Lots of customers but employees are fast and efficient. Some of the rural delivery drivers are corrupt and will allow certain family members to peruse and/or pick up specific mail even when it is specifically addressed to other family members. Not sure how often or widespread this practice is, but it happens. Otherwise, excellent service in all other domains.

The Durant post office is busy but they stay on top of things! No issues with receiving mail to my home, even when I started forwarding services while moving. Shipping is a breeze when I need to go to the lobby and the staff is friendly. They have also given me tips on the most cost effective shipping options if they see I am overspending for the same delivery time frame desired.

I am losing more and more faith in this post office everyday. It happens without fail, that every month a package of mine is delivered to the post office but it never ends up in my parcel locker. Repeated inquiries to the desk clerk are a fruitless endeavor as they cannot or will not look into external carriers tracking numbers. Great with caution when opening a P.O. box here as your mail isnt guaranteed to arrive.

Durant must look very hard to find post masters as the last two are not veteran friendly. First they sold me something I did not need. Then they said they did not know how to return it, next I was told it says on the receipt that items are not return able. It does not, it states stamps and postage are not refundable nothing about over priced Scales. When you ask to speak to the postmaster , the same one the clerk just spoke to, she is in a meeting! I hate having to go out of town to use the government run post Office but so be it. This scale was for the claims the DAV files for veterans. To bad there are not negative stars.

Im so tired of not receiving my newspaper. This happens at least twice a week. I call this number and no one answer. What lousy constomer service.

This is the worst postal service I have ever experienced. I ordered a package from Amazon and I get a notification that says it was delivered. Only catch is there is no package. I go to the website and USPS also tells me it was delivered. I was home during the alleged delivery time, but I didnt see or hear anything. This office is terrible and whoever is in charge should be ashamed. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Did not even attempt to deliver my package. The carrier simply put a note in our mailbox that no one was home. I was. This is a consistent problem with the carriers from this post office. VERY POOR service from these carriers.

Dropped off a package 18 day’s ago. No one can tell me where it is. I called USPS with the tracking number - apparently they used a third party shipping agent, so I need to contact the third party they chose to use, but can’t provide information for me to do so.

Postal workers are the best ..never had any problems and are very helpful w questions.The only drawback is customers tend to want talk about weather .aunt. Betas warts or their last bowel movement while the line gets longer and longer just a personal pet peeve of mine. USPS the best

The people are nice sometimes, but its always busy and they rarely stay open during posted times. Ive found them closed an hour early more times than not. I visit the post office in Caddo if I can.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Have called back to back 9 times nobody will answer the damn phone.! They can’t even even deliver my stuff to the correct mailbox. BEYOND frustrating.

NEVER deliver my packages, even when I’m home they leave a slip saying I was gone in my mailbox because they don’t wanna walk to my apartmeng door. Employees at the post office are nice but the drivers are terrible.

You could easily stick your hand in the box. The postal service is terrible here. I wouldnt be shocked if some things are missing like last time.

Wouldn’t deliver my package for two days and left notes claiming “animal interference” when the first day im almost positive my dog, who is not aggressive, was inside with us. The 2nd day I was letting him inside the house while he was sitting on the porch when the mail man/woman just drove past after delivering the mail. Oh, and I had to call to find out there was apparent animal interference. Needless to say I had to pick up my package.

They r very friendly people. They fixed a major problem I had. Very pleased

Employees are nice but getting packages delivered on time isnt their best skill. Mail isn’t picked up from the inside or outside until 4:30 p.m. which could be an issue for small businesses needing to get mail out right away.

They insist on shoving packages in my mail box that WILL NOT FIT, making it impossible to get the items out without damaging them.I have other complaints about this post office, but I wont get into them today.

After being called twice, and being told to turn around because the driver didnt deliver my package, and had it on his truck, I still have yet to see him. I work all night and sleep during the day, and am now having to stay up extra late just to wait on him.

To lazy to drive down my driveway and drop off my package. Instead they leave me a redelivery slip. This is the second time this has happened. The slip says house not numbered but I’m address is on my porch facing the driveway .

Couldnt find the address they assigned to us. So they shipped the package back to the seller, horrible.

Called the post office to inquire about my package the tracking said it was at the post office so I called and asked if I could come get it and the lady told me it was on a truck out for delivery and it would arrive today and when I got off work and looked for the package it was nowhere to be found so I called the post office and the postmaster told me it hadnt been taken out it would be taken out tomorrow and I explained to him what happened and he didnt do a damn thing about it shame on you sitting there drawing a government check and not doing your dang job
