as Ive had it done at other salons. The dip typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Looking at my nails now, its already cracking off and breaking my own nails. Ive had it on for 4 days now. The staff is rude and service is awful. Id rather drive the distance to Portage and get quality service from friendly people. Im not sure what has happened in the past few weeks that warranted such a nasty change at Luxury Nails. I guess I dont care either... never going back. I heard wonderful things about Tangs in Dyer though.

Horrible. Got an overlay and wanted the nails extended. Stormed out with huge hunks of acrylic on my nails. The tech was rude, did not listen to me and kept filling my nail wall until it hurt. I told him it hurt and he said he had to keep filling. Wish I could post the pictures. This place is awful. They said no one uses nail forms anymore I should have gotten tips. Had they said they DIDNT do nail forms I wouldnt have wanted my time!!!!

I was really excited to come here because of the great reviews but I was highly disappointed by the staff. I walked and no one greeted me or asked what services I wanted. I literally stood at the front and saw two technicians look at me and say nothing. I thought they may have only accepted appointments but the sign said walkins are welcomed. I was entirely dissatisfied with the treatment of customers that I walked right out and went to a different salon.

Some nail shops in this area are horrible. But this place is great. UPDATE: There is one technician and she just doesnt care. I forget her name but shes the one that looks miserable about being there. She kept cutting me my cuticle and did a half job on my no-chip.

Rushed service. Didn’t wait for nails to dry before adding the coats so they all smudged even with 20 min of drying afterwards. Cheap but not worth the bad manicure.

Friendly staff, however.... the guy that did my nails didnt file the sides or the top. Just the tips. They are uneven and I just had them done lastnight. There are sharp points from the gelon the sides. I can already see the top of my nails because of how he painted them. Ugh. I wont return.

They are trying to charge to extra to scrap my feet even though its part of a normal pedicure. The lady got so mad that I didnt want to pay extra that she started rushing and going extra hard when rubbing me. They act like me complaining is nothing and they just get weird. Do not go there unless you want to pay extra for something that is normally included.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes to get ONE acrylic nail fixed. the nail tech then proceeded to only spend about 2 minutes fixing it. they then used the wrong color and the shape was completely wrong. went back 2 minutes after i walked out the door when i realized how awful it was. i do not suggest utilizing their service.

Last couple of times Ive gone here Ive been turned away in a very rude manner. I was told on 2 Occasions to come back tomorrow. Its kind of embarrassing when they yell it from halfway across the place and all the other patrons are looking at you as if you did something wrong. Dont know if Ill try again.
