I forgot my laptop charger in TX, and I needed to work from the hotel in OK. I called Computer Techs in a panic. They told me to bring the laptop in and they would see if they had a charger that would work with my device. Their team was fast & friendly. They had the exact charger I needed. I purchased it Used for $20, and I was out the door in less than 10min.

I had an old laptop with windows 7 with too many issues. I took it in to have it optimized. Was informed an evaluation was free of charge, issues were determined to be repairable at a reasonable price. I decided to have repairs done and unit updated. After returning, I discovered there were still minor issues to be addressed. I was encouraged to return it for another evaluation which was then solved and the additional service was not charged. I greatly appreciate the customer service and attitude to make things right as needed. I will return for other service if or when it may be required or for another device and encourage others to do the same.

Great service! Took in an IPhone. Tech checked it, replaced the battery and he was done in about 40 min. Answered all my questions and explained everything he did. I will use them more in the future. Totally recommend them!

I have an older iPhone that had a bad battery. It was draining really fast and evidently was causing slow performance with my phone (which I though was due to the age).I called to make sure the battery was in stock (it was) and was able to get my phone in as soon as I could get there. The battery was replaced while I ran some errands and was ready when I returned about an hour and half later.Not only is my phone holding battery power, the performance and speed has increased. I didnt know a bad battery affected performance, but apparently it does. Apps and websites load faster than they had been. I am so happy that I dont have to buy a new phone now, either.The price is very fair especially considering the friendly, quick service and the free coffee. Save your gas. Dont drive to Sherman or another town. Let these guys serve you locally. You cant beat the hometown, friendly service.I believe they are a Christian owned company, and I feel everything was done with integrity with fair, appropriate pricing. I would absolutely return for future repair needs.Plus, they give free coffee which was nice on a cool day.

I went in to the store with an impossible situation. My iPhone didn’t have enough storage to complete an update so it was a black screen. I was told by an IPhone Repair shop in Norman that I would more than likely lose all data and photos. It would also cost $200 and take a week.Well, I brought my phone to Computer Techs (while on vacation) and he literally fixed it and had it running in less than an hour!!! AND the repair was only $50!! Bunch of miracle workers if you ask me! Lol they’re awesome. Go there.

Ive used Computer Techs twice now for my laptops to be diagnosed and repaired or updated. Im VERY happy with the service. They were honest, fast and a good value. My gaming laptop didnt even run this fast when it was brand new! Im not going anywhere else.

I had an Xbox One X that needed repair, and although in the end they were unable to repair it, they kept me informed the whole process and what every new discovery meant for the timeline and scope of the repair. When they were unable to repair it (motherboard level damage to the hardware) they returned the console free of charge.

I worked for Computer Techs for about 4 months prior to being offered a new position. The level of professionalism, courtesy and understanding that they treat their employees and customers with is nothing short of amazing. Please have the Computer Tech guys help you. I called and explained to Lane (sorry not sure about the spelling of your name) what my laptop was doing. I had taken it to 2 different places and both places told me that they couldnt help me, that is was done. Please do not go to best buy. They told me that my laptop was done but if I wanted them to dispose of it for me they could do that. Yeah right they just wanted it so they can fix it and sell it again as refurbished. Why do you think there is so many refurbished electronics on Best Buys website? Huh I wonder why!! Please go to see these guys at Computer Techs here in Durant OK. And the prices are reasonable. Lane explained everything that he was going to do and called to make sure it was ok before installing anything. Computer Techs are my number one source for tech support. We went to Computer Techs today to get my Daughters iPhone 7 battery replaced. They were friendly, affordable, and had it ready in 45 minutes. We also told him about how the charger kept falling out and he cleaned it in a nano second and the phone works excellent now! They have screen protectors, cases, and pop sockets so we got her all set up with her new hand me down phone. She didnt want the phone at first but after getting it fixed up here she now loves it!!!

Very nice people and ridiculously easy; took my laptop in when they were busy and still managed to get it fixed before originally scheduled. If I ever have any more problems I will definitely pay them a visit before anyone else.

I called and set an appointment and got $10 off for scheduling it. I was attacked by a group of about 8 or so little people for accidentally asking one of them where his parents were and in the process my phone was absolutely shattered and my screen was unresponsive so I called these wizards and the next thing I know I got an appointment to have it fixed. I dropped it off and by the time I could hop across the road and mourn the loss our towns most nostalgic restaurant (branding iron) and get back over there it was fully charged and the screen was brand new. My guy behind the counter was super nice and in his tender caring eyes, I could tell that he was gonna satisfy my needs. And needless to say he did satisfy me.....All BS aside I was thoroughly impressed but the affordability and efficiency of the local business I rate it a 10/10

My custom gaming PC decided to go out after a Windows update. I called Computer Techs and talked to Lane, he was very helpful and told me to bring it in to diagnose the problem. I dropped off my PC with Lane and he reassured me that they would get to the issue. Lane called me daily with updates and was very informative on what was going on. Lane even reinstalled Modern Warfare back on my PC so I didn’t have to once I got it back, thank God. They fixed my PC and now it’s running fantastic. Excellent customer service, professional, and friendly. The diagnosis process for my laptop was rigorous and far exceeded my expectations or even what I would ask from a free diagnosis and Im very thankful for that. I had determined from my own studies that my issue was likely irreparable, I believed the wifi card was damaged or the motherboard itself, it turns out the motherboard was indeed irreparable and that the laptops manufacturer (Dell) was at fault. Overall this repair shop is one I will recommend to anyone as they did all excellent job!

I had called another repair business before CTechs and they actually tried to talk me out of getting my laptop fixed before even looking at it. Loved Lanes optimistic attitude and free estimate. I have a $600 laptop that only cost $89 to repair. They kept me informed all the way, did some easy program clean up at no cost, and returned it to me shiney clean and as good as new. Excellent service and price!
