Terminix provided rapid and effective treatment for what had become a major cockroach issue. They found and irradicated their nests, and told us what to expect. One week later and we havent seen one!

I’m really impressed with the professionalism, and responsiveness of everyone I’ve encountered thus far. We were dealing with an ant issue, and having a toddler who decorates with crumb wasn’t helping. The gentleman that came to treat the house explained everything and gave tips on how to decrease the amount of ants. That said, I haven’t seen an ant since!!!

I am so impressed with the timely and professional services that Brandon Minor provided for one of my properties! A small bird was somehow able to get into my woodstove chimney despite having mesh and a cap on the chimney. Brandon took care of the issue the same day I called asking for service. Terminix proactively contacted me after I filled out an online form hosted by a third party. I am impressed by their responsiveness, timeliness, and professionalism. One guy came out for the assessment, and another named Richard came out to spray the 6 Cicada-eater nests in our yard. He was courteous and made a point of letting me know when the job was done. His graciousness was striking. The one-time treatment appears to have solved the problem.

We were told by the sales person a list of things the tech would do when he came to service our home. We had already spent 5 years with another pest control company and all they did was a every other month service and it did not do the job. So we decided to give terminix a try. Big mistake! and we learned from that one.The tech showed up and had no ideal what he was suppose to do, he had no instructions an he just walked around outside spraying he never came inside the house. Long story short I called to complain and no one called me back, then I was sent an email that they were sending someone to finish the first attempt so I was there waiting on him when he arrived he did the same thing spraying randomly about. I called to discontinue my service I was told someone would call me back a manager. He never called so I am almost mad not $200.00 and nothing to show for it. I called and they said Don would call. he finally called and started yelling at me asking me if I was an expert? then told me to let the experts do their job. I called to talk to his boss Mr. Charles Wade and he didnt even return my call. I will never let anyone sale me anything ever again without following up because the only expert i saw was the dales guy who sold me a plan to rid the ants that never happened.They have the worst customer service ever. Good luck if you live in Sanford or Southern pines area of North Carolina. Wasted $200 and no one will talk to me about even a partial refund. Had more to write but I ran out of space to write! Total ripoff !mad as hell!

The person handing our house now is suoerb. Even under the worst of conditions on days he inspects us he does a superb job. we are now very happy with our termite inspections and bug treatment inside the house.

They did good job getting the report back in a day. Only issue I had, the person that came to do the inspection, he talked to my wife about issues about my house. Told her that he would email us with estimate on the cost of getting the issues fixed. He never emailed me about anything he talked to my wife about. The only thing he sent me was the termite inspection. I just dont know why he worried my wife about issues he saw but never sent me email about it.

A thorough inspection in my crawlspace by Peter Cannon has been an unbelievable experience. He discovered a serious leak from a shower that was installed a year ago. Soaked installation and floor joists,, possible subfloor damage along with mold was found as well. A subsequent inspection by the installer revealed even more damage than Peter could see. Thanks to his careful inspection of my crawlspace, this damage will now be addressed. There is no telling how much more could have occurred because I certainly do not go into the crawlspace very often.Peter is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to have now as my pest and termite overseeer. I am very confident that the work will be done in a highly professional manner.Sheamus came to perform my first pest control and immediately detected a wasp nest on my front porch beneath an outdoor electrical outlet box. Not only did he spray beneath the house, but around the house including shrubbery and grass. He also took his fluffy brush all around the exterior removing spider webs as he went .Just from his first treatment, I know that I made the right decision in having Terminex to provide their services for my home.

Still have ants. Tried to call. Waited for 20 minutes then opted for call back. Never got the call back.

We have used Terminix for more than 30 years, primarily because of excellent service by their technicians. Steve, our tech in Durham, is always on time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Terminix telephone support for schedule changes could be improved, but we dont often need it.

They are attentive, prompt, courteous, and do a good job. You really cant ask for more than that. Well, they are reasonably priced as well, so theres that. Ive been quite satisfied with the services Ive used (pest control, termites, and moisture protection).

Terminix came out to do an initial inspection to see what service plan I needed. They recommended a plan that would suit our needs. They scheduled an appointment for service the very next week. A very professional Technician came out and treated the areas where we had been seeing the roaches. I believe his name was Michael. Within 2 weeks, we were no longer seeing roaches. We plan on continuing to use terminix on the bi monthly plan which is actually very reasonable. I was very satisfied and will most definitely recommend Terminix to all my friends and family...👍👍👍👏👏👏

I have an excellent exterminator. He is thorough, personable, professional and thoughtful. I am closely approaching 70 (PRAISE GOD) and have hip issues. He told me why I was having a mosquito infestation and I told him I couldnt remove the containers because of my hip, he did it himself without telling me! WOW!!! On top of being polite, hes a humble man who takes great pride in what he does. You are lucky to have him as an emplooyee.

Our Terminix inspector, Rory Brown, kept us completely informed through the entire process. He showed us detailed pictures of the issues in our crawl space and fully explained the remediation options. He returned and thoroughly inspected the completed work and made sure corrections were made. He showed pictures of every aspect of the completed work. We were extremely pleased with this process.

I am very pleased with the services we have received from Terminix ober the past 6 months or so! We have them service for the usual pests in addition to snakes, fire ants, and a wide variety of spiders. All treatments appear to be successful. I love our technician, Kelvin (Kudos to you!) He is always pleasant, supportive, knowledgeable and answers all of my sometimes panicked questions. Originally, I was not sure if I was making the right choice (because of a bad prior experience with scheduling); however, we are definitely satisfied customers.

Service is good. The technician is very professional. However, they have no treatment for pantry moths, other than glue traps. We have been infested with pantry moths for years.Aug 2020 update: A Terminix manager came to my house last month and showed me the crevices where the larvae were hatching. With this information, I was able to get it under control. I am grateful for the help, but it still shouldnt have taken years to get to this point.

They do a great job. Multiple folks within their company, including Charles takes great care of my house in helping me keep it mice-free! I am very happy to use their services and do business with them!

Ive been pleased with the team who have serviced our house. Very professional, friendly, and careful. It is too soon to know if they bugs have been eradicated. The telephone service is another matter; they are working with a reduced staff during COVID but the obnoxious ads they play when you are on-hold drive me up the wall.

It is really difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. And, when you finally do they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have left messages with no return call & asked to speak to a manager bc of a rude customer service representative, and still have not received a return call.. I am paying a premium price and should get premium service.

My 1st experience with Terminex did not begin well. At this time my mother is fatally ill, and have ALOT going on. The area manager Ryan addressed the situation, adjusted my price due to convenience, and made sure HE initiated our first spraying, personally. He and his associate were prompt, punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. Got in, and got out. They simply turned a bad experience into a good one! I am well pleased.

The guy thats been coming to our house since we bought it and hired the service (4 years going on 5) is super friendly and non-obtrusive. Half the time he shows up and I dont even know he was there because he didnt bother us (just left a note after doing what he needed to do), and the other half of the time (if I run into him or have a question), hes super helpful, friendly, jokes around a bit, and always gets me what I need. Very unhappy with the products used at our home. Originally called due to spider and ant problems i had in new home. They came 3 times and i still have that problem. Will not be calling them again.

Their service man completely eliminated the roach problem that came with our new house. Also eliminated crickets that had moved inside in the Fall. Also eliminated a nest of rats. Very versatile company.

They stole hundreds of dollars of heirlooms from me and tried to destroy my house.And this number they gave me is nothing but being on hold with no option to enter an extension. Terminix are criminals and their money back guarantee is also a lie. Avoid Terminix at all costs.Your company stole a $300 graphics card from me and ripped out my vapor barrier.

We have been very satisfied with our preventative service for over 15 years, but when we were hit with a moth infestation, our Terminix service tech really saved the day. Mr. Christopher Roberts came out briefly on Thursday to spray around the affected room & assess the size of the problem. He came back on Friday & spent about 40 minutes helping us move & treat the huge wool carpet that was the source of the moths. He also gave us thorough instructions on how to continue treatment. Sadly, the phone dispatch people are idiots & rude to boot, but thanks to Mr. Roberts (& all the service techs I have dealt with over the years) I can still give Terminix of Durham NC a 5-star rating. They really do care about protecting your property.
