Sheetz is always a good place for a quick affordable lunch. They are friendly and pretty much always get the order right. All the fountain drinks are the same price so you can get a really big one for a bargain. They have pretty good shakes to go along with your meal at a reasonable price. With friendly staff, affordable food and free air for your tires how can you go wrong. Also everyone was wearing a mask so that was good to see!

I love sheetz and frequently go but this location is TRASH. Service is slow and food isn’t the same quality as the other locations. To make matters worst I went there recently and receive an order with chicken that wasn’t finished cooking and missing items. When i went to return it the next day (because i was not going back after getting all the way home) the supervisor with long eyelashes had an attitude and acted like I was lying.

Initially had a problem with a manager out here and this store being labeled as 24 hours, but was actually closed from 2am-4am on Sundays and another day.Edit: A customer service rep contacted me, and took measures to reimburse me for my cab ride I took to come to this location while it was closed and took measures to coordinate hours better, so Ive updated the review.

Food was unhealthy and amazing. It is hard to believe that you can get food that taste this good at a gas station.

I love the food selection at Sheetz. I like that I can grab a snack or quick meal here when Im out and about.

Tried to call many time and no answer as a man kept asking for money from my elderly MIL. Dangerous place to stop.

Store is neat and clean and staff seems nice......BUT.....BEWARE......Alot of customers starting to get complacent about COVID-19 and totally ignoring the well-placed and impossible-to-ignore signs to wear a mask before entering.

Watch your credit card transactions. They drained all of my money off of my card for a 0.96 cent soda. Would not trust this place.

Manager, Don stated that they weren’t allowed to say anything to the 2 women with no masks on. That’s pathetic given the state mandate and the countless signage all over the store having to do with wearing a mask.I’ll just go to the Shell right up the street from now on.

Another typical Sheetz... clean and fast service with all the bells and whisltes. This Sheetz also has an air pump and vacuum on the side in addition to the car wash. And conveniently located beside the Durham PD at a busy intersection. It can get a lot of traffic during the day

Very friendly and fast service. The cashier was a sweetheart and was working her butt off to keep the line moving. Much credit to the staff who keep this place operating efficiently and keep it clean!

Ordered chicken tenders and they were undercooked. Took them back in, the manager threw the chicken in the microwave. She gave them back to me, I said “thank you” and, she replied with a “mm hmm” and rolled her eyes. Unacceptable

Yes, its a gas station. But they make great sandwiches and have a huge selection of beverages -- both hot and cold. The meatball sub is just as good as ones you would find at many Italian sandwich shops. They used to have the ability to order your food from a kiosk as you pumped your gas. That have taken that away. They were really convenient, and I wish they would bring them back.

Restroom was so nasty

Nice and clean place. The people are always friendly here at this store. I used the mens room and I have to say it was very clean. I always make sure this is on my place of stops wether its to get gas and snacks or just stop and get a milkshake or cup of good coffee. Highly recommend stopping here if you by chance are going by.

The floor is usually pretty well-maintained. But sometime I find the drink area wet and sticky. Yes it was very sticky the last visit I was there. Overall a very pleasant experience when I visit this Sheetz store.

One of my favorite convenience stores. They make a lot of delicious food there to order, and you can do it with their easy peesy touch screens which makes the process fun. The place is huge with lots of selection, and their salads are massive - I usually eat them as two meals.

I ordered a strawberry pina colada smoothie with whipped cream however I received a strawberry pina colada no whip cream I politely asked the girl to fix it it took her more than 10 minutes to fix it mind you I had to call somebody else over to just add whipped cream to my order since he claimed that I didnt type it in and I showed him the receipt however she proceeded to say that I did not put whipped cream on my receipt which I have proof that I did and she also turned her back on me in the process and continue doing what she was doing

Well its a gas station, so five stars seems a little over the top, but for a gas station its the best. Great coffee. The food isnt any worse that what youd get at any fast-food place, either, and a lot of it is downright tasty. Way better than Chick-fil-A.

What more can you say than that Sheetz is the definition of convenience. They have such a huge selection of different snakcks and drinks. I love there made to order food system. Their food is amazing, not the cheapest, but worth the money. I stop here in the mornings for a breakfast sandwich and coffee,which their selection of coffee is excellent. You can really benefit from the Sheetz card, both in store and for getting gas. Overall Sheetz is just an amazing place

Fairly typical Sheetz. The food is decent quality, though the Sheetz in the South dont seem to be as good as I remember the ones up North being. The gas does tend to be cheaper than other stations nearby, especially if you use the rewards card to get 3 cents off!

Ran out of gas

Im disabled, and I always place my orders online so I dont have to wait. When I get to the register, the cashier always gets my order for me and brings it to the register.The customers are usually helpful as well, and will hold the doors open for me.

Every time I walk into this gas station, the employees are so polite and helpful. Not what you would expect for a gas station of all places. Of course, its their job to be helpful, but you just dont see it at other chain gas stations.

Good food. Better to get it at lunch/peak times. When it gets late the food quality drops a bit. Still good though.

You can order large drink cups full of fried pickles here and get Dr pepper BBQ sauce to dip them in. If that wasnt enough, they also have icees and tall cans of craft beer here for very reasonable prices. Im a big fan of the sea quench and arrogant bastard cans they sell here. Sometimes I come here just to eat and forget to even put gas in my car.

Inside is clean. Pumps are fast and so is their food service. I have no complaints about this Sheetz.

Only Sheetz Ive stopped at that wasnt 24 hours. The mens bathroom sinks were not working either. This is also the smallest location I can remember.Eh.

Very convenient, highly efficient staff, extremely reliable and low prices daily. This is my preferred gas station. Oh, and beautiful bathrooms with comfort in mind.

We all know that sheets are great and theyre almost all identical. Everyone at the register was very nice but I have to say the service the food service that is was horribly slow. Plus this is not the easiest gas station to get in and out of.

How can you get a simple coffee order wrong I fully understand the situation thats going on right now that I cant do self service coffee at Sheetz however when I order coffee with milk I dont want any flavored cream no 1/2&1/2 I dont want any sugar going to have to start going elsewhere until everything gets back to normal

I have been a regular Sheetz customer for a few years now and I absolutely love the place. I only wish there were more of them in other towns across the state. I am still waiting for one to open in Jacksonville NC

Fast friendly service, 24 hrs, grill (made to order) beer, sodas, chips but healthy options like fruit, yogurt and nuts/cheese, wide variety of coffees and espressos, has gas and disel, air machine, restrooms, wheel chair accessible, outdoor seating and a RedBox video machine. Clean, clerks polite and efficient. Typical Sheetz but better.

This place is busy, and it adds to your wait time for gas, and food, but ultimately this store is successful at serving the RTP community decent food, and well priced gas, comparatively. The staff is awesome, the cops are nearby, and the location is convenient.

Sheetz is sooooo slow. If they could just work on the timeliness of their production of ordered food and beverages then I would have no problem rating them higher.

I like their food menu, selection of other snacks/drinks etc, its a good gas station..but there is more than 1 employee who are never friendly. Dont even fake a smile, like theyre grateful they at least have a job! Hope they dont last too long with that attitude...

I go here regularly as I work nights nearby. Coffee is always hot. In and out, usually fast.

When ever I go to this Sheetz its fast the reason why I primarily come here is because they have a pnc ATM in the corner and it gives you anywhere from 1,5,10,20s in change so its great for withdrawals and it doesnt charge you the normal fee so I love it I will get gas and something to eat because of that atm if they got rid of it I would go elsewhere

Gas prices are up and down; sometimes not better than local competition (even after the Sheetz card discount). The store itself is reasonably sized but not super clean - particularly for a Sheetz.
