Cliff was very friendly! Although I believe he forgot about our appointment, after a phone call he was quick to get someone sent out to get it done. The gentleman he sent out was very professional, friendly and understanding of our situation. We are very happy with our results and appreciate it getting done so quickly!

Cliff Credle is a pleasant guy to speak with over the phone, though the experience has been rather unpleasant. After he committed to complete a survey multiple times over many months, he did not complete the survey, nor would he provide an explanation, or returned call, or email. Nice up front, left months behind on a project, zero follow through. That is the Credle Engineering experience in a nutshell for me. Best of luck to anyone seeking their services, maybe you will have better results.

Seem super friendly, but never heard back from them after they supposedly came out to survey.

They are hit n miss , they need more staff to handle the work load,,, not very reliable, when u really need things done in a timely manner, !!!
