The new owner of this store, Melissa, was wonderful with my shipping challenge this afternoon. Thank goodness she was open - and on a Sunday. I had a somewhat complicated shipment to make which necessitated lots of advice and help from her. She was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have had two interactions with Alexis. Alexis is great! Five stars for Alexis. She has an instinctive CX vision that she adeptly realizes. However . . .Yesterday the UPS driver left a package that he had apparently picked up for return to Amazon at another address. I knew that it was likely to rain today so I took that 80lb package to the UPS store that I know processes Amazon returns so that it could get returned before being subjected to the afternoons downpour. I was soundly scolded repeatedly and condescendingly by the clerk. Without listening to anything I tried to say, he simply told me that he didnt care what I did with it but I could NOT just leave leave it there. Exasperated and frustrated, I wished him luck and left. His poor attitude negatively affected my entire morning— and clearly my evening now.Before I left I was told that I should have left the package in the rain-- rain that ultimately caused $800 of damage to my driveway-- rather than burden the UPS Store with a UPS package. They could all learn a lot from Alexis.

Please keep in mind when reading my review that I have done business with thousands of UPS stores all over country. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that will earn your money with respect. This was the worst experience of all of the UPS stores I have been to. Honestly the worst experience of any business transaction I have done. Owner has poor business ethics. Classic scenario of someone who should never work with the public. I believe the owner is not a people person( has poor skill set to dealing with the public) the owner hires employees that are very similar with there behavior. According to all the responses to prior reviews from the owner... It’s never the managements fault or the employee. It’s always the customer. #1 rule of business the customer is always right. Have some grace in your reviews. STOP PLAYING THE VICTIM. OBVIOUSLY MORE PEOPLE ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR BUSINESS. ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. GROW UP. TAKE CRITICISM.. Bottom line this store’s management is very poor.

Seems like Ive had a lot of Amazon returns lately, so Ive made regular trips to this UPS store. They have always been fast and efficient and pleasant to speak with. This UPS location is farther from my house, but I still make the drive because its much faster service.

I have attempted to drop off an Amazon return three times. Every time was within the listed hours posted on the door and on Google. The store was open on none of these occasions. I understand that staffing is hard, but maybe reduce the hours youre listed as open instead of just lying. The only thing accurate about this businesss Google listing seems to be its review score.

Last week, I had a large, difficult print job that I took to The UPS Store in Durango. Melissa, the new owner, immediately jumped into the project with me and helped me figure it out! She took something that was really challenging and turned it into a great experience. The staff was super friendly and answered any questions that I had. There was a quick turnaround time and the print job was very professional looking. I highly recommend The UPS Store in Durango- check out the new ownership and staff, Im sure you will be pleased with the results!

Looking to make money on everything. I returned some Amazon merchandise per their recommendation to take the QR Code to the UPS Store. Upon getting there I was informed that I would need to pay them $2.00 per box to tape the top of the box up, or pay $6 for my own role of tape. Amazon reimburses them for this service they provide. This store also charges for holding a box over a certain number of days (a week or less), as I have been asked to pay $20 when I was out of town on business. Bottom line, the employee told me it is time and money, but the truth it is greed and poor customer service.In Durango, go to the Mail Room to send your UPS/Fedex packages, and go to Office Depot or Walmart to buy your supplies.

I had a not so great experience at this store last night from an employee that had a bit of an attitude, but came back the next day to pick up my packages and met the owner Linda who was really nice and helpful! I had my baby with me and she helped me out to my car with a huge smile and was really very sweet!The short lived bad taste in my mouth is gone ;)

This place has really gone downhill ! In the past I have taken packages in and had really good service. They would help make sure my box was taped up and packed properly, and would print shipping labels from emails.Today my wife and I went in, then had to go to office depot to print our shipping labels. Back to the store and was told they would not tape our shipping labels or boxes. The girl behind the counter was rude and no help at all. After buying tape to tape our boxes and labels we finally got out of there. I wont waste my time there again.

Quick to say they want masks when masks are no longer required. Then waited in line to be told cannot provide tape for drop off UPS packages (to tape label). No solution suggested. I wont waste my time here in the future.

Do NOT use the computers here. Loaded with malware. We had a legal document we needed to print out, sign & have notarized. The malware on this places computer tried TWICE to steal my gmail password. Youve been warned.Id be glad to come back in WITH A VIDEOCAMERA and record all the malware on your computer attempting to hijack my password(s). And pay you for the 5 minutes I spent TRYING to use your computer. Just let me know when is convenient. And I will post that video online. Cheers!

The people at this UPS store were super helpful and kind. My one issue is the hours aren’t accurate online. Please update your hours online.I showed up at 7:30 a.m as website and google indicated, and store hours are 11-6 p.m M-F. Be aware that the hours online are not the same as what is posted on the physical door.Thank you UPS team!

As others have said, the store hours are way different than what is on their Google listing. I know I enjoyed walking to their shop this morning to find out they dont open until 11.The owner continues to respond with the typical Covid excuse, but that is really aside from the point. You clearly have access to your Google listing as you are replying to every review, so why not just update your Google listing with your current hours? Nobody cares to hear *why* your hours are not correct, so just fix them and be done with it.For the record, you keep saying that UPS wont change your owns on the website, which is different than your Google listing. All of the reviewers that are upset about your incorrect operating hours found you via the Google listing, not the UPS website. All the effort wasted replying to poor reviews can be avoided by fixing your listing.

Worst UPS store Ive ever been to! They have a monopoly in Durango which has made them arrogant and disrespectful. I had to drive 50 miles each way from Cortez since no store there.I just needed a small piece of tape. Were flying tomorrow and didnt want to buy a whole roll.The grey haired woman became very loud, rude and very excited when I mentioned that all the UPS stores weve been to were very friendly and accommodating.Were full time RVers.Wow...she became truly out of control!Horrible experience. Left with my package in hand.What a wasted trip.

One person working with line out the door. Employee wouldn’t just hand me a label pouch to put shipping label in to adhere to package and drop off.Update: This place is horrendous. I visited a second time to return an item to Amazon and the first person that helped me said the box needed to be taped, so I returned home and taped the box. Then I returned to the store AGAIN and the next associate refused the item saying the item needed to be in a larger box. The Amazon return instructions said nothing of what they were telling me and the owners (I assume) argued with me and refused my return. I proceeded to contact Amazon in the parking lot and they said the return was fine with the box I brought to the store and they arranged for UPS to bring a return label and pick it up directly from my home. Thank you Amazon. This store is horrible. Horrible experiences both times I visited. Do not go here. If you can arrange for at home pickup, I recommend doing so.

Absolute worst store I have EVER been in. Employees are completely disrespectful and hypocritical and discriminate against people with medical conditions and refuse to provide service. I sincerely hope this store gets closed or new employees but reading through the replies to negative reviews it looks as if the problem is the owner. Would also like to note one of said employees was wearing her mask under her chin while telling a customer to put one on (who medically cannot) or they could not be in the store. Why was she in the store then? Maybe you should offer curb side for the disabled since 3 employees seem to not have enough to do as they were standing in the back doorway talking instead of helping the multiple customers in the store.

By far the WORST customer service on the planet. If you like people being short, rude, and EXTREMELY unhelpful, this would be the place to go. One of my small packages needed a little tape and the lady behind the counter said; we cant take your items when theyre falling out and not packaged. My item was packaged with one corner needing extra tape. I asked if they could tape it for me, she made up some BS excuse and said I could purchase [over priced] tape and tape it myself. When I confronted them about not being helpful, the lady behind the counter yelled excuse me” and went off on me in front of a store full of people. It was the worst experience Ive ever had in any customer service situation. I left in tears as the lady behind the counter was so nasty. I have tried to get my box shipped 4 different times now [I do not live close to this location at all] and have been told my package has been boxed incorrectly every time. Dont waste your time or money here.

You would think the owner of the store would want to make customers feel welcomed. She does the opposite with a short and rude tone. She also charges for computer time to print out a prepaid Amazon return label, in addition to charging for printing. I can understand the printing charge but computer time?!It comes as no surprise there are so many reviews complaining about the customer service. It is a reflection of how this place is managed and by whom it is managed by. I also am not surprised there have been complaints filed with the BBB and reviews for this place across the board are horrendous.Save the aggravation and go to the mail room in the town plaza located by south city market.

The manager..short lady with red hair harassed and yelled at me instead of trying to help me with an amazon return. She said I needed the exact box that it came in. I went to the car to see if another box was in there and she started screaming me in front of all of the customers because I left my package in the store while I was looking. Linda is a gem! We are so fortunate to receive our mail and packages at her store. She is very considerate, knowledgable, efficient and friendly. We regularly use her notary services, as well since it is quick and simple to execute documents at her store. While there are often long lines and shipping rules can be confusing, Linda knows how to process packages quickly and moves the seemingly constant line in her store efficiently. Its a pleasure to receive our packages at her store as they are always delivered with a smile and kind words. Linda, the owner, is the most personable, positive, kind person you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. She remembers people by name, even through a COVID mask. I called thinking that this was the place I could call for to change some delivery information and the lady interrupted me half way through what I was saying and was very rude when she told me that I was calling the wrong number. Which I was after she told me and explained it in a rude manner. And she didnt even mention her name at all when she answered the phone. I was very displeased with that she very rude over the phone when I tried calling thinking it was the right number to call but wasnt and I didnt appreciate how she came across over the phone to me. So hung up because I understand how its the holidays and its a very stressful time of the year and was probably busy or called during lunch.Have a great rest of your day and days to come.

There isnt a good thing to say about this place. I never write reviews but felt it was appropriate. Do not go here for Amazon returns or anything. They claim that they are complying with Amazons policies, but I have spoke with Amazon and this store in fact does not comply with Amazons policies for returns. Do not waste your time, you will be told you need to tape your package 18 different ways and it still wont be right. As a Durango native, every person in town knows that this place is a nightmare to go to. Also just read the reviews and the stores response to people. They are defensive and rude in almost every one of their responses. Go to the mailroom where they are friendly and dont change their rules constantly. This place is a joke of a business and I have also reported them to the BBB. They need a new manager or owner, ASAP.

Linda, the owner/operator is amazing. She is running the show by herself in theses hard times,. There is continually a line out the door since everyone is shopping online and lots of returns during COVID. She moves through the line as quick as could possibly be done and has an incredible attitude the whole time, all while following all of the health guidelines. I am inspired!

Worst customer service possible for mailing anything. They are not helpful, they apparently do not even carry tape in their store so if you do not have packing tape at home they will not assist you. Went in to the store with everything packaged and ready to go just did not have the label to fixed and the woman told me she would not help me even though it was a UPS package. I had a similar experience two years ago, thought maybe I would give it another shot and that was my absolute mistake. Do not use the store if you can avoid it.

Absolutely the rudest manager alive. Walked in to do a package less Amazon return. Ups stores are supposed to package and ship to Amazon per Amazon contract. Not only were they completely CLUELESS about it, when I tried to show them what it says about it on my Amazon account on my phone and have them run the QR code, the manager lady screamed at me from across the store “if it doesn’t show it on our screen then we don’t do it!!” Just don’t even go in here.

This store lacks the ability to be organized and courteous to its customers.I dropped of a Amazon return containing $100.00 of ink cartridges never to be seen again. The package was never scanned, this could only happen at drop off location. The owners inability to accept personal responsibility for the inefficiency of her franchise is an indication of someone who is either apathetic or should find another line of work.

I had to ship 8 packages priority, which means I needed 8 boxes from them. I was packaging them in the store because they requested this and would not allow me to leave with the priority boxes, which okay fine. BUT they would only hand me one box at a time. So I would have to package one, wait for them to finish servicing other people to be handed another, resulting in 50 minutes in this store. They operate from a place of distrust with their consumers and dont seem to represent the UPS brand I am use to at corporate stores.

As a 29 year old who never ships anything, I showed up with my boxes un-taped, unlabeled, and generally clueless about how to ship large boxes across the country. If you dont get a receipt for an Amazon return, the transaction didnt happen. When I have requested a receipt, Linda, the owner said no, they dont have to give one. Also, later, found out she didnt know how to generate one. I had to call their corporate office or the $ for the return that wasnt showing up, would have been lost.

GO TO THE UPS STORE IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE!! Was needing to ship my items home after I graduated from Fort Lewis this May. Went in to the UPS Store and Antonio was just awesome in handling everything and ensuring the lowest price possible. When getting quotes from their competitors packaging and shipping came to almost double what Antonio charged me. Everything arrived safely and I saved big time!!! Stood in line just to drop off a package with prepaid postage. The lady apologizes and tells me for prepaid postage just come right up and drop it off. I was super thankful because I have Parkinsons - standing in a line is difficult for me because of balance issues. Next time I went in she got upset when I did what she told me to do. I was really embarrassed in front of all the people in the store. I was stunned! I said I was only doing what she told me to do. She said she just didnt see the prepaid label. Okay, moving on. Went in today with 2 boxes, prepaid, etc. Made sure they could see the prepaid labels and this time she scolds me like a child. Humiliating! I dont understand why she doesnt put a big box out where people can just come in and drop off prepaid packages. Even our lpost office has a receiving recepticle for packages. Easy solution for what is obviously an unnecessary frustration for her.

The woman who runs this place is nasty!!! I have had 2 encounters with her and the last time I had to leave and go somewhere else. I will not go there unless there is absolutely no choice, I would even drive to Farmington (almost 50 miles) to avoid her. I returned to Durango a couple of years ago, when I opened a mail box at the UPS Store, assisted by Antonio. On my very next visit, I was greeted by first name by a very friendly and outgoing Miss Linda, whom I couldnt help but like, immediately.Since then, like many others during the pandemic of 2020, I have switched to a lot of online shopping, requiring frequent trips to the store to collect my packages.While in line, observing the clearly posted social distancing requirements, I have witnessed bitter, rude customers who would actually start fights in the store.Despite clearly-worded instructions, one woman got angry because she had not properly secured her package. She took it out on Miss Linda. Another customer tried to step in and assist, but she got yelled at, too.I have seen Miss Linda get blamed, or yelled at over policy issues (usually either UPS or Amazon related). These are rules and/or guidelines that she has to follow, yet customers get mad at her for their mere existence.I have seen customers fight in-store over the wearing of masks, even though it is government mandated, and very clearly posted. At one point, I was afraid one incident was going to cause two men to come to blows in the parking lot. Even I was scared!The fear and uncertainty surrounding this virus has caused a lot of negative attitudes among the people of Durango. Why else do you think Be Kind has suddenly become one of the years biggest catch phrases? Because too many people have become too quick to react, and react poorly in many cases, in these uncertain times.Pressures over the virus, masks, and the impatience, rudeness and bad attitudes of certain customers have caused longtime employees to suddenly quit, leaving poor Miss Linda to have to carry on and keep that place running, all by herself. Yet she does it. She does it quickly, efficiently, professionally, and pleasantly for countless hours a day.Always, she is sweet, friendly, helpful, offers a quick smile, and greets nearly everyone on a first name basis. Where do you get service like that?I am disabled. She certainly doesnt have to, and isnt required to, but Miss Linda carries my packages out to my car for me, no matter how busy she is. Where do you get service like that?I have witnessed Miss Linda deal with many people, a lot of whom walk into that store ready to fight with somebody about something. I have never seen her less than professional with anyone, ever! More often than not, she probably offers the only smile most of her customers will get in a day.As of this writing, I think she has now been two weeks without any employees to assist her, yet she still takes care of you – her customers – with professionalism, a smile, and a friendly greeting.Because of this, any complaints about her or her service, should be taken with a very tiny grain of salt, in my opinion. It would be difficult to find this level of service or sincere friendliness during this pandemic, with the pressures Miss Linda has been under, in any other service-related business.For all that she does, and for the genuine goodness in her heart, I believe this woman has been undervalued. Anyone who walks into her place of business should appreciate her for what she is: a hard-working, kind-hearted professional, who tries to make everyones day a little better than it was when they walked in. I always have a few things to return via UPS. That means dropping off a package at the UPS store on CamnoDel Rio...owned by Linda. I have always experienced a rude, harsh, abrupt, and threatening employee who is the owner. How does she remain in business? I will go to the UPS transit site on Gerard Street in Bodo Park or drive to Farmington before I will go to the UPS store on Camino Del Rio...owned by Linda.

The UPS Store is the only place in Durango to have your mail delivered!! When I move here I struggled to make a decision about where to have my mail delivered. I had unfortunately read some bad reviews about the UPS Store so I was hesitant to come here, but I did it anyways. Im so glad that I did!!! Nothing about any of those reviews was accurate. Linda, Antonio and the rest of the team go above and beyond to help you as much as possible with your mail delivery, and with sending packages. They are always kind, cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable. The discounts I received on services at the store were just an added bonus. I am now moving away from Durango and I have to say I will miss my weekly stops at the UPS store for my mail because of the friendliness that I experienced here.

I have had a mailbox at The UPS Store for about 7 years. Antonio and all of the staff are so helpful and kind with my packages and any questions I may have. I have been in the store to witness people coming in and screaming at them because they dont like what they are being told, or they want something free. What??? Where can you go where a store provides free items? This is a business and they are they to serve the community (which they do VERY well) and you actually think that you should be given free items? Then you scream at the employees and think they are not going to ask you to leave? Ridiculous. If you want the best service in town with the best prices, visit The UPS Store. People need to be nice and then they can expect to be treated the same. I have seen such bad behaviour and I couldnt be quiet about it. Bryan SI went in to this The UPS Store and it was quite busy. I needed to notarize something and ship it off. The manager there - Linda - was working on her own. She handled everyone (while multitasking) in the store with professionalism and kindness. I travel to many The UPS Stores throughout the country and I was so impressed by her handling of everyone in the store. She was so nice and helpful (I heard her explain to another customer how to package her items for the least amount of money) I had to tell her about my experiences in other stores. I have dealt with many rude people working in UPS Stores and she was just great. I highly recommend visiting this store if you need something done with professionalism and kindness. Linda was so impressive. She knows what shes doing and is there to help.

I dont know why this says The UPS Store. Apparently, theyre not UPS, and they want nothing to do with returning your Amazon items, even though I have returned Amazon items from there in the past.Whomever it was that assisted me was very unhelpful, as if I should know they are unaffiliated with UPS, even thought there is a UPS sticker on their door.

The worst service I’ve ever had at a ups store. Generally unfriendly and unhelpful staff. If there was any other option within a reasonable distance I’d never come here again. I’ve never had a good experience here with the staff. It literally feels like you are performing a disservice to them when you come here. I don’t get it.EDIT-Response to the owners message.Wow. I’m not sure who you are responding to, or who you think I am. I did not have TV parts. I also did not deal with a female. I called no one a nasty name. I don’t talk like that. I expect no one to jump through hoops. I was not huffy when I left. You obviously have mistaken me for someone else. I will say though, that your attacks on your customers honest criticism is nothing short of disheartening. I had read none of the reviews you have received before I posted mine yesterday, but I have now. Perhaps instead of attacking people and “how they were raised” you should honestly reevaluate your customer service policies. My complaint is that every time I have been in your store I have been dealt with in an unfriendly manner. I understand people have bad days sometimes, and always try to overlook things like that when possible. I’ve seen where people who left negative reviews were irritated because of having to buy tape for packages or other things of that nature, and I understand your point. You are in business to make money. But just maybe if things like this were explained in a professional, maybe even polite way instead of brashly or rudely it would be easier for the customers to not get upset. It’s all about the delivery. But either way, it’s obvious by your response you have no intention of upgrading your customer service skills. But you should at least know who your are talking to or about when responding in such a negative manner. Now I’m wondering what the guy with the TV parts actually went through!

I went in to The UPS Store to have two keyboards packaged and shipped to myself in another state. I dealt with Linda, the manager of the store. When she was processing me, the price was quite high. She asked if I wouldnt mind allowing her to package the item and then I could pay afterward. I was happy to let her do that. She packaged both of the items in the same box and did such a great job - there were no issues with damage. I so appreciate that she cared enough to save me money. All items were received in great condition- I thanked her for keeping the price down and doing such a great packaging job. I will definitely use The UPS Store again when I have more items to ship. They are the best!

The owner was extremely aggressive to all customers today then called the police on a young woman who was disgruntled by lack of customer service, then told ME to get out of the store when I commiserated with her! Unbelievable that this unhinged woman has a complete monopoly on the Amazon returns in Durango and is allowed to treat people horribly with impunity! I have filed a formal complaint with UPS.

Coming to the UPS Store put my shipping worries at ease. Jen and Antonio truly go out of their way to to ensure the least expensive shipping in town. This UPS shipping store is extremely unhelpful. Making a special trip from Mancos to Durango, I had 3 UPS specific packages to return, all of which have an email QR code to print a label. (Amazon) The extremely unfriendly woman at the counter told me she cannot print them if she scans them, and that I would have to pay to rent their computer to print them. Needless to say, I walked out. I just went to the Mailroom in Durango before that, to do a FedEx return, and they quickly and easily printed me my label, while being very friendly at the same time. Unfortunately they couldnt help with the QR codes, and said I need to go to the UPS store. Talking to the very friendly and helpful woman at the Mailroom in Cortez, they said the only place to scan the QR code is at the UPS store, and was very surprised that they would not help me with this. I will have to contact Amazon and have full labels emailed, so that I can use the Mailroom to send these packages back. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this UPS Store in Durango at all costs. They are choosing to not do their job properly. Just have Amazon email you the full label, and either the Durango or Cortez Mailroom will take good care of you. Thanks for listening!

Wow, I just saved a lot of money!! I came into the UPS Store yesterday morning and had the pleasure of talking with Jen who helped me understand how to ship all of my items. I spent an hour going to their competitors and none of them could even get close to the customer service nor the price I was charged at the UPS Store. Taking a half an hour to get me all situated and ensure my items arrived safely Jen is truly amazing! Once again the UPS Store will save you time, money and stress.. GO THERE!!!

Associate seemed very dismissive at first when my code could not be scanned. As I was walking away, she came around the counter and tucked in my tag (this is during COVID) without me even knowing that was her intent. An error came up once I had actually gotten a good code- when I said I didn’t understand the problem, she repeated exactly what she had said before, but very condescendingly. Left without mailing my package.

Just had a surreal experience on the phone with this store. I called because UPS tracking says my package has been delivered, but it has not been delivered. I understand now that I should have called UPS customer service, but I wasnt sure at the time. I began the phone call by saying, I dont know if youre the right people to contact... and I was immediately interrupted by the woman on the phone (who I can only assume was Linda based on the majority of reviews I just read). She cut me off, asking, what do you need sir? in a shockingly rude tone. I tried to explain the situation (Amazon tracking says the package is out for delivery but UPS tracking says its been delivered). Before I could finish explaining this woman cut me off AGAIN! She said something to the effect of its out for delivery, that means it will be delivered today. You need to call ###########. I was so flustered after being interrupted twice that I barely got my next few words out before I heard BYE and was promptly hung up on.I have never written a Google review before, but I was absolutely astonished by this horrible customer service and figured I needed to say something. I actually tried to call back multiple times to complain and nobody picked up the phone. I understand everyone has a bad day but this was truly unreal. I have never been treated so rudely by any business before in my life. Wow.Word of advice. Dont interrupt customers on the phone, and dont hang up on them before theyve finished talking. Ive used this store many times in the past but they just lost my business.

This is the worst UPS Store I have ever been to. I keep telling myself Ill never go back but I end up going anyway due to convenience, I am severely disappointed every single time and I always leave without having my package shipped. Do not go to this UPS location. UPDATE- the initial reason for writing the bad review was that the employee named Jen would not accept my package that weighed 50 pounds. I currently have a fractured vertebrae in my back and ask her if she can help me get it up on the scale she said no. She told me I would have to take the package to the UPS distribution center down the road and they could ship it for me there. I went to The Distribution Center and the manager informed me that every UPS Store can accept packages up to 150 lb. They accepted my package with no issue and sent it for me. I went back to the UPS Store in question and talked with Jen and told her that UPS policy is to accept packages weighing 150 lb. She looked at me kind of blankly and said that she could still ship my package..... I told her Id already stressed out my back enough and dealt with it on my own to the UPS distribution center and then she is a blatant liar by telling me she could not accept the package of a 50lb. Do not use this UPS drop point. Go to the mail room near City Market or the UPS distribution center itself these people are much more helpful.

I have never had any issue with anything I have shipped over years of shipping from this location. They always give me the range of alternative shipping methods and costs without being asked; they always pack items well - nothing they have packed for me has ever broken. Linda is one of the most helpful, cheerful, and friendly people I have ever met in any service industry. It always brightens my day to see her. I recommend the store unreservedly.

Awful customer service. I came in asked for a ups express sleeve, which is free and available at att UPS stores in Denver, and the older lady was rude about it and said I had to purchase an envelope. Save your self from these people and just drive to the UPS Hub 4 mins down the street.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horribly uncommunicative, multiple stories from different employees about how they tried to reach out to me regarding my mailbox (or didnt try, because their policy was to not try? Im confused), then accused me of spelling my own name wrong when they sent an email to an incorrect address. I would NEVER use this shop again.EDIT in response to the UPS store:I re-reviewed my contract, where I included my correct e-mail address and TWO phone numbers, yet I never received a single call or email from this business. When I went in to return the keys, I told the male employee I was frustrated that they never reached out and would speak to the owner, but I never yelled at him. He specifically told me that they DID NOT try to contact me, because their policy was to NOT contact customers. So I am getting two different stories here - one that they didnt contact me, and one that they made every effort to do so. Which one is the truth??? I never received notices from my box, because I only checked the box one time - so if they were missing, the shop was taking them out. Again, every communication I have had with this store has been unsatisfactory, and their dedication to customer service is non-existent. I would never use them again.

WOW! Had a bad experience at this store about 3 weeks ago and gave a one start and bad review of my experience. The owner called me from an unknown number threatening me after I gave a bad review. Who tracks down and calls her reviewers? I guess she does! She is definitely in need of some anger counseling or medication.

Ive been to this location several times in the last few months and Linda Munch has always been courteous and I find she has a great sense of humor. Shes helpful and efficient, gets my package labeled and before I know it, Im on my way!I also find them much more reasonable than the Post Office and FedX!Parking is convenient and the business is always clean and tidy.I look forward to seeing Linda again!

Linda was exceptionally helpful in getting two very large packages sent from CO to NYC. I had an amp and cabinet with speakers dropped off by the seller (scary) but Linda was able to confirm reception before final payment was sent. It took a bit to get the items packaged but that was due to the sheer size and weight. Linda sent me tracking BEFORE I paid so that I was covered and feeling comfortable. One of the packages took a nice hit in transit but the pack job was so good it brushed it off. I say all this as some of the feedback here got me a little worried but any business is going to have the occasional snafu but my experience with Linda and this shop was great.

We opened our mail box here in November 2015. There was only one key and so the owner said shed have another one made for me after the holidays because she was too busy to take care of it then. The holidays came and went and no key. In February and March I asked for the key two more times. Notes were left for the owner, but she never got back to me about it. In late March I tried to pick up packages that contained medication refills and a sleep machine Id ordered to help me fall asleep. The employee working at the time refused to give them to me despite showing her my ID because I didnt have a key to get the package slips from my mail box. I broke down and cried right there because I didnt have a key because they hadnt ever given me one and I was so exhausted and frustrated and it felt like my packages were being held hostage by their rules and lack of concern for the position theyd put me in as their customer. I didnt receive my key until three weeks later. The owner did apologize about the inconvenience.Fast forward to today. I check my box and a delivery Id been expecting was folded up and crammed into the box. The contents were ruined and all my other mail was crumpled. I brought the contents of my box to the counter hoping for some sort of explanation. The employee mentioned above was again working. When I showed her the crushed mail she said that their policy is if it will fit in the box, they will put it in the box so they dont have to print out a package slip, and that its the customers responsibility to tell senders to put DO NOT BEND on the outside of any mail they dont want bent. She left me feeling less than great and clearly didnt have any concern for me or my mail. I was also surprised by the Do Not Bend rule. Id never heard of that requirement before (from any mail location) and was never told that requirement till after an incident occurred with my mail at this location.Neither me nor my mail have been treated with the level of professionalism or respect that any customer reasonably expects as a business patron. While the owner is really friendly and fun to chat with when it isnt busy, I suggest using another location for your mail and shipping needs, and dont let anyone tell you that theyre too busy for you. I should have honored my instincts and taken my business elsewhere the moment the owner said that to me. It left me with a funny feeling but I thought Id give it a go and see how things went. Unfortunately giving the second chance after the key fiasco has not gone well.
